Abstract

本发明提供一种冷轧厂用平整液,以重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:柠檬酸甜菜碱10‑15%,乌头碱5‑10%,非诺贝特酸5‑10%,膦酰二肽钠1‑5%,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1‑3%,水余量。该平整液成分性状为非结晶质类型,不会发生由于成分堆积、成分固化所造成的压入性伤痕、板道印等问题;同时具有优异的单体防锈力和清洗能力,不含亚硝酸盐,还具有良好的生物降解性,低COD,在进行废水处理时,无需特别的添加设备和药剂,非常容易和简单,是环保型平整液。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种冷轧厂用平整液及其制备方法。
背景技术
钢板退火后的平整分为干平整和湿平整二种方式。经退火后,大量细小的铁粉、残碳等污物残留在钢板表面。在平整过程中,通过平整液的冲洗,钢板表面的残留物被平整液有效的清洗,使钢板表面的铁粉、残碳等残留物有效去除,从而使钢板的表面质量得到有效的提高。同时由于平整后的钢板到进入下一工序需要一定的时间,所以平整液对钢板的防锈性也是对平整液要求的一个重要要素之一。由于钢板在光整过程中是有少量的压下量的,尽管压下量较小,如果平整液没有合适的润滑性,同样会使钢板在平整过程中出现表面轻微划伤等缺陷。因此,平整液必须同时具备良好的清洗性、防锈性和较少的润滑性于一体,并且还要能满足现场工艺状况,这样的平整液才是高质量的产品。
中国专利CN201310331752.1公开了一种湿平整液组合物,以重量份数计包括以下组份:a)5-50份的防锈剂;b)1-12份的清洗剂;c)0.5-10份的润滑剂;d)3-15份的防冻剂;e)3-12份的pH值调节剂;f)28-73.5份的水;所述防锈剂选自苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、对叔丁基苯甲酸、癸二酸钠、癸二酸单乙醇胺、十二烯基丁二酸二乙醇胺、油酸单乙醇胺、十二苯磺酸钠、十八苯磺酸胺、聚烷氧基磷酸酯二乙醇胺、硼酸单乙醇胺或水溶性硼酸酯中的至少一种;所述清洗剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、油醇硫酸酯钠盐、十二烷基氨基丙酸钠、烷基二甲基甜菜碱、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、C12-Cl8脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种;所述润滑剂选自马来油酸三异丙醇胺盐、油酸三乙醇胺、椰油酸单乙醇胺酰胺磷酸酯、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、羧酸环氧乙烷加成物、羧酸环氧丙烷加成物、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、磺化蓖麻油、烷基环氧乙烷基硫代磷酸酯或水溶性硫代磷酸酯中的至少一种;所述防冻剂选自甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、二氯甲烷、1,1二氯乙烷、1,2二氯乙烷、二甲基亚砜、甲酰胺、氯化钙、醋酸钠或氯化镁中的至少一种;所述pH值调节剂选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、磷酸氢钾、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钠、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二胺中的至少一种;解决了现有技术存在湿平整液因北方冬季天气寒冷而无法正常使用的问题;但是该专利存在以下缺点:清洗性能低下,钢板表面油污去除不彻底,影响冷轧板带的后续生产工序。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种冷轧厂用平整液,该平整液同时具备良好的清洗性、防锈性和润滑性于一体。
本发明的目的之二在于提供上述冷轧厂用平整液的制备方法。
本发明的目的之三在于提供上述冷轧厂用平整液的使用方法。
一种冷轧厂用平整液,以重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:
柠檬酸甜菜碱 10-15%,
乌头碱 5-10%,
非诺贝特酸 5-10%,
膦酰二肽钠 1-5%,
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-3%,
水 余量。
优选地,本发明冷轧厂用平整液,以重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:
柠檬酸甜菜碱 12-15%,
乌头碱 5-8%,
非诺贝特酸 5-7%,
膦酰二肽钠 2-3%,
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 1.5-3%,
水 余量。
更优选地,本发明冷轧厂用平整液,以重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:
柠檬酸甜菜碱 13.6%,
乌头碱 6.8%,
非诺贝特酸 5.3%,
膦酰二肽钠 2.1%,
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 1.8%,
水 余量。
本发明冷轧厂用平整液的制备方法如下:
先在反应釜中加入总重量50-60%的水,按比例加入柠檬酸甜菜碱﹑乌头碱,搅拌溶解均匀后,升温至82-92℃,加入非诺贝特酸,待反应完全,将膦酰二肽钠﹑月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,补足余量水,搅拌至溶液澄清。
本发明冷轧厂用平整液的使用方法如下:
处理条件:
工作浓度: 5-10%(根据不同硬度的钢种相应调整浓度),
工作温度: 20-45℃ ,
脱盐水电导率:≤20μS/cm (现场配液采用脱盐水),
喷射压力及流量:
平整液在实际使用中必须经由8-20个喷嘴,总流量在4-25L/min喷射于工作辊或钢板表面,喷射压力为2.0-6.0kg/cm2
空气吹扫:
残留于钢带表面的平整液必须使用干燥的压缩空气进行有效吹扫,吹扫压力应为4-7kg/cm2
本发明平整液的技术指标如下:
外观:淡黄色至红棕色透明液体;比重(25℃):1.01-1.06;pH值(10%稀释液,25℃):8.0-11.0 。
本发明平整液的有益效果如下:
(1)由有机防锈添加剂、清洗剂、润滑添加剂等组分组成,具有优异的单体防锈力和清洗能力;
(2)该平整液成分性状为非结晶质类型,因而不会发生由于成分堆积、成分固化所造成的压入性伤痕、板道印等问题;(3)由于成分性状为非结晶质类型,并且维持低粘性性状,具有优异的钢板及轧辊表面清洗力,因而不会发生由于校平辊、剪切辊等上的粘稠物的堆积所造成的钢板脏污等问题;(4)该平整液与钢板平整后使用的DOS油等防锈油具有很好的浸透性,对于钢板后续的表面处理(磷酸盐处理、镀锌或镀锡等)均无不利影响;(5)和后续使用的防锈油不反应,所以不会形成的粘稠的胶状物质,因而可以避免在剪切辊、冲压成型模具上由于有粘稠物的堆积所造成的尺寸精度不良,钢板重叠送入所造成的模具破损等问题;
(6)含有有机酸盐,平整后涂上防锈油的钢板的脱脂性能优良;
(7)不含亚硝酸盐,同时具有良好的生物降解性,低COD,在进行废水处理时,无需特别的添加设备和药剂,非常的容易和简单,是环保型的平整液。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。

其中对比例1在实施例1的基础上去掉了膦酰二肽钠,非诺贝特酸的用量为实施例1中膦酰二肽钠、非诺贝特酸的用量和。
其中对比例2在实施例1的基础上去掉了非诺贝特酸,膦酰二肽钠的用量为实施例1中膦酰二肽钠、非诺贝特酸的用量和。
对比例3在实施例1的基础上加大了非诺贝特酸的用量,对比例4在实施例1的基础上加大了膦酰二肽钠的用量。
对比例5在在实施例1的基础上加大了乌头碱的用量。
对比例6
对比例6将实施例1的月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚替换为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
上述实施例、对比例的制备方法如下:
实施例1-6:先在反应釜中加入总用量(重量)50%的水,按比例加入柠檬酸甜菜碱﹑乌头碱,搅拌溶解均匀后,升温至87℃,加入非诺贝特酸,待反应完全,将膦酰二肽钠﹑月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,补足余量水,搅拌至溶液澄清。
对比例1:先在反应釜中加入50%的水,按比例加入柠檬酸甜菜碱﹑乌头碱,搅拌溶解均匀后,升温至87℃,加入非诺贝特酸,待反应完全,将月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,补足余量水,搅拌至溶液澄清。
对比例2:先在反应釜中加入50%的水,按比例加入柠檬酸甜菜碱﹑乌头碱,搅拌溶解均匀后,升温至87℃,将膦酰二肽钠﹑月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,补足余量水,搅拌至溶液澄清。
对比例3-5:先在反应釜中加入50%的水,按比例加入柠檬酸甜菜碱﹑乌头碱,搅拌溶解均匀后,升温至87℃,加入非诺贝特酸,待反应完全,将膦酰二肽钠﹑月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,补足余量水,搅拌至溶液澄清。
对比例6:先在反应釜中加入50%的水,按比例加入柠檬酸甜菜碱﹑乌头碱,搅拌溶解均匀后,升温至87℃,加入非诺贝特酸,待反应完全,将膦酰二肽钠﹑壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,补足余量水,搅拌至溶液澄清。
上述冷轧板带厂平整液的使用方法如下:
1、工作浓度: 5%(45#钢);
工作温度: 25℃ ;
脱盐水电导率:≤20μS/cm (现场配液采用脱盐水);
2、喷射压力及流量:
平整液在实际使用中经由15个喷嘴,总流量在15L/min喷射于工作辊或钢板表面,喷射压力为4.0kg/cm2
3、空气吹扫:
残留于钢带表面的平整液使用干燥的压缩空气进行有效吹扫,吹扫压力应为6kg/cm2

Claims (5)

1.一种冷轧厂用平整液,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:柠檬酸甜菜碱10-15%,乌头碱5-10%,非诺贝特酸5-10%,膦酰二肽钠1-5%,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 1-3%,水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷轧厂用平整液,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:柠檬酸甜菜碱12-15%,乌头碱5-8%,非诺贝特酸5-7%,膦酰二肽钠 2-3%,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚 1.5-3%,水余量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷轧厂用平整液,其特征在于,以重量百分比计,由以下原料制成:柠檬酸甜菜碱13.6%,乌头碱6.8%,非诺贝特酸5.3%,膦酰二肽钠 2.1%,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚1.8%,水余量。
4.根据权利要求1所述冷轧厂用平整液的制备方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下步骤:
先在反应釜中加入总重量50-60%的水,按比例加入柠檬酸甜菜碱﹑乌头碱,搅拌溶解均匀后,升温至82-92℃,加入非诺贝特酸,待反应完全,将膦酰二肽钠﹑月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚加入反应釜中,补足余量水,搅拌至溶液澄清。
5.根据权利要求1所述冷轧厂用平整液的使用方法,其特征在于,依次包括如下条件:
工作浓度:5-10%;工作温度:20-45℃; 脱盐水电导率:≤20μS/cm,喷射压力及流量:平整液在实际使用中经由8-20个喷嘴,总流量在4-25L/min喷射于工作辊或钢板表面,喷射压力为2.0-6.0kg/cm2;空气吹扫:残留于钢带表面的平整液使用干燥的压缩空气进行有效吹扫,吹扫压力应为4-7kg/cm2
