Abstract
冷轧板带厂平整液,一种冷轧板带厂平整液,以重量分数计,由以下原料制成:十二烯基丁二酸与单乙醇胺混合物9‑10份,有机硼酸酯12‑15份,磷酸二氢铵5‑8份,甘油1‑3份,山梨酸钾2‑4份,纯水60‑71份。该平整液同时具备良好的清洗性、防锈性和润滑性于一体。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种冷轧板带厂平整液及其制备方法。
背景技术
钢板退火后的平整分为干平整和湿平整二种方式;经退火后,大量细小的铁粉、残碳等污物残留在钢板表面;在平整过程中,通过平整液的冲洗,钢板表面的残留物被平整液有效的清洗,使钢板表面的铁粉、残碳等残留物有效去除,从而使钢板的表面质量得到有效的提高;同时由于平整后的钢板到进入下一工序需要一定的时间,所以平整液对钢板的防锈性也是对平整液要求的一个重要要素之一;由于钢板在光整过程中是有少量的压下量的,尽管压下量较小,如果平整液没有合适的润滑性,同样会使钢板在平整过程中出现表面轻微划伤等缺陷;因此,平整液必须同时具备良好的清洗性、防锈性和较少的润滑性于一体,并且还要能满足现场工艺状况,这样的平整液才是高质量的产品。
中国专利CN201310331752.1公开了一种湿平整液组合物,以重量份数计包括以下组份:a)5-50份的防锈剂;b)1-12份的清洗剂;c)0.5-10份的润滑剂;d)3-15份的防冻剂;e)3-12份的pH值调节剂;f)28-73.5份的水;所述防锈剂选自苯甲酸钠、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、对叔丁基苯甲酸、癸二酸钠、癸二酸单乙醇胺、十二烯基丁二酸二乙醇胺、油酸单乙醇胺、十二苯磺酸钠、十八苯磺酸胺、聚烷氧基磷酸酯二乙醇胺、硼酸单乙醇胺或水溶性硼酸酯中的至少一种;所述清洗剂选自十二烷基苯磺酸钠、油醇硫酸酯钠盐、十二烷基氨基丙酸钠、烷基二甲基甜菜碱、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、C12-Cl8脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种;所述润滑剂选自马来油酸三异丙醇胺盐、油酸三乙醇胺、椰油酸单乙醇胺酰胺磷酸酯、油酸聚氧乙烯酯、羧酸环氧乙烷加成物、羧酸环氧丙烷加成物、环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、磺化蓖麻油、烷基环氧乙烷基硫代磷酸酯或水溶性硫代磷酸酯中的至少一种;所述防冻剂选自甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、二甘醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、乙二醇丁醚醋酸酯、二氯甲烷、1,1二氯乙烷、1,2二氯乙烷、二甲基亚砜、甲酰胺、氯化钙、醋酸钠或氯化镁中的至少一种;所述pH值调节剂选自氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、磷酸氢钾、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢二钠、单乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、乙二胺中的至少一种;解决了现有技术存在湿平整液因北方冬季天气寒冷而无法正常使用的问题;但是该专利存在以下缺点:清洗性能低下,钢板表面油污去除不彻底,影响冷轧板带的后续生产工序。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种冷轧板带厂平整液,该平整液同时具备良好的清洗性、防锈性和润滑性于一体。
本发明的目的之二在于提供上述冷轧板带厂平整液的制备方法。
本发明的目的之三在于提供上述冷轧板带厂平整液的使用方法。
一种冷轧板带厂平整液,以重量分数计,由以下原料制成:
十二烯基丁二酸与单乙醇胺混合物 9-10份
有机硼酸酯 12-15份
磷酸二氢铵 5-8份
甘油 1-3份
山梨酸钾 2-4份
纯水 60-71份。
其中所述的有机硼酸酯优选三乙醇胺硼酸酯。
本发明冷轧板带厂平整液的制备方法,依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将十二烯基丁二酸与单乙醇胺混合,混合加热搅拌均匀,在70-75℃保温0.5-1h,其中十二烯基丁二酸和单乙醇胺的比例为(0.5-1):1(mol), 再加入纯水总量的1/3-1/2,使得十二烯基丁二酸单乙醇胺酰胺在水中的含量至少为5%;
(2)再加入有机硼酸酯、磷酸二氢铵、甘油、山梨酸钾和余量的纯水,搅拌均匀后,整个混合液的PH值为9.0-11.0。
本发明冷轧板带厂平整液的使用方法如下:
1、工作浓度: 5-10%(根据不同硬度的钢种相应调整浓度);
工作温度: 20-45℃ ;
脱盐水电导率:≤20μS/cm (现场配液采用脱盐水);
2、喷射压力及流量:
平整液在实际使用中必须经由8-20个喷嘴,总流量在4-25L/min喷射于工作辊或钢板表面,喷射压力为2.0-6.0kg/cm2;
3、空气吹扫:
残留于钢带表面的平整液必须使用干燥的压缩空气进行有效吹扫,吹扫压力应为4-7kg/cm2 。
本发明的有益效果如下:平整液同时具备良好的清洗性、防锈性和润滑性于一体。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例中有机硼酸酯为三乙醇胺硼酸酯。

上述实施例的制备方法如下:
(1)将十二烯基丁二酸与单乙醇胺混合,混合加热搅拌均匀,在72℃保温1h,其中十二烯基丁二酸和单乙醇胺的比例为1:1(mol),再加入纯水总量的1/3;
(2)再加入有机硼酸酯、磷酸二氢铵、甘油、山梨酸钾和余量的纯水,搅拌均匀后,整个混合液的PH值为9.0-11.0。
对比例1-4配方见表2 。

对比例1与实施例1的配方相同,不同点在于十二烯基丁二酸与单乙醇胺混合物的制备过程中十二烯基丁二酸和单乙醇胺的比例为0.4:1(mol);对比例2与实施例1的配方相同,其中的十二烯基丁二酸和单乙醇胺反应完全。
对比例3在实施例1的基础上降低了有机硼酸酯的用量,对比例4在实施例1的基础上增加了有机硼酸酯的用量。
对比例5的配方如下:
十二烯基丁二酸二乙醇胺 15.5 份;
水溶性硼酸酯 8.5 份;
单乙醇胺 3.0 份;
三乙醇胺 4.8 份;
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚 7.5 份;
蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚(EL-30) 3.0 份;
丙二醇 10.0 份;
水 47.7 份。
上述冷轧板带厂平整液的使用方法如下:
1、工作浓度: 7%(45#钢);
工作温度: 25℃ ;
脱盐水电导率:≤20μS/cm (现场配液采用脱盐水);
2、喷射压力及流量:
平整液在实际使用中经由15个喷嘴,总流量在15L/min喷射于工作辊或钢板表面,喷射压力为4.0kg/cm2;
3、空气吹扫:
残留于钢带表面的平整液使用干燥的压缩空气进行有效吹扫,吹扫压力应为6kg/cm2。

Claims (7)
1.冷轧板带厂平整液,以重量分数计,由以下原料制成:十二烯基丁二酸与单乙醇胺混合物 9-10份;有机硼酸酯 12-15份;磷酸二氢铵5-8份;甘油1-3份,山梨酸钾2-4份,纯水60-71份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷轧板带厂平整液,其特征在于所述的有机硼酸酯为三乙醇胺硼酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷轧板带厂平整液,以重量分数计,由以下成分组成:十二烯基丁二酸单乙醇胺酰胺与单乙醇胺混合物 9份;有机硼酸酯 12份;磷酸二氢铵5份;甘油3份,山梨酸钾2份,纯水70份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冷轧板带厂平整液,其特征在于十二烯基丁二酸和单乙醇胺的摩尔比为1:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的冷轧板带厂平整液的制备方法,其特征在于依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将十二烯基丁二酸与单乙醇胺混合,混合加热搅拌均匀,在70-75℃保温0.5-1h,其中十二烯基丁二酸和单乙醇胺的摩尔比为(0.5-1):1, 再加入纯水总量的1/3-1/2;
(2)再加入有机硼酸酯、磷酸二氢铵、甘油、山梨酸钾和余量的纯水,搅拌均匀。
6.根据权利要求5所述冷轧板带厂平整液的制备方法,其特征在于依次包括如下步骤:
(1)将十二烯基丁二酸与单乙醇胺混合,混合加热搅拌均匀,在72℃保温1h,其中十二烯基丁二酸和单乙醇胺的摩尔比1:1,再加入纯水总量的1/3;
(2)再加入有机硼酸酯、磷酸二氢铵、甘油、山梨酸钾和余量的纯水,搅拌均匀。
7.根据权利要求1所述的冷轧板带厂平整液的使用方法,如下:
(1)工作浓度: 5-10% ,
工作温度: 20-45℃,
脱盐水电导率:≤20μS/cm,
(2)喷射压力及流量:平整液在实际使用中经由8-20个喷嘴,总流量在4-25L/min喷射于工作辊或钢板表面,喷射压力为2.0-6.0kg/cm2;
(3)空气吹扫: 残留于钢带表面的平整液必须使用干燥的压缩空气进行有效吹扫,吹扫压力应为4-7kg/cm2。
