一种环保型油脂组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及油脂技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型油脂组合物及其制备方法。该油脂可用作防锈油和润滑剂,尤其可用作铸铁件的防锈剂。
背景技术
防锈油通常由油溶性缓蚀剂、基础油和辅助添加剂等组成。根据性能和用途,除锈油可分为指纹除去型防锈油、水稀释型防锈油、溶剂稀释型防锈油、防锈润滑两用油、封存防锈油、置换型防锈油、薄层油、防锈脂和气相防锈油等。防锈油中常用的缓蚀剂有脂肪酸或环烷酸的碱土金属盐、环烷酸铅、环烷酸锌、石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钙、三油酸牛脂二胺、松香胺等。
如申请号为CN 201710220742.9的专利公开了一种可生物降解的金属防锈剂,其原料包括苯丙乳液、改性填料、改性增强剂、改性防锈增强剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、过硫酸铵、苯乙烯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、环氧树脂、环氧丙烯酸树脂、苯并三氮唑、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、三聚磷酸钠、环烷基基础油、二乙二醇丙醚、十八胺、烷基磺酸钠、氨基磺酸、六亚甲基四胺、石油磺酸钡、硫代脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯醇胺、羧甲基淀粉钠、阿拉伯胶、马丙共聚物、硫酸二氢钾和钼酸钠。
但是申请人发现常规的防锈剂存在以下三个问题:
(1)对铸铁等易生锈金属的防锈效果不好,铸铁是指碳含量在2.0-6.6%之间的铁碳合金。由于铸铁件的含碳量较高,极易在环境中产生电化学等腐蚀,且腐蚀速度极快。普通防锈油难以满足此类金属工件长期封存防锈应用需求,特别是盐雾、潮湿大气环境中。针对此类零件的特点需要防锈效果更好的防锈油。
(2)防锈剂降解效果不好,生物降解率通常在85%左右。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种环保型油脂组合物,该组合物具有较高的湿热试验时间(1200h以上)、盐雾试验时间(820h以上)和生物降解率(90.5%以上)。本发明的目的之二在于提供了前述环保型油脂组合物的制备方法,该方法得到的组合物颜色较浅,加工过程不易变色,外观透明,过滤杂质较少。其技术方案如下:
一方面,本发明提供了一种环保型油脂组合物,其主要用作防锈剂,也可用作对性能要求不高的润滑剂,其由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油N32 100份、基础油350SN 20-35份、多元醇脂 5-15份、羊毛脂钙皂2-5份、亚硝酸盐0.5-2.0份、氢氧化锌1-4份、聚异丁烯0.2-0.6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5-1.5份、聚α烯烃0.4-1.0份、硅油抗泡剂0.05-0.2份、烷基化苯三唑0.01-0.1份、酚醛树脂0.5-2.0份、石蜡0.5-2.0份和二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠1.5-3.0份。
其中,基础油N32、基础油350SN和多元醇脂均为基础油。
具体地,基础油N32为聚α-烯烃加氢一线油和25号变压器油的混合油,其具有倾点低、粘度指数高(超过120)、与其它油脂的相容性好和杂质少等优点。
具体地,基础油350SN为加氢基础油,粘度指数95左右,具有较高的粘度指数和氧化安定性,较低的杂质含量。
具体地,多元醇脂具有一定的增溶作用,粘度指数60-190,具有较好的氧化稳定性和热稳定性,使用温度范围宽。
以上三种基础油按特定的比例混合,具有较优的粘度(55-60mm2.s-1)、闪点值(180-220℃),足够小的成焦板值(16mg左右),较高的生物降解率(90-91%)。
其中,羊毛脂钙皂、亚硝酸盐和氢氧化锌均为防锈剂。
具体地,羊毛脂钙皂为混合型及吸附膜型防锈剂,具有良好的抗潮湿、抗盐雾和抗盐水浸渍性能,同时具有一定的成膜性。

另一方面,本发明提供了一种环保型油脂组合物的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅油抗泡剂、亚硝酸盐、氢氧化锌、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠、石蜡、羊毛脂钙皂和基础油350SN混合,于105-115℃条件下进行搅拌脱水。该步骤主要用于脱除各种含水较高组分中的水分,并使部分特定功能的物料预混合。
(2)脱水完成后,于110-115℃条件下搅拌并加入基础油N32和脂肪酸多元醇脂,混合均匀后降温。该步骤主要用于将各种基础油全部混合。
(3)搅拌降温至70-75℃后加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、聚α烯烃和烷基化苯三唑,混合均匀后降温。该步骤主要用于将各种添加剂加入基础油中并发生部分物化反应。
(4)缓慢搅拌降温至55-60℃并加入聚异丁烯(根据实际粘度调整添加量)和酚醛树脂,降温至40-45℃时停止搅拌。该步骤主要用于加入高温易变色的酚醛树脂和调整产品的粘度。
(5)过滤、密封封装得到环保型油脂组合物。
其中,在步骤(1)- (3)中搅拌速度为300r/min以上,在步骤(4)中搅拌速度为100-180r/min。
本发明具有以下优点:该组合物具有较高的湿热试验时间(1200h以上)、盐雾试验时间(820h以上)、生物降解率(90.5%以上)和良好的稳定性并对铸铁具有优异的防锈效果。
具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1
实施例1提供了一种环保型油脂组合物,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅油抗泡剂1kg、亚硝酸盐10kg、氢氧化锌20kg、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠20kg、石蜡10kg、羊毛脂钙皂40kg和基础油350SN 300kg加入反应釜中混合,于110℃条件下进行搅拌脱水。
(2)脱水完成后,于115℃条件下搅拌并加入基础油N32 1000kg和脂肪酸多元醇脂100kg,混合均匀后降温。
(3)搅拌降温至73℃后加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚10kg、聚α烯烃10kg和烷基化苯三唑0.5kg,混合均匀后降温。
(4)缓慢搅拌降温至60℃后加入聚异丁烯5kg和酚醛树脂20kg,降温至44℃时停止搅拌。
(5)过滤、密封封装得到环保型油脂组合物。
对上述组合物进行检测,采用的标准为:闪点GB/T3536、粘度GB/T265、湿热GB/T2361、盐雾SH/T0081、生物降解率CEC-L-33-A-93;其结果如表1和2所示:

其制备方法与实施例1基本一致,不同之处在于:仅有基础油脂。
对比例2
常规防锈剂。
室外暴露试验:采用铸铁钢片,大小60mm*20mm*5mm,含碳量3.6%,采用砂纸将表面打磨粗糙后表面涂油并在室内挂放24h后,移至室外露天挂放,每天检查钢片并记录钢片的腐蚀情况及表面油膜情况。测试地点:武汉 武汉理工大学校园内;测试时间:2017年7-8月,实测平均气温33.7℃,从第3开始有下雨,下雨天数共9天。其结果如表4所示:

从表4可以看出,本发明提供的油脂组合物对铸铁有很好的防锈效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种环保型油脂组合物,其特征在于,其由以下重量份的原料制成:
基础油N32 100份、基础油350SN 20-35份、多元醇脂 5-15份、羊毛脂钙皂2-5份、亚硝酸盐0.5-2.0份、氢氧化锌1-4份、聚异丁烯0.2-0.6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5-1.5份、聚α烯烃0.4-1.0份、硅油抗泡剂0.05-0.2份、烷基化苯三唑0.01-0.1份、酚醛树脂0.5-2.0份、石蜡0.5-2.0份和二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠1.5-3.0份;
所述多元醇脂为由季戊四醇与碳数4-15的一元脂肪酸合成的酯;
所述亚硝酸盐包括亚硝酸钙或亚硝酸锌;
所述硅油抗泡剂包括8000号硅油或10000号甲基硅油;
所述石蜡为58号石蜡;
所述酚醛树脂为212型酚醛树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型油脂组合物,其特征在于,其由以下重量份的原料制成:
基础油N32 100份、基础油350SN 30份、多元醇脂 10份、羊毛脂钙皂4份、亚硝酸钙1份、氢氧化锌2份、聚异丁烯0.5份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1份、聚α烯烃1份、8000号硅油0.1份、烷基化苯三唑0.05份、212型酚醛树脂2份、58号石蜡1份、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠2份。
3.如权利要求1所述的环保型油脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将硅油抗泡剂、亚硝酸盐、氢氧化锌、二丁酸二辛酯磺酸钠、石蜡、羊毛脂钙皂和基础油350SN混合,于105-115℃条件下进行搅拌脱水;
(2)脱水完成后,于110-115℃条件下搅拌并加入基础油N32和多元醇脂,混合均匀后降温;
(3)搅拌降温至70-75℃后加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、聚α烯烃和烷基化苯三唑,混合均匀后降温;
(4)缓慢搅拌降温至55-60℃后加入聚异丁烯和酚醛树脂,降温至40-45℃时停止搅拌;
(5)过滤得到环保型油脂组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保型油脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤(1)- (3)中搅拌速度300r/min以上,在步骤(4)中搅拌速度100-180r/min。
