Claims (5)

長さと、を有する管状の突起と、
を備え、前記突起の長さの、前記平均的な膜部分の厚さに対する比率が、少なくとも

(i)前記第1の主表面より上の第1の突起の末端から、前記実質的に平坦な膜部
分の中にまたは通って、伸びる穴と、
(ii)前記穴の少なくとも1部を囲む突起の側壁と、
前記突起の側壁は、熱成形可能な材料を含み、そして突起の外側の側壁表面、突
