Claims (5)

  1. 第1の主表面、第2の主表面、及び平均的な膜部分の厚さを有する実質的に平坦な膜部分と、
    前記実質的に平坦な膜部分から伸びる複数の管状の突起と、
    つ以上の管状の突起は、
    (i)前記第1の主表面より上の第1の突起の末端から、前記実質的に平坦な膜部
    分の中にまたは通って、伸びる穴と、
    (ii)前記穴の少なくとも一部を囲む突起の側壁と、
    前記突起の側壁は、突起の外側の側壁表面、突起の内側の側壁表面、及び突起の
    側壁の厚さを有する、
    (iii)前記第1の突起の末端から前記第1の主表面までの距離で伸びる突起の
    長さと、を有する管状の突起と、
    を備え、前記突起の長さの、前記平均的な膜部分の厚さに対する比率が、少なくとも
    約3.5である
    ここで、前記1つ以上の管状の突起の少なくとも一部分の突起の壁の厚さは、平均的な膜部分の厚さ以上である、
    を備えた構造化膜。
  2. 前記1つ以上の管状の突起が、第2の主表面より下に配置された第2の突起の末端を有する、請求項1に記載の構造化膜。
  3. 第1の主表面、第2の主表面、及び平均的な膜部分の厚さを有する熱成形可能な材料を含む実質的に平坦な膜部分と、
    前記実質的に平坦な膜部分から伸びる複数の管状の突起と、
    つ以上の管状の突起は、
    (i)前記第1の主表面より上の第1の突起の末端から、前記実質的に平坦な膜部
    分の中にまたは通って、伸びる穴と、
    (ii)前記穴の少なくとも1部を囲む突起の側壁と、
    前記突起の側壁は、熱成形可能な材料を含み、そして突起の外側の側壁表面、突
    起の内側の側壁表面、及び突起の側壁の厚さを有する、
    (iii)前記第1の突起の末端から前記第2の主表面より下の第2の突起の末端
    までの距離で伸びる、末端から末端までの突起の長さと、
    を有する
    を備えた構造化膜。
  4. 前記穴が、前記第1主表面より上の第1の突起の末端から、前記実質的に平坦な膜部分を通って、前記第2の突起の末端まで伸びて、前記構造化膜を通る開口を提供する、請求項1または3に記載の構造化膜。
  5. 範囲の少なくとも一部を、請求項1〜のいずれか1項に記載の構造化膜で囲む工程を含む、範囲の吸音方法。
