Abstract

本发明涉及一种套管结构的保温墙,包括:两个平行的外壁,及设置在两外壁夹持形成的填充区域内的若干套管,其特征在于,一个所述外壁内表面上设有若干个同心圆形的插槽,所述套管为至少两个径向尺寸大小不同且同心设置在一起的管材,套在一起的管材轴向长度一致,所述套管的一个端部形状吻合的插入所述插槽。套管与两个外壁之间可以形成很多密闭的空间,且空间内填充发泡胶,这样保温效果更好。套管中的相邻管材之间形成的密闭空间,且空间内填充发泡胶,这样保温效果更好。预先设置的插槽方便套管逐行或逐列插设安装,同时软胶层从另一端挤压半圆板,将半圆板稳固的安装在两个外壁之间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温墙,尤其涉及一种套管结构的保温墙。
背景技术
现有技术中,组成墙体的板材需要特制,全新的材料以及复杂的结构,这样不仅带来浪费,还带来安装制作过程中的复杂工序和操作。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单的套管结构的保温墙。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种套管结构的保温墙,包括:两个平行的外壁,及设置在两外壁夹持形成的填充区域内的若干套管,其特征在于,一个所述外壁内表面上设有若干个同心圆形的插槽,所述套管为至少两个径向尺寸大小不同且同心设置在一起的管材,套在一起的管材轴向长度一致,所述套管的一个端部形状吻合的插入所述插槽。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述套管组成矩阵结构排布在两所述外壁之间。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述套管与同行和同列相邻的套管相切设置。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,相邻套管之间的孔隙通过发泡胶填充。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述套管包括三个同心设置的管材。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,同心设置的管材之间的孔隙通过发泡胶填充。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,一个外壁的内表面预先设置插槽,另一个外壁的内表面设有一层软胶层。
本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述软胶层经过挤压后能够凹陷。
本发明解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明具备以下有益效果:
(1)利用现有PVC管材便可制作管组,就地取材,又是甚至可以变废为宝。
(2)套管与两个外壁之间可以形成很多密闭的空间,且空间内填充发泡胶,这样保温效果更好。
(3)套管中的相邻管材之间形成的密闭空间,且空间内填充发泡胶,这样保温效果更好。
(4)预先设置的插槽方便套管逐行或逐列插设安装,同时软胶层从另一端挤压半圆板,将半圆板稳固的安装在两个外壁之间。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种套管结构的保温墙,包括:两个平行的外壁1,及设置在两外壁1夹持形成的填充区域内的若干套管3,一个外壁1内表面上设有三个同心圆形的插槽2,套管3为至少两个径向尺寸大小不同且同心设置在一起的管材4,套在一起的管材4轴向长度一致,套管3的一个端部形状吻合的插入插槽2。利用现有PVC管材4便可制作管组,就地取材,又是甚至可以变废为宝。
套管3组成矩阵结构排布在两外壁1之间。
套管3与同行和同列相邻的套管3相切设置。
相邻套管3之间的孔隙通过发泡胶填充,套管3与两个外壁1之间可以形成很多密闭的空间,且空间内填充发泡胶,这样保温效果更好。
同心设置的管材4之间的孔隙通过发泡胶填充,套管3中的相邻管材4之间形成的密闭空间,且空间内填充发泡胶,这样保温效果更好。
一个外壁1的内表面预先设置插槽2,另一个外壁1的内表面设有一层软胶层,软胶层经过挤压后能够凹陷。预先设置的插槽2方便套管3逐行或逐列插设安装,同时软胶层从另一端挤压半圆板,将半圆板稳固的安装在两个外壁1之间。

1.一种套管结构的保温墙,包括:两个平行的外壁,及设置在两外壁夹持形成的填充区域内的若干套管,其特征在于,一个所述外壁内表面上设有若干个同心圆形的插槽,所述套管为至少两个径向尺寸大小不同且同心设置在一起的管材,套在一起的管材轴向长度一致,所述套管的一个端部形状吻合的插入所述插槽;
所述套管包括三个同心设置的管材;
同心设置的管材之间的孔隙通过发泡胶填充;
所述套管组成矩阵结构排布在两所述外壁之间;
所述套管与同行和同列相邻的套管相切设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的套管结构的保温墙,其特征在于:相邻套管之间的孔隙通过发泡胶填充。
3.根据权利要求1所述的套管结构的保温墙,其特征在于:一个外壁的内表面预先设置插槽,另一个外壁的内表面设有一层软胶层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的套管结构的保温墙,其特征在于:所述软胶层经过挤压后能够凹陷。
