Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种MPP双壁波纹管，包括内层平直管和外层波纹管，内层平直管的外侧与外层波纹管的内侧紧密粘合在一起，外层波纹管的管壁中设置有保温层，保温层完全包覆于外层波纹管中。本实用新型通过完全包覆在外层波纹管中的保温层达到保温的目的，同时也没有改变MPP双壁波纹管原本的外形结构。

本实用新型涉及一种MPP双壁波纹管。
背景技术
现有的双壁波纹管选用聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)挤出成型。具有内壁光滑、流通量大、重量轻、耐腐蚀等优势，是地下埋设各种管材的最佳替代品。但是其保温性比较差，冬季管中水容易结冰，造成波纹管被冻裂现象的发生。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、保温效果好的MPP双壁波纹管。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种MPP双壁波纹管，包括内层平直管和外层波纹管，所述内层平直管的外侧与外层波纹管的内侧紧密粘合在一起，所述的外层波纹管的管壁中设置有保温层，所述的保温层完全包覆于外层波纹管中。
通过完全包覆在外层波纹管中的保温层达到保温的目的，同时也没有改变MPP双壁波纹管原本的外形结构。
作为优选，所述的保温层为环形，位于外层波纹管的每一个凸环和凹环中。
作为优选，所述的保温层在外层波纹管中的厚度一致，所述保温层的厚度为1-10cm。
作为优选，所述的保温层为石棉。
石棉有良好的隔热性，是很好的保温材料。
作为优选，所述外层波纹管的剖切线为矩形波形。
本实用新型通过完全包覆在外层波纹管中的保温层达到保温的目的，同时也没有改变MPP双壁波纹管原本的外形结构。

如图1所示，一种MPP双壁波纹管，包括内层平直管2和外层波纹管1，内层平直管2的外侧与外层波纹管1的内侧紧密粘合在一起，外层波纹管1的剖切线为矩形波形，外层波纹管1的管壁中设置有保温层3，保温层3完全包覆于外层波纹管1中，保温层3为环形，位于外层波纹管1的每一个凸环4和凹环中5，保温层3在外层波纹管1中的厚度一致，保温层3的厚度为1-10cm，保温层3为石棉，石棉有良好的隔热性，是很好的保温材料。

1.一种MPP双壁波纹管，包括内层平直管(2)和外层波纹管(1)，所述内层平直管(2)的外侧与外层波纹管(1)的内侧紧密粘合在一起，其特征在于，所述的外层波纹管(1)的管壁中设置有保温层(3)，所述的保温层(3)完全包覆于外层波纹管(1)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的MPP双壁波纹管，其特征在于，所述的保温层(3)为环形，位于外层波纹管(1)的每一个凸环(4)和凹环中(5)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的MPP双壁波纹管，其特征在于，所述的保温层(3)在外层波纹管(1)中的厚度一致，所述保温层(3)的厚度为1-10cm。
4.根据权利要3所述的MPP双壁波纹管，其特征在于，所述的保温层(3)为石棉。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的MPP双壁波纹管，其特征在于，所述外层波纹管(1)的剖切线为矩形波形。
