Claims (15)
- シート材料から複合製品を生産する方法であって、第1のシート材料(21)が第1の送り込み部(6)から排出部(8)に工具の中を通って第1の供給長さの第1の供給方向(9)に段階的に供給されるステップと、前記第1のシート材料が少なくとも一部の供給ステップの間にせん断、打ち抜き、加圧成形、曲げなどによって加工されるステップとを備えており、少なくとも第2のシート材料(22)は第2の供給部(7)を通って、第2の供給長さの第2の供給方向(10)に工具の中を段階的に供給され、少なくとも一部の供給ステップの間で前記第2のシート材料はせん断、打ち抜き、加圧成形、曲げなどによって製品の全体的または部分的に仕上げられた第2の構成部品に加工され、前記工具内の前記第2の構成部品は前記第1のシート材料(21)から全体的または部分的に仕上げられた前記製品の前記第1の構成部品と結合され、前記第1の供給方向(9)に組立状態で工具を離れるようにされることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記第2の供給方向(10)は前記第1の供給方向(9)と交差することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のシート材料(22)は前記第1のシート材料(21)の高さレベルよりも高いかまたは低い高さレベルで工具に供給され、高さレベルの差は前記第1および第2のシート材料の材料厚さにそれぞれ対応することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記組立作業の少なくとも最初の段階は前記第1の供給方向(9)と前記第2の供給方向(10)の交差区域において実施されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2の構成部品は、前記第1の構成部品との前記組立作業の少なくとも1つの最初の段階が実施されると同時に前記第2の供給方向(10)における直後の第2の構成部品から分離されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1のシート材料(21)と前記第2のシート材料(22)は材料厚さが異なることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1のシート材料(21)と前記第2のシート材料(22)は材料の組成と特性が異なることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1のシート材料(21)および前記第2のシート材料(22)の加工は同期的動作によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1のシート材料(21)および前記第2のシート材料(22)の加工と、前記第1および前記第2の構成部品の組立とは、同期的動作によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- シート材料から複合製品を生産する工具であって、前記工具の中を通って延びる第1の材料経路(11)を備え、前記第1の材料経路に沿って第1の供給長さの第1のシート材料(21)が段階的に供給可能であり、前記第1の材料経路はせん断、打ち抜き、加圧成形、曲げなどによって前記第1のシート材料を加工する複数の加工ステーション(17)を提示し、少なくとも第2の材料経路(14)に沿って第2の供給長さの第2のシート材料(22)が段階的に供給され、せん断、打ち抜き、加圧成形、曲げなどによって前記第2のシート材料を加工する複数の加工ステーション(18)が前記第2の材料経路に沿って配置され、かつ、前記第1のシート材料(21)から生産された製品の全体的または部分的に仕上げられた第1の構成部品を前記第2のシート材料(22)から生産された製品の全体的または部分的に仕上げられた第2の構成部品とを結合するかまたは組み立てるステーション(19)が前記第1の材料経路(11)と前記第2の材料経路(14)との交差区域に配置されていることを特徴とする、工具。
- 前記第1の材料経路(11)および前記第2の材料経路(14)はともに剛性ユニットとして配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の工具。
- 前記第1の材料経路(11)は第1の送り込み部(6)と排出部(8)を有し、前記第2の材料経路(14)は第2の送り込み部(7)を有し、前記第2の材料経路は前記第1の材料経路に交差して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の工具。
- 前記材料経路(11、14)は、前記工具に含まれともに剛性ユニットとして結合される共通プレート(2)上に配置されるガイド(12、13;15、16)によって少なくとも部分的に規定されることを特徴とする、請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の工具。
- 前記第2の送り込み部(7)は前記第1の送り込み部(6)よりも高いかまたは低い高さレベルで配置され、高さレベルの差は前記第1および前記第2のシート材料(それぞれ21、22)の厚さに対応することを特徴とする、請求項12または13のいずれかに記載の工具。
- 組立用の前記ステーション(19)はリベット打ち、ねじ止め、溶接、または継ぎを行う手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10〜14のいずれかに記載の工具。
