En fremgangsmåte for å fremstille et sammensatt objekt fra tynnplatematerial omfatter trinnene å mate trinnvis et første tynnplatematerial i en første mate retning (9), hvor tynnplatematerialet prosesseres mellom visse matetrinn, at et andre tynnplatematerial mates trinnvis i en andre materetning (10), hvor det andre tynnplatematerial prosesseres mellom visse matetrinn, og at første og andre komponentdeler sammenstilles og forårsakes å forlate verktøy et i den sammenstilte tilstand.
