Abstract

Description
本出願は、2006年1月19日に出願された米国仮特許出願第60/760、287号に関連し、優先権を主張する。
本開示は、一般的にエネルギーおよび水分伝達ホイール、さらに具体的には、回転式空気間のエネルギー回復および能動および受動的加湿および除湿システムのそのようなホイールの回転を制御する方法のためのシステムにおける改善に関する。
これは、「不完全」固定子または固定子セグメントとも言われる場合がある。そのようなモータには多くの種類がある。例えば、ブラシレスモータ設計は、センサ付きブラシレスDCモータ、センサなしDCモータ、またはブラシレスDCモータの一形態であるDCステッピングモータの形態をとることができる。すべてのそのようなモータは、所望の配電を実行するために電子制御装置を使用する。そのような制御に適した制御装置の一つは、オン・セミコンダクタ社(On Semiconductor)により製造されるMC33033、NCV33033である。オン・セミコンダクタ(On Semiconductor)出版の、ブラシレスDCモータ制御器(Brushless DC Motor Controller)、出版注文番号(Publication Order Number):MC33033/D、2004年4月第7版1〜24頁(April、2004、Rev.7、page1−24)を参照されたい。
Claims (9)
- 2つの逆流する空気流の間の熱および/または水分交換を提供するためのシステムであって、
フレームと、
前記2つの逆流する空気流を通って回転し、熱および/または水分が前記2つの逆流する空気流の間で移動することができるように、前記フレームに対して取り付けられ、回転可能に固定された伝達マトリックスを含む、伝達ホイールと、
モータの回転子として機能するように、前記ホイールに対して固定して取り付けられた第1の複数のモータ要素と、モータの固定子として機能するように、前記ホイールに固定して取り付けられた第2の複数のモータ要素と、を備え、
前記第2の複数のモータ要素に供給される電力により、前記伝達ホイールが前記2つの逆流する空気流を通って回転する、システム。 - 前記第1の複数のモータ要素は、回転子として機能するように構成され、前記第2の複数のモータ要素は、ブラシレスモータの固定子として機能するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記モータ要素は、永久磁石を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の複数のモータ要素は、前記フレームに対して構成され取り付けられた固定子磁場コイルを含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の複数のモータ要素は、回転子として機能するように構成され、前記第2の複数のモータ要素は、センサ付きブラシレスDCモータの固定子として機能するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の複数のモータ要素は、回転子として機能するように構成され、前記第2の複数のモータ要素は、センサなしブラシレスDCモータの固定子として機能するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の複数のモータ要素は、回転子として機能するように構成され、前記第2の複数のモータ要素は、ステッピングモータの固定子として機能するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記伝達マトリックスは、水分を、逆流する空気流の間で移動させ、前記空気流のうちの1つの加湿を強化するために使用される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記移動マトリックスは、水分を、逆流する空気流の間で移動させ、前記空気流のうちの1つの加湿を低減するために使用される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
