Description
− 遠隔制御装置本体と、
− ユーザーの手で握られるようにされるハンドルに固定されたレバーと、
− レバーを少なくとも1つの軸線のまわりで本体に対して動かすことのできる、レバーを本体に接続する接続手段と、
− 遠隔制御装置本体に対するレバーの相対的な動きを検知するための非接触型の検知手段とを有し、検知手段からの信号で可動機械の構成要素を制御するように構成した可動機械の遠隔制御装置の使用は公知である。
− 遠隔制御装置本体2と、
− 図示されていないが、ユーザーの手で握られるようになるハンドルに固定されたレバー3と、
− レバー3を本体2に対して動かすことができるようにレバーを本体に接続する接続手段4と、
− 遠隔制御装置の本体2に対するレバー3の相対する動きを検知し、検知信号で遠隔制御装置の外部で可動機械の構成要素を制御するようにされている検知手段5と、
を備えている。
Claims (13)
- − 遠隔制御装置本体(2)と、
− ユーザーに手で握られるように構成したハンドルに固定されたレバー(3)と、
− レバー(3)を少なくとも1つの軸線(A、B)のまわりで遠隔制御装置本体(2)に対して動かせるようにレバー(3)を遠隔制御装置本体(2)に接続する手段(4)と、
− 遠隔制御装置本体(2)に対するレバー(3)の相対運動を検知する非接触型の検知手段(5)と
を有し、
検知手段(5)からの信号で可動機械の構成要素を制御するようにした、
可動機械、特に建設重機又は農業用或いは操縦用機械の遠隔制御装置において、
遠隔制御装置本体(2)が密封された壁(8)を備え、密封された壁(8)が一方において密封された壁(8)の第一の側に配置される検知手段(5)を、他方においてレバー(3)及び密封された壁(8)の第二の側に配置されたレバーを本体に接続するための手段(4)から分離することを特徴とする遠隔制御装置。 - 密封された壁(8)が、レバー(3)の基部を収容できる窪み(9)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- 検知手段(5)が、密封された壁(8)の第一の側で、窪み(9)の壁に位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- 検知手段(5)が少なくとも1つのホール効果センサーを備え、また、レバーが永久磁石(6)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3の何れか一項に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- 永久磁石(6)が、本体(2)の近くに配置されたレバー(3)の基部に位置決めされていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- 密封された壁(8)を一周する案内通路を形成するケーブル或いはワイヤーを案内する案内手段(19、20)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5の何れか一項に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- 密封された壁(8)が、本体(2)に構成される仕切室(7)を少なくとも部分的に画定し、そこに検知手段(5)が収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6の何れか一項に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- 密封された壁(8)によって画定された仕切室(7)が、少なくとも部分的に樹脂で充填されてことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- 接続手段(4)が、密封された壁(8)に形成された窪み(9)に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項2〜請求項8の何れか一項に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- さらに、中立位置にレバー(3)を復帰させる戻し手段(12、14)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9の何れか一項に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- レバー又は接続手段(4)と本体(2)又は中立位置にレバーを復帰させる戻し手段(12、14)との間に、ケーブルやワイヤーが挟まるのを回避するようにされた保護手段(18)を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- 接続手段(4)が、玉継手から成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項11の何れか一項に記載の遠隔制御装置。
- 請求項1〜請求項12の何れか一項に記載の可動機械、特に建設重機又は農業用或いは操縦用機械の遠隔制御装置の製造方法において、
密封された壁(8)によって少なくとも部分的に画定された領域(7)内に、液体又はペースト状の樹脂(25)を注入することから成るステップを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。
