Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 상측에 제1영구자석이 설치되고, 하측에 키슬롯이 형성되며, 외주부의 일부에 돌출되어 있는 트리거에 제2영구자석이 설치되어 이루어지되, 상기 제1영구자석의 자기장 평면과 상기 트리거에 고정되는 제2영구자석의 자기장 평면이 상호 수직되도록 형성된 회전체; 및상기 제1영구자석의 자계 방향변화를 감지하여 선형출력신호를 산출하기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 홀 소자와, 상기 제2영구자석의 자계 세기변화를 감지하여 스위치신호를 산출하기 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 리드스위치가 설치된 인쇄회로기판을 포함하는 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,내부가 분리판에 의해 제1영역 및 제2영역으로 구분되어 있는 하우징; 및상기 인쇄회로기판에 대한 외부의 자기적 또는 전기적 교란을 차폐하기 위한 차폐커버를 더 포함하는 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 상기 제1영역을 덮는 제1하우징커버 및 상기 제2영역을 덮는 제2하우징커버를 포함하는 것이 특징인 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로기판 및 상기 회전체는 상기 제1영역 및 상기 제2영역에 각각 배치되는 것이 특징인 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제2하우징커버는 상기 회전체 하측이 관통하여 상기 키슬롯을 외부로 표출시키기 위한 관통구가 형성되는 것이 특징인 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전체는,상기 회전체의 상측에 설치되며, 상기 회전체가 회전했을 때 상기 회전체를 원래의 위치로 되돌리기 위한 복원스프링을 포함하는 것이 특징인 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1영구자석은 상기 회전체의 원주방향으로 극성이 배열되며, 상기 제2영구자석은 상기 회전체의 중심축방향으로 극성이 배열되는 것이 특징인 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 홀 소자는 상기 제1영구자석의 직상에 설치되며, 상기 리드스위치는 스위칭위치에서 상기 제2영구자석의 직상에 설치되는 것이 특징인 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 리드스위치는 적어도 1접점 이상의 단락스위치신호를 포함하며, 상기 제2영구자석과 일직선상에 위치할 때 단락스위칭신호를 산출하는 것이 특징인 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 트리거는 상기 회전체의 상측 방향으로 돌출되는 독립 스위치가 구비된 비접촉식 회전변위센서.
