Abstract
Description
本出願は、米国特許法第119条(e)に基づき、2005年12月29日に出願された米国仮特許出願第60/754,976号明細書(この記載内容全体を本明細書に援用する)の優先権を主張する。

式Iで表される化合物、または式Iで表される化合物から誘導される少なくとも1つのモノマー単位を有するポリマーを含有する少なくとも1層を正孔輸送層として含む有機電子デバイスも提供する。図1を参照すると、代表的な有機電子デバイス100が示されている。デバイス100は基体105を含む。基体105は、剛性または可撓性であってよく、たとえば、ガラス、セラミック、金属、またはプラスチックであってよい。電圧が印加されると、発せられた光は基体105を通して見ることができる。

モノマー(4)の500MHz 1H NMR:
この実施例は、デバイスの製造および特性決定データを示す。
緩衝液1は、ポリ(3,4−ジオキシチオフェン)とポリマー性フッ素化スルホン酸との水性分散液であった。この材料は、米国特許公報(特許文献3)の実施例3に記載の手順と類似の手順を使用して調製した。
BAlqは、ビス(2−メチル−8−ヒドロキシキノラト)(p−フェニルフェノラト)アルミニウムであった。
Claims (14)
- 式I:
Ar=アリール、ヘテロアリール、またはAr’−NAr’2であり、
Ar’=アリール、ヘテロアリールであり、
A=H、D、Ar、−NAr2、アルキル、ヘテロアルキル、フルオロアルキル、またはQであり、

- 前記少なくとも1つの化合物が、化合物1および化合物2から選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの請求項2に記載のポリマーを含む少なくとも1つの層を含むことを特徴とするデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層が有機層であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層が光活性層であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの層が正孔輸送層であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのポリマーが、ポリマー1およびポリマー2から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のデバイス。
