Claims (20)
- 照明装置であって、照明器具(20〜23)と、照明器具(20〜23)によって機械的に取り囲まれたLEDモジュール(30)と、を備え、
LEDモジュール(30)が、
少なくともひとつのLED(40)と、
この少なくともひとつのLED(40)にLED駆動信号を提供するように、少なくともひとつのLED(40)に電気的に接続されたLEDドライバ(50)と、
温度センサ(53)であって、温度センサ(53)によって検出された少なくともひとつのLED(40)の動作温度に基づいて、LEDドライバ(50)によるLED駆動信号の大きさの制御を容易にするように作動可能な、上記温度センサと、
を備えていることを特徴とする照明装置。 - LEDモジュール(30)が、少なくともひとつのLED(40)から照明器具(20〜23)への熱伝達を容易にするように、少なくともひとつのLED(40)及び照明器具(20〜23)に熱的に接続された温度管理システム(60)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- LEDモジュール(30)が、少なくともひとつのLED(40)によって放射された放射ビームの照明輪郭を変更するように、少なくともひとつのLED(40)に光学的に接続されたビーム成形装置(70)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- LEDドライバ(50)は、AC入力信号をLED駆動信号に変換するように作動可能なコンバータ(51)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- LEDドライバ(50)は、調光制御信号に基づいてコンバータ(51)によるLED駆動信号の大きさの制御を容易にするように、コンバータ(51)に電気的に接続された調光装置(52)をさらに具備していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- 温度センサ(53)は、温度センサ(53)によって検出された少なくともひとつのLED(40)の動作温度に基づいて、コンバータ(51)によるLED駆動信号の大きさの制御を容易にするように、コンバータ(51)に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- LEDモジュール(50)は、光学センサ(54)によって検出された照明器具(20〜23)の外部の周辺光の照明レベルに基づいて、コンバータ(51)によるLED駆動信号の大きさの制御を容易にするように、コンバータ(51)に電気的に接続された光学センサ(54)をさらに具備していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- コンバータ(51)は、降圧スイッチングレギュレータとして動作するバックコンバータ(U1)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の照明装置。
- 温度センサ(53)は、少なくともひとつのLED(40)の動作温度を指示するフィードバックをバックコンバータ(U1)に提供するように作動可能なサーミスタ(TM1,TM2)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の照明装置。
- 温度センサ(53)は、サーミスタ(TM2)によってバックコンバータ(U1)に提供された、少なくともひとつのLED(40)の動作温度を指示するフィードバックを高めるように作動可能なトランジスタ(Q1)をさらに具備していることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくともひとつのLED(40)は、降圧スイッチングレギュレータとしての、バックコンバータ(U1)の動作を容易にする手段として働くことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の照明装置。
- 照明装置であって、照明器具(20〜23)と、照明器具(20〜23)によって機械的に取り囲まれたLEDモジュール(30)と、を備え、
LEDモジュール(30)が、温度管理システム(60)に取り付けられた少なくともひとつのLED(40)を備え、温度管理システムが、照明器具(20〜23)に熱的に接続され、少なくともひとつのLED(40)から照明器具(20〜23)への熱伝達を容易にすることを特徴とする照明装置。 - LEDモジュール(30)が、少なくともひとつのLED(40)によって放射された放射ビームの照明輪郭を変更するように、少なくともひとつのLED(40)に光学的に接続されたビーム成形装置(70)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の照明装置。
- 温度管理システム(60)が、
少なくともひとつのLED(40)が取り付けられた、金属製のプリント回路基板(61)と、
金属製のプリント回路基板(61)及び照明器具(20〜23)に熱的に接続され、それにより、少なくともひとつのLED(40)から照明器具(20〜23)への熱伝達を容易にするヒートシンク(62)と、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の照明装置。 - 温度管理システム(60)は、金属製のプリント回路基板(61)とヒートシンク(62)とに貫設されたスルーホール(164)をさらに具備し、
スルーホール(164)は、金属製のプリント回路基板(61)への電力配線の接続を容易にするように、ヒートシンク(62)のキャビティ(163)と整列されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の照明装置。 - LEDモジュール(30)は、LEDドライバ(50)をさらに具備し、ヒートシンク(62)にて、少なくともひとつのLED(40)に電気的に接続され、少なくともひとつのLED(40)にLED駆動信号を提供し、
ヒートシンク(62)は、LEDドライバ(50)の少なくとも一部分が取り付けられてなる、非金属製のプリント回路基板(166)を取り囲むような、キャビティ(163)を具備している、
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の照明装置。 - 温度管理システム(60)はさらに、金属製のプリント回路基板(61)とヒートシンク(62)とに貫設されたスルーホール(164)を具備し、
スルーホール(164)は、金属製のプリント回路基板(61)から非金属製のプリント回路基板(166)への配線を容易にするように、ヒートシンク(62)のキャビティ(163)と整列されていることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の照明装置。 - 照明装置であって、照明器具(20〜23)と、照明器具(20〜23)によって機械的に取り囲まれたLEDモジュール(30)と、を備え、

少なくともひとつのLED(40)と、
少なくともひとつのLED(40)によって放射された放射ビームの照明輪郭を変更するように、少なくともひとつのLED(40)に光学的に接続されたビーム成形装置(70)と、を備え、

少なくともひとつのLED(40)によって放射された放射ビームの照明輪郭を変更するように、少なくともひとつのLED(40)に光学的に整列された少なくともひとつの光学要素と、
少なくともひとつの光学要素の少なくともひとつのLED(40)に対する光学的整列をしっかりと維持するように、少なくともひとつの光学要素のまわりに取り付けられた少なくともひとつの熱収縮管(73)と、
を備えていることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 少なくともひとつの光学要素は、光学拡散器(71)及び透明板(72)のうちの少なくともひとつを具備していることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくともひとつの光学要素は、少なくともひとつの光学要素のまわりにおける少なくともひとつの熱収縮管(73)のしっかりした取り付けを高めるための延長部(176)を有する透明板(172)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の照明装置。
