Abstract

Claims (9)
- 照明装置であって、照明器具と、照明器具によって機械的に取り囲まれたLEDモジュールと、を備え、
LEDモジュールが、温度管理システムに取り付けられた少なくともひとつのLEDを備え、温度管理システムが、照明器具に熱的に接続され、少なくともひとつのLEDから照明器具への熱伝達を容易にすることを特徴とする照明装置。 - LEDモジュールが、少なくともひとつのLEDによって放射された放射ビームの照明輪郭を変更するように、少なくともひとつのLEDに光学的に接続されたビーム成形装置をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 温度管理システムが、
少なくともひとつのLEDが取り付けられた、金属製のプリント回路基板と、
金属製のプリント回路基板及び照明器具に熱的に接続され、それにより、少なくともひとつのLEDから照明器具への熱伝達を容易にするヒートシンクと、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。 - 温度管理システムは、金属製のプリント回路基板とヒートシンクとに貫設されたスルーホールをさらに具備し、
スルーホールは、金属製のプリント回路基板への電力配線の接続を容易にするように、ヒートシンクのキャビティと整列されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の照明装置。 - LEDモジュールは、LEDドライバをさらに具備し、ヒートシンクにて、少なくともひとつのLEDに電気的に接続され、少なくともひとつのLEDにLED駆動信号を提供し、
ヒートシンクは、LEDドライバの少なくとも一部分が取り付けられてなる、非金属製のプリント回路基板を取り囲むような、キャビティを具備している、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の照明装置。 - 温度管理システムはさらに、金属製のプリント回路基板とヒートシンクとに貫設されたスルーホールを具備し、
スルーホールは、金属製のプリント回路基板から非金属製のプリント回路基板への配線を容易にするように、ヒートシンクのキャビティと整列されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の照明装置。 - 照明装置であって、照明器具と、照明器具によって機械的に取り囲まれたLEDモジュールと、を備え、
LEDモジュールが、
少なくともひとつのLEDと、
少なくともひとつのLEDによって放射された放射ビームの照明輪郭を変更するように、少なくともひとつのLEDに光学的に接続されたビーム成形装置と、を備え、
このビーム成形装置が、
少なくともひとつのLEDによって放射された放射ビームの照明輪郭を変更するように、 少なくともひとつのLEDに光学的に整列された少なくともひとつの光学要素と、
少なくともひとつの光学要素の少なくともひとつのLEDに対する光学的整列をしっかりと維持するように、少なくともひとつの光学要素のまわりに取り付けられた少なくともひとつの熱収縮管と、
を備えていることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 少なくともひとつの光学要素は、光学拡散器及び透明板のうちの少なくともひとつを具備していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- 少なくともひとつの光学要素は、少なくともひとつの光学要素のまわりにおける少なくともひとつの熱収縮管のしっかりした取り付けを高めるための延長部を有する透明板を具備していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の照明装置。
