本发明涉及一种灯具,特别涉及光通讯灯具。
背景技术
应急灯是一种用于紧急照明的灯具。应急灯是装设于各建筑物的内部、厂房的内部或交通工具的内部,当有意外产生且需要照明时,应急灯是可以提供照明之需。
现有的灯管、灯具或应急灯于设计、生产装配或出厂前均使用导线作为电性连接,以此导线的电性连接的方式的优点为可靠。但仍具有至少五个缺点。
缺点一:导线需要依据灯管、灯具或应急灯的长短进行增加或减短,而造成成本浮动大。缺点二:导线于装配过程中因保护不当而易引起线皮受损,进而造成短路。缺点三:导线易造成装配效率低下。缺点四:于运输过程或安装过程中,导线会有晃动,进而产生噪音,并降低产品使用。缺点五:不能达到电气隔离的效果,于一些需要电气隔离,并且被隔离的两个系统距离较远就不能直接用导线连接,现有的方式是采用光耦合器,但光耦合器是小型器件于隔离的系统的距离较远的情况下,还是需要导线进行连接,进而导致生产效率低下。
因此,如何设计一种可提升产效率、提升产品使用、降低噪音、无导线连接方式以及降低成本浮动,是本领域相关人员亟需改善的课题。
发明内容
为此,需要提供一种光通信灯具,能够达到可提升产效率、提升产品使用、降低噪音、无导线连接方式以及降低成本浮动的优点。
为实现上述目的,发明人提供一种光通信灯具,其特征在于:包含一发射端驱动控制器、一电源件及一发光单元,所述的发光单元电性连接所述的发射端控制器及所述的电源件,其中,所述的发射端驱动控制器接收一电信号,以控制所述的发光单元。
在一些实施例中,进一步包含有一发射端发射件及一接收端电源电路接收件,所述的发射端发射件电性连接所述的发射端驱动控制器,所述的接收端电源电路接收件电性连接所述的发光单元,所述的电信号经过所述的发射端发射件转换为一光信号,并对空间进行辐射,所述的接收端电源电路接收件接收所述的光信号。
在一些实施例中,进一步包含一接收端驱动电源电路,所述的接收端驱动电源电路电性连接所述的接收端电源电路接收件及所述的发光单元,所述的接收端电源电路将所述的光信号转换为一电信号,所述的接收端驱动电源电路的一编码器将所述的电信号进行译码,于译码后输出,以执行相应的功能。
在一些实施例中,进一步包含有一灯管散热器及一灯罩;所述的灯管散热器具有一设置面,所述的接收端驱动电源电路、所述的接收端电源电路接收件、所述的发射端发射件、所述的电源件及所述的发射端驱动控制器是设于所述的设置面;所述的灯罩是盖设于所述的的设置面,以使所述的接收端驱动电源电路、所述的接收端电源电路接收件、所述的发射端发射件、所述的电源件及所述的发射端驱动控制器位于所述的灯罩与所述的灯管散热器之间;所述的发光单元设于所述的灯罩与所述的灯管散热器之间。
在一些实施例中,进一步包含至少一灯头,所述的灯头是设于已结合的所述的灯罩及所述的灯管散热器的端部,所述的灯头具有铜针,所述的铜针是电性连接所述的发光单元。
在一些实施例中,所述的灯头为两个,所述的灯头是分别设于已结合的所述的灯罩及所述的灯管散热器的两端。
在一些实施例中,进一步包含有一测试开关及一测试指示灯,所述的测试开关及所述的测试指示灯是设于所述的灯罩的一端,所述的测试开关及所述的测试指示灯是电性连接所述的发光单元。
于一实施例,所述的电源件为电池或充电电池;所述的发射端发射件为光发射器件;所述的接收端电源电路接收件为光接收器件。
于一实施例,所述的发光单元为一具有多个发光二极管的板体。
值得一提的是,电信号(高低电平)传输至发射端发射,经过发射端发射件的转换,而成为一具有特定波长的光信号,并对空间进行辐射。接收端电源电路接收件接收来自发射端发射件的光信号,并将光信号转换为电信号(特定频路率的占空比信号),再将电信号放大后,而使接收端驱动电源电路进行高低电平控制。
灯管及密闭灯具内部空间内的两个系统通过光收发管器件进行电气隔离通讯。本申请可减少因使用导线控制而产生的电磁波问题。相对于射频通信,光通信不会产生额外的射频电磁波问题。本申请能提升生产效率,并减少因使用导线,而产生的成本问题。

为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1、图2至图3,为本申请的一种光通信灯具的示意图及立体分解示意图。
本申请的第一实施例提出一种光通信灯具,包含有:一接收端驱动电源电路10、一接收端电源电路接收件11、一发射端发射件12、一电源件13、一灯管散热器14、一发射端驱动控制器15、至少一灯头16、一测试开关17、一测试指示灯18、一灯罩19及一发光单元20。
灯管散热器14是一铝制品。灯管散热器14具有一设置面。接收端驱动电源电路10、接收端电源电路接收件11、发射端发射件12、电源件13及发射端驱动控制器15是设于灯管散热器14的设置面。电源件13可为电池或充电电池。发射端发射件12可为光发射器件。接收端电源电路接收件11可为光接收器件。
接收端驱动电源电路10是电性连接接收端电源电路接收件11。发射端发射件12是电性连接发射端驱动控制器15。
灯罩19是盖设于灯管散热器14的设置面,以使接收端驱动电源电路10、接收端电源电路接收件11、发射端发射件12、电源件13及发射端驱动控制器15位于灯罩19与灯管散热器14之间。
发光单元20为一具有复数个发光二极管的板体。发光单元20设于灯罩19与灯管散热器14之间。灯罩19与灯管散热器14之间。发光单元20电性连接接收端驱动电源电路10、电源件13及发射端驱动控制器15。
灯头16是两个。灯头16是分别设于已结合的灯罩19及灯管散热器14的两端。各灯头16具有铜针160。铜针160是电性连接发光单元20。
测试开关17及测试指示灯18是设于灯罩19的一端。测试开关17及测试指示灯18是电性连接发光单元20。
请再配合参考图2及图3。当灯头16的铜针160电性连接一电源,如市电或测试电源,电源透过铜针160提供电能给发光单元20,而使发光单元20的发光二极管产生亮光。该亮光透过灯罩19发射至外部,以照亮外部的空间。该电能同时充电电源件13。
当测试开关17被开启后,电源不再提供电能给发光单元20。电源件13提供电能给发光单元20,而使发光二极管产生亮光。同时,测试指示灯18亮起,以显示灯具目前使用电源件13中或为测试状态中。
而当测试开关17被关闭后,电源件13不再提供电能给发光单元20,及回复至上述的电源提供电能的状态。同时,测试指示灯18进入不亮的状态,以显示灯具目前充电中或使用电源中。
一控制器(如编码器)发出一电信号(特定频路率的占空比信号),如1HZ至100K频率的电信号。发射端驱动控制器15接受此电信号。该电信号通过发射端发射件12的转换,而成为一具有特定波长的光信号。该光信号通过发射端发射件12,而对空间进行辐射。
接收端电源电路接收件11接收来自发射端发射件12的光信号,并将光信号转换为电信号(特定频路率的占空比信号),再将电信号放大送至接收端驱动电源电路10的编码器进行译码,于译码后输出,以执行相应的功能。如上述的电源提供电能或电源件13提供电能的模式。
综合上述,本申请的光通信灯具可具有以下优点:第一,电信号(高低电平)传输至发射端发射12,经过发射端发射件12的转换,而成为一具有特定波长的光信号,并对空间进行辐射。接收端电源电路接收件11接收来自发射端发射件12的光信号,并将光信号转换为电信号(特定频路率的占空比信号),再将电信号放大后,而使接收端驱动电源电路10进行高低电平控制。第二,灯管及密闭灯具内部空间内的两个系统通过光收发管器件进行电气隔离通讯。第三,减少因使用导线控制而产生的电磁波问题。第四,相对于射频通信,光通信不会产生额外的射频电磁波问题。第五,能提升生产效率,并减少因使用导线,而产生的成本问题。

1.一种光通信灯具,其特征在于:包含一发射端驱动控制器、一电源件及一发光单元,所述的发光单元电性连接所述的发射端控制器及所述的电源件,其中,所述的发射端驱动控制器接收一电信号,以控制所述的发光单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的光通信灯具,其特征在于:进一步包含有一发射端发射件及一接收端电源电路接收件,所述的发射端发射件电性连接所述的发射端驱动控制器,所述的接收端电源电路接收件电性连接所述的发光单元,所述的电信号经过所述的发射端发射件转换为一光信号,并对空间进行辐射,所述的接收端电源电路接收件接收所述的光信号。
3.如权利要求2所述的光通信灯具,其特征在于:进一步包含一接收端驱动电源电路,所述的接收端驱动电源电路电性连接所述的接收端电源电路接收件及所述的发光单元,所述的接收端电源电路将所述的光信号转换为一电信号,所述的接收端驱动电源电路的一编码器将所述的电信号进行译码,于译码后输出,以执行相应的功能。
4.如权利要求3所述的光通信灯具,其特征在于:进一步包含有一灯管散热器及一灯罩;所述的灯管散热器具有一设置面,所述的接收端驱动电源电路、所述的接收端电源电路接收件、所述的发射端发射件、所述的电源件及所述的发射端驱动控制器是设于所述的设置面;所述的灯罩是盖设于所述的的设置面,以使所述的接收端驱动电源电路、所述的接收端电源电路接收件、所述的发射端发射件、所述的电源件及所述的发射端驱动控制器位于所述的灯罩与所述的灯管散热器之间;所述的发光单元设于所述的灯罩与所述的灯管散热器之间。
5.如权利要求4所述的光通信灯具,其特征在于:进一步包含至少一灯头,所述的灯头是设于已结合的所述的灯罩及所述的灯管散热器的端部,所述的灯头具有铜针,所述的铜针是电性连接所述的发光单元。
6.如权利要求5所述的光通信灯具,其特征在于:所述的灯头为两个,所述的灯头是分别设于已结合的所述的灯罩及所述的灯管散热器的两端。
7.如权利要求4所述的光通信灯具,其特征在于:进一步包含有一测试开关及一测试指示灯,所述的测试开关及所述的测试指示灯是设于所述的灯罩的一端,所述的测试开关及所述的测试指示灯是电性连接所述的发光单元。
8.如权利要求2所述的光通信灯具,其特征在于:所述的电源件为电池或充电电池;所述的发射端发射件为光发射器件;所述的接收端电源电路接收件为光接收器件。
9.如权利要求1所述的光通信灯具,其特征在于:所述的发光单元为一具有多个发光二极管的板体。
