Claims (9)
- 熱放散ブラケットであって、
2つの対向端部、
トップパネルであって、前記トップパネルを貫通して形成された複数の独立した頂部孔を有するトップパネル、
ボトムパネルであって、前面部と、前記ボトムパネルを貫通して形成されかつ前記頂部孔の位置にそれぞれ対応している複数の独立した底部孔とを有するボトムパネル、および
前記トップパネルと前記ボトムパネルとの間に取り付けられた複数の送気管であって、それぞれが、対応する頂部孔と対応する底部孔とを接続する、送気管
を有する熱放散ブラケットと、
前記ボトムパネルの前記前面部に取り付けられた基板であって、前記基板を貫通して形成されかつ前記送気管に対応する複数の独立した貫通孔を有する基板と、
それぞれ、2つの隣接する貫通孔の間において前記基板に取り付けられた複数のLED組立体と、
前記熱放散ブラケットの前記端部にそれぞれ接続された2つの回転式取付用組立体と
を備え、
前記熱放散ブラケットが、前記回転式取付用組立体を用いて回転させることによって前記LED組立体の照明方向を変更するように適合されている、LEDモジュール。 - 各回転式取付用組立体が
固定部材と、
前記固定部材と共に回転可能に取り付けられ、かつ前記熱放散ブラケットの対応する端部に接続された回転部材と
を有し、
前記熱放散ブラケットが、前記固定部材に対して前記回転部材によって回転する、請求項1に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 前記回転部材および前記固定部材がシリンダーであり、および
前記固定部材が前記回転部材と同軸であり、回転部材の表面から突出し、かつ前記回転部材の直径よりも小さな直径を有する、請求項2に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 前記固定部材が輪状であり、前記回転部材の周りに取り付けられている、請求項2に記載のLEDモジュール。
- 前記固定部材がL字形であり、かつ
本体と、
前記本体に形成されかつ前記本体から横方向に突出する取付タブと
を有し、および
前記回転部材が、前記固定部材の前記本体に回転可能に取り付けられている、請求項2に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 前記回転部材が、
端部と、
前記回転部材の前記端部に取り付けられ、かつ湾曲したスロットを有する隣接パネルと
を有し、および
前記固定部材が、表面と、前記固定部材の前記表面に形成され前記表面から突出し、かつ前記隣接パネルの前記湾曲したスロットに摺動可能に取り付けられている突起とを有する、請求項2に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 各LED組立体が、
前記基板にハンダ付けされたLEDユニットと、
前記LEDユニットの周りに取り付けられたスリーブと、
前記スリーブに収容されかつ前記LEDユニットに取り付けられたレンズユニットと
を有する、請求項1に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 各LED組立体がさらに、
前記スリーブと前記基板との間に配置された第1の防水ワッシャと、
前記レンズユニットと前記スリーブとの間に配置された第2の防水ワッシャと
を有する、請求項7に記載のLEDモジュール。 - 前記基板に取り付けられたカバーをさらに有し、各LED組立体が、
前記カバーを貫通して前記基板にハンダ付けされたLEDユニットと、
前記LEDユニットに取り付けられ、かつ前記基板および前記カバーに接続された底部を有するレンズユニットと
を有する、請求項1に記載のLEDモジュール。
