Abstract
Description
本発明はメタノールを生産するための方法および装置に関する。
既存のメタノールの製造方法および装置はさらに改良できると考えられる。
図1Aおよび1Bは、本発明のメタノールを生産するための装置のシステムを示す概略図である;

本発明のメタノールを生産するための装置は、炭化水素含有ガスの気相酸化を促進する反応器100を有する。これは図1Aおよび1Bに示される。図1Bは、反応器のインプットおよびアウトプットを詳述する。反応器100は、加熱された炭化水素含有ガス流れを導入するためのデバイス104および酸素含有ガスを導入するためのデバイス105を有する反応ゾーン102を含む。詳細に以下に説明されるように、酸素含有ガスは、リサイクルプロセスによる不活性ガスの蓄積を低減するために、好ましくは80%を越える酸素分を有する。
新規であり、特許として保護されることを求める発明は特許請求の範囲に記載される。
Claims (29)
- 以下を含むメタノールの製造方法;
反応器へ加熱された炭化水素含有ガスの第一の流れを供給すること;
反応器へ酸素含有ガスを供給すること;
酸素含有ガスの酸素によって加熱された炭化水素含有流れの酸化を反応器内で行い、メタノールおよびホルムアルデヒドを含む生成物流れを提供すること;および
生成物流れから炭化水素含有ガスの第一の流れへ熱を移動すること;
生成物流れからメタノールを回収すること;および
生成物流れからCO2を回収し、炭化水素を含む戻りの生成物流れを形成すること、
ここで第一の流れは戻りの生成物流れの少なくとも一部分を含む。 - 酸化は触媒のない部分酸化である、請求項1記載の方法。
- 生成物流れから炭化水素含有ガスへの熱の移動は、炭化水素含有ガスを少なくとも部分的に加熱し、これはついでさらに加熱されて加熱された炭化水素含有ガスの第一の流れを提供する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応器の下流の熱交換器において、熱は生成物流れから炭化水素含有ガスへ移動される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応器の熱交換器部分は、反応器の下流の部分を構成する、請求項4記載の方法。
- CO2の回収は、スクラバー、パージ流れあるいは膜セパレーターの少なくとも1つを通して生成物流れを移動させることにより行われる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応器内での酸化が、約7〜8MPaの間の圧力で行われる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 酸素含有ガスは80%から100%の間の酸素を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 酸素含有ガスは20%未満の窒素を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応器中の酸化が約430℃から約470℃の間の温度で行われる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 冷炭化水素含有ガスを反応器へ供給することをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 反応器への冷炭化水素含有ガスの供給が、メタノールとホルムアルデヒドの形成が本質的に完了したとき、又はその後の段階で、反応器へ冷炭化水素含有ガスを供給することを含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 冷炭化水素含有ガスの供給が、冷炭化水素含有ガスの量を調節し、反応器中のホルムアルデヒドの分解の程度に影響を及ぼすことを含む、請求項11記載の方法。
- 冷炭化水素含有ガスは加熱された炭化水素含有ガスより低温である、請求項11記載の方法。
- 次のものを含むメタノールの製造装置:
反応器;
反応器へ第一の炭化水素含有ガス流れを供給するための第一の炭化水素含有ガス供給手段;
反応器へ酸素含有ガスを供給するための手段、その結果、酸素含有ガスの酸素での加熱された炭化水素含有ガスの酸化反応が反応器内で起こり、ホルムアルデヒドとメタノールを含む生成物流れを生成する;
生成物流れからCO2とホルムアルデヒドを回収するための手段;
ここで前記第一の流れは、生成物流れの一部を含む。 - 反応器内へ冷炭化水素含有ガスを供給するための、第一の炭化水素含有ガス供給手段の下流にある、第2の炭化水素含有ガス供給手段であって、冷炭化水素含有ガスが炭化水素含有ガスと酸素含有ガスの混合物と直接混合され、ホルムアルデヒドおよびメタノールを含む生成物流れを生成する手段;および
生成物流れから第一の供給手段によって供給される炭化水素含有ガスに熱を移動するための熱交換手段、を更に含む、請求項15記載の装置。 - 炭化水素含有ガスを反応器に導入する前に予備加熱するために、熱交換手段と反応器の間に配置されたヒーターをさらに含む、請求項16記載の装置。
- 反応器の熱交換部分が反応器の下流の部分を構成する、請求項17記載の装置。
- 第2の供給手段が、メタノールとホルムアルデヒドの形成が実質的に完了している位置で、反応器に配置される、請求項16記載の装置。
- コントローラーは、1つ以上のオペレーティングパラメータに基づいて第2の供給手段を調節する、請求項16記載の装置。
- 1つ以上のパラメーターは温度を含む、請求項20記載の装置。
- 生成物流れの比較的高い揮発性の成分から分離するために、生成物流れの比較的低い揮発性の成分を凝縮するコンデンサーを含む、請求項15記載の装置。
- コンデンサーの下流にホルムアルデヒド精留器を含む、請求項22記載の装置。
- コンデンサーの下流にメタノール精留器を含む、請求項22記載の装置。
- 次のものを含むメタノールの製造装置;
反応器;
反応器と接続された第一の炭化水素含有ガス流れ;
反応器と接続された酸素含有ガスの供給であって、これは酸素含有ガスの酸素での加熱された炭化水素含有ガスの酸化の反応を促進し、ホルムアルデヒドとメタノールを含む生成物流れを生産する;
第一の炭化水素含有ガス流れの下流の第二の炭化水素含有ガス流れであって、炭化水素含有ガスと酸素含有ガスの混合物と直接混合されるために、反応器へ冷炭化水素含有ガスを供給し、ホルムアルデヒドおよびメタノールを含む生成物流れを形成する流れ;
生成物流れから第一の炭化水素含有ガス流れへ熱を移動するための熱交換器;
生成物流れからCO2を回収するように形成されたメカニズム;
ここで前記第一の流れは、生成物流れの一部を含む。 - 炭化水素含有ガスを接続された反応器に導入する前に予備加熱するために、熱交換器と反応器の間に配置されたヒーターをさらに含む、請求項25記載の装置。
- 反応器の熱交換器が反応器の下流の部分を構成する、請求項26記載の装置。
- 第2の炭化水素含有ガス流れが、メタノールとホルムアルデヒドの形成が実質的に完了している位置で、反応器に導入される、請求項25記載の装置。
