Claims (7)
- 吸引ノズル(27)に接続できる空気入口(17)と、上記空気入口(17)の下流に設けられた空気フィルタ(19)と、上記空気フィルタ(19)の下流に設けられた空気出口(18)とを備えた主分離装置(15)を有し、上記空気入口(17)から上記空気出口(18)の方向へ空気の流れを発生させる発生手段を有して成る空気の流れから穿孔切削粉を分離する粒子分離装置において、
上記空気の流れの量を測定する測定手段(41)及び測定した量に基き空気の流れの発生手段を制御する制御手段を有すること
を特徴とする粒子分離装置。 - 空気の流れの上記量が空気の圧力であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の粒子分離装置。
- 空気の流れの上記量が空気の流速であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の粒子分離装置。
- 上記測定手段(41)が、空気フィルタの上流に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の粒子分離装置。
- 上記測定手段(41)が、主分離装置(15)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の粒子分離装置。
- 空気の流れの発生手段がフィルタの下流に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の粒子分離装置。
- 空気の流れの発生手段がファンであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の粒子分離装置。
