Claims (6)

  1. 白色光を放つための照明器具であって、約250〜約550nmにピークを有する放射線を放つ光源;及び光源に放射的に結合した蛍光体材料を含み、該蛍光体材料が、Ca1-a-bCeaEubAl1+aSi1-aN3(式中、0<a≦0.2、0≦b≦0.2);Ca1-c-dCecEudAl1-c(Mg、Zn)cSiN3(式中、0<c≦0.2、0≦d≦0.2);Ca1-2e-fCee(Li、Na)eEufAlSiN3(式中、0≦e≦0.2、0≦f≦0.2、e+f>0);又はCa1-g-h-iCeg(Li、Na)hEuiAl1+g-hSi1-g+hN3(式中、0≦g≦0.2、0<h≦0.4、0≦i≦0.2、g+i>0)の少なくとも1つを含む照明器具。

  3. Ca1-a-bCeaEubAl1+aSi1-aN3(式中、0<a≦0.2、0≦b≦0.2); Ca1-c-dCecEudAl1-c(Mg、Zn)cSiN3(式中、0<c≦0.2、0≦d≦0.2); Ca1-2e-fCee(Li、Na)eEufAlSiN3(式中、0≦e≦0.2、0≦f≦0.2、e+f>0); 又はCa1-g-h-iCeg(Li、Na)hEuiAl1+g-hSi1-g+hN3(式中、0≦g≦0.2、0<h≦0.4、0≦i≦0.2、g+i>0)の少なくとも1つを含む蛍光体材料。
  4. (Ca0.97Eu0.01Ce0.02)(Al0.98Mg0.02)SiN3; (Ca0.99Ce0.01)(Al0.99Mg0.01)SiN3; (Ca0.95Eu0.02Li0.03)Al0.97Si1.03N3; 又は(Ca0.90Eu0.02Li0.08)Al0.92Si1.08N3の少なくとも1つを含む請求項記載の蛍光体材料。
  5. Ca1-a-bCeaEubAl1+aSi1-aN3(式中、0<a≦0.2、0≦b≦0.2); Ca1-c-dCecEudAl1-c(Mg、Zn)cSiN3(式中、0<c≦0.2、0≦d≦0.2); Ca1-2e-fCee(Li、Na)eEufAlSiN3(式中、0≦e≦0.2、0≦f≦0.2、e+f>0); 又はCa1-g-h-iCeg(Li、Na)hEuiAl1+g-hSi1-g+hN3(式中、0≦g≦0.2、0<h≦0.4、0≦i≦0.2、g+i>0)の少なくとも1つ;及び少なくとも1つの追加の蛍光体を含む蛍光体ブレンドであって、単独で又は蛍光体に放射的に結合した光源により放たれる放射線との組み合わせでのいずれかで、全般照明における使用に適する光を放つことが可能である蛍光体ブレンド。
