Abstract
Description
上記のように、本発明の態様によるリチウム金属電池は電解質を微細セグメントに分割することにより、デンドライトの成長を大きく抑制し、そしてエネルギー密度を著しく向上させる。また、リチウム金属電池は、種々の選択の機会を提供するために、固体電解質の代わりに液体電解液を用いる場合、漏れを減少させる。電池に圧縮が加えられる場合、区画された電解質構造を有するリチウム金属電池は、安定性を改善させるために、力を分散させそして複数の隔壁によって支えられる。
Claims (7)
- アノードとカソードとの間で形成されている電解質を複数の領域に分割して、互いに接触しないようにしたリチウム金属電池。
- 前記リチウム金属電池が、前記電解質をマトリックス型に区画するように構成された複数の隔壁を含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム金属電池。
- 前記隔壁が、リチウムイオンが通過できない材料でできている、請求項2に記載のリチウム金属電池。
- 前記複数の隔壁の間隔が、前記アノードと前記カソードとの間の間隔の5分の1より小さい、請求項2に記載のリチウム金属電池。
- 前記リチウム金属電池が、前記アノードと前記カソードとの間に非電解質で被覆された複数の電解質のパイプを含む、請求項1に記載のリチウム金属電池。
- 前記リチウム金属電池が、前記アノードと前記カソードとの間に多孔質膜を含み、そして前記電解質が、前記多孔質膜の孔に吸収される、請求項1に記載のリチウム金属電池。
- 前記アノードと前記カソードが、前記分割された電解質に対応した大きさの個々の部分品に分割され、そして前記分割された部分品の個々が、相互に電気的に接触する、請求項1に記載のリチウム金属電池。
