Abstract
本発明によれば、本濾過システム(100)は、ポンプ(120)が機能する間にフィルタ(130)の詰まりを減らすように意図されたデバイス(150)を備える。
従って、本濾過システムでは、その清掃または交換への移行が必要になるまで機能する期間がより長くなる。

Claims (9)
- 液体を濾過するためのシステムであって、
前記液体を包含するように意図されたリザーバ内に浸漬されて前記液体をポンピングするように設計されるポンプを備え、
前記ポンプには前記ポンプ内に入れられる前記液体を濾過することのできるフィルタが装備され、
前記濾過システムは、前記ポンプが機能する間に前記フィルタの詰まりを減らすように意図されたデバイスを備え、
前記デバイスには、濾過されるべき液体に暴露されるように意図された前記フィルタの濾過部分の面上へ液体を正接的に吹き付けることができるように配置される散布器が装備されることを特徴とする濾過システム。 - 前記デバイスは、前記ポンプの出口孔に取り付けられるバイパスの一部から成り、前記バイパスの一部の横出口は、前記フィルタの周縁に配置される散布器へ通路によって連接されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の濾過システム。 - 前記散布器と前記フィルタは同一片から成ることを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の濾過システム。 - 前記デバイスは、前記ポンプの前記出口孔に取り付けられるバイパスTの一部から成り、前記バイパスの一部の横出口は角度付けされたチューブへ連接され、前記角度付けされたチューブの自由端は散布器を形成するように適合されていることを特徴とする、
請求項2に記載の濾過システム。 - 前記デバイスは、前記ポンプの本体及びそのフィルタ内に一体化される導管から成り、前記導管はバイパスを形成するように前記出口孔と連接され、前記導管の出口は散布器を形成するように適合されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の濾過システム。 - 前記デバイスは、前記ポンプの本体及びそのフィルタ内に一体化される導管から成り、前記導管はバイパスを形成するように前記ポンプの第2の出口孔と連接され、前記導管の出口は散布器を形成するように適合されていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の濾過システム。 - 前記散布器の出口は、長方形の溝へ向いた半球開口によって縮小される円筒形の空洞からなることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の濾過システム。 - 前記散布器の出口は長円形の開口からなることを特徴とする、
請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の濾過システム。 - 前記フィルタの濾過部分は穴開けされた平らな壁からなることを特徴とする、
