c)疎水性錯体化合物;とを含むことを特徴とするアクリル系粘着剤組成物を提供する。
Claims (22)
- a)アクリル系共重合体;
b)親水性錯体化合物;及び
c)疎水性錯体化合物;
とを含むことを特徴とするアクリル系粘着剤組成物。 - a)アクリル系共重合体100重量部;
b)親水性錯体化合物0.01乃至10重量部;及び
c)疎水性錯体化合物0.01乃至10重量部;
とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。 - 前記a)のアクリル系共重合体がi)炭素数1乃至12のアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体90乃至99.9重量%と、ii)架橋可能な官能基を有するビニル系単量体及び/またはアクリル系単量体0.1乃至10重量%を共重合して製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記i)の炭素数1乃至12のアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体が、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、n−プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、イソプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、t−ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、n−オクチルメタアクリレート、n−テトラデシルメタアクリレート、2−エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソノニル(メタ)アクリレート、及び2−エチルブチル(メタ)アクリレートからなる群から1種以上選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記i)の炭素数1乃至12のアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体が、メチルアクリレート、メチルメタクリレート、エチルメタクリレート、ビニルアセテート、スチレン、及びアクリロニトリルからなる群から1種以上選ばれる共単量体(co-monomer)と混合して使用されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記ii)の架橋可能な官能基を有するビニル系単量体及び/またはアクリル系単量体が2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、4−ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、6−ヒドロキシヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、(メタ)アクリル酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、アクリルアミド、N−ビニルピロリドン、及びN−ビニルカプロラクタムからなる群から1種以上選ばれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記b)の親水性錯体化合物は分子構造中にアルキレンオキサイド基を有する化合物と親水性アニオンを有するイオン化合物とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アルキレンオキサイド基を有する化合物が、メチレンオキサイド、エチレンオキサイド、プロピレンオキサイド、及びブチレンオキサイドからなる群から1種以上選ばれる繰り返し単位を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アルキレンオキサイド基を有する化合物の重量平均分子量が100乃至10,000であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記親水性アニオンを有するイオン化合物が、ClO4 -、I-、Cl-、Br-、BF4 -、 PF6 -、N3 -、CH3CO2 -、HPO4 2-、SO4 2-、またはNO3 -のアニオンと、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、バリウムまたはセシウムのカチオンから構成される化合物からなる群から1種以上選ばれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アルキレンオキサイド基を有する化合物と親水性アニオンを有する化合物とが[M+]/[RO]=1/1乃至1/100(式中、[M+]はイオン化合物のモル濃度であり、[RO]はアルキレンオキサイド基の繰り返し単位のモル濃度である)のモル比で混合されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記c)の疎水性錯体化合物が、疎水性アニオンを有する無機及び有機イオン化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記疎水性錯体化合物が、CF3SO3 -、N(CF3SO2)2 -、N(CF3CO)2 -、N(C2F5SO2)2 -、N(C2F5CO)2 -、N(C4F9SO2)2 -、またはC(CF3SO2)3 -の疎水性アニオンと、リチウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、マグネシウム、カルシウム、バリウムまたはセシウムのカチオンから構成される無機イオン化合物からなる群から1種以上選ばれることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記無機イオン化合物が、オキサレート、多価酸基、ジアミン、及びアセチルケトン基からなる群から1種以上選ばれる、金属カチオンと錯体を形成することができる化合物をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記疎水性錯体化合物が、CF3SO3 -、N(CF3SO2)2 -、N(CF3CO)2 -、N(C2F5SO2)2 -、N(C2F5CO)2 -、N(C4F9SO2)2 -、またはC(CF3SO2)3 -の疎水性アニオンと、ピリジニウム、ピリダジニウム、ピリミジニウム、ピラジニウム、イミダゾリウム、ピラゾリウム、チアゾリウム、オキサゾリウム、トリアゾリウム、または4級アンモニウムのカチオンとから構成される有機イオン化合物からなる群から1種以上選ばれることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリル系粘着剤組成物が架橋剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記架橋剤がイソシアネート系化合物、エポキシ系化合物、アジリジン系化合物、及び金属キレート系化合物からなる群から1種以上選ばれることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記架橋剤がアクリル系共重合体100重量部に対して0.01乃至10重量部で含まれることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリル系粘着剤組成物が粘着付与樹脂、アクリル系低分子量物質、エポキシ樹脂、硬化剤、紫外線安定剤、酸化防止剤、助色剤、補強剤、充填剤、消泡剤、界面活性剤、可塑剤、発泡剤、及び有機塩とからなる群から1種以上選ばれる添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリル系粘着剤組成物が産業用シート、保護フィルム、クリーニングシート、反射シート、構造用粘着シート、写真用粘着シート、車線表示用粘着シート、光学用粘着製品、電子部品用粘着剤、多層構造のラミネート製品、一般商業用粘着シート製品、医療用パッチ、または加熱活性粘着剤(heat activated pressure sensitive adhesives)に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項1乃至請求項20のいずれか一項に記載のアクリル系粘着剤組成物が、基材層の片面または両面の粘着剤層に含まれることを特徴とする保護フィルム。
- 請求項21に記載の保護フィルムが添付された偏光板が液晶セルの片面または両面に接合された液晶パネルを含むことを特徴とする液晶表示素子。
