Description
粘着剤層はアンカー層を介して帯電防止層に積層されていることを特徴とする帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルム、に関する。
(光学フィルムの作製)
厚さ80μmのポリビニルアルコールフィルムを40℃のヨウ素水溶液中で5倍に延伸したのち50℃で4分間乾燥させて偏光子を得た。この偏光子の両側にトリアセチルセルロースフィルムを、ポリビニルアルコール系接着剤を用いて接着し、偏光板を得た。
水分散型ポリチオフェン系導電性ポリマー溶液(ナガセケムテック社製,商品名:デナトロンP−502RG)を80%の2−イソプロパノール水溶液で5倍に希釈した溶液を用いた。当該溶液を上記偏光板の片面に、ワイヤーバー(#8)にて乾燥後の厚みが150nmとなるように塗布し、80℃で2分間乾燥して帯電防止層を形成した。
ポリエチレンイミン(日本触媒社製,商品名P−1000)を50%の2―プロパノール水溶液で50倍に希釈した溶液を用いた。当該溶液を、上記で得られた帯電防止層付き偏光板の帯電防止層上に、ワイヤーバー(#5)を用いて乾燥後の厚みが100nmとなるように塗布乾燥してアンカー層を形成した。
ベースポリマーとして、ブチルアクリレート:アクリル酸:2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート=100:5:0.1(重量比)の共重合体からなる重量平均分子量200万のアクリル系ポリマーを含有する溶液(固形分24%)を用いた。上記アクリル系ポリマー溶液にイソシアネート系多官能性化合物である日本ポリウレタン社製コロネートLをポリマー固形分100部に対して3.2部、及び添加剤(KBM−403、信越シリコーン社製)を0.6部、粘度調整のための溶剤(酢酸エチル)を加え、粘着剤溶液(固形分11%)を調製した。当該粘着剤溶液を、乾燥後の厚みが25μmとなるように、離型フィルム(ポリエチレンテレフタレート基材:ダイヤホイルMRF38、三菱化学ポリエステル製)上にリバースロールコート法により塗布した後、さらにその上に離型フィルムを付与して熱風循環式オーブンで乾燥し、粘着剤層を形成した。
上記帯電防止性偏光板の表面に形成したアンカー層に、粘着剤層を形成した離型フィルムを貼り合わせ、帯電防止性粘着型偏光板を作製した。
実施例1において、アンカー層の形成を以下のように変更したこと以外は実施例1と同様の手法により帯電防止性粘着型偏光板を作製した。
ポリアクリル酸エステルのポリエチレンイミン付加物(日本触媒社製、商品名ポリメントNK380)をメチルイソブチルケトンで50倍に希釈した溶液を用いた。実施例1の帯電防止層の形成項で得られた帯電防止層付き偏光板の帯電防止層上に、ワイヤーバー(#5)を用いて乾燥後の厚みが100nmとなるように塗布乾燥してアンカー層を形成した。
(光学フィルム)
一軸延伸したノルボルネン系樹脂(JSR社製、商品名アートン)からなり、表面をコロナ処理した位相差板(80μm)を用いた。
水溶性ポリアニリンスルホン酸(三菱レーヨン社製,商品名PAS,ポリスチレン換算による重量平均分子量150000)を1重量%含有する水溶液を用いた。当該水溶液を、上記位相差板の片面に、塗布、80℃の温風乾燥機で2分間乾燥し、帯電防止層(厚さ200nm)を形成した。
ポリエチレンイミン(日本触媒社製、商品名P−1000)を50%の2―プロパノール水溶液で50倍に希釈した溶液を用いた。当該溶液を、上記で得られた帯電防止層付き位相差板の帯電防止層上に、ワイヤーバー(#5)を用いて乾燥後の厚みが100nmとなるように塗布乾燥した。
上記で得られた帯電防止性位相差板のアンカー層に、実施例1で作製した粘着剤層を形成した離型フィルムを貼り合わせ、帯電防止性粘着型位相差板を作製した。
前記帯電防止性粘着型位相差板の他面側(粘着剤層を設けていない側)に、粘着型偏光板(日東電工社製,商品名SEG5425DU)の粘着剤層を貼り合わせ、帯電防止性粘着型楕円偏光板を作成した。
実施例1において、アンカー層を設けなかったこと以外は実施例1と同様の方法により帯電防止性粘着型偏光板を作製した。

実施例3において、アンカー層を設けなかったこと以外は実施例3と同様の方法により帯電防止性粘着型楕円偏光板を作製した。
上記より作製された帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムをトムソン刃型で25mm×150mmの大きさに打抜き、切断端部を平滑なSUS板に20回接触させた。その後、各々の帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムの端部を目視にて確認して以下の基準で評価した。
また、粘着剤欠けの面積を示す。結果を表1に示す。
○:粘着剤欠けなし
△:0.3mm以上の粘着剤欠けなし。
×:0.3mm以上の粘着剤欠けあり。
作製された帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを100mm×100mmの大きさに切断し、液晶パネルに貼り付けた。このパネルを40℃×92%の加湿条件下に48時間放置した後、液晶パネルから帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを手で剥がし、以下の基準で評価した。
○:粘着剤残りなし。
×:粘着剤がパネル上に残る。
作製された帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを25mm幅×50mm長さに切断した。これの粘着剤層面と50μm厚のポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム表面にインジウム−酸化錫を蒸着ざせた蒸着フィルムの蒸着面とが接するように貼り合わせた後、20分間以上、23℃/60%RHの環境下に放置した。その後、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの端部を手で剥離し、粘着剤がポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム側に付着しているのを確認してから、引張試験機(島津製作所社製,オートグラフAG−1)を用いて、180°剥離、引張速度300mm/minにて室温雰囲気下(25℃)にて、帯電防止層と粘着剤層との密着性(N/25mm)を測定した。かかる密着性(N/25mm)は、15N/25mm以上、さらには18N/25mm以上であるのが好ましい。
作製された帯電防止性粘着型光学フィルムを100mm×100mmの大きさに切断し、液晶パネルに貼り付けた。このパネルを10000cdの輝度を持つバックライト上に置き、表面保護フィルム(基材:厚み38μmポリエチレンテレフタレート,粘着剤層:厚み20μmのアクリル系粘着剤)を貼り付けた後、この保護フィルムを180°方向に、7m/minの速度で剥離した。液晶の配向乱れによる表示不良の回復時間(秒)を、瞬間マルチ測光検出器(大塚電子社製,MCPD−3000)を用いて測定した。
表面抵抗測定器(三菱化学(株)製,Hiresta MCP−HT450)を用いて印加電圧500Vで帯電防止層の表面抵抗値(Ω/□)を測定した。
