[RhCl3tpm*]の合成について報告している。
アノード、
カソード、
前記アノードおよび前記カソードの間に位置する発光層であって、前記発光層は次の式1を有する金属錯体を含み、
他の適切なR1基は、
1)9、9−ジアルキルフルオレン−2,7−ジイルのホモポリマーのような第1の繰返し単位のホモポリマーが電子輸送を提供するために利用される。
2)第1の繰返し単位およびトリアリールアミン繰返し単位を含むコポリマー、特に、式46〜51から選ばれる繰返し単位は正孔輸送を提供するために利用され得る。
実施例
反応は乾燥窒素ガスに雰囲気中で行われた。
[HB(インダゾリル)3]は、ヒドロトリス(インダゾリル)ボラトリガンドを表す。
反応は水晶グラスウェアを使用して行われた。
(A)ポリ(エチレンジオキシチオフェン)/ポリ(スチレンスルホネート)(PEDT/PSS)(BaytronP登録商標として、HC Starck of Levrkusen, Germanyから市販されている)がスピンコートによってガラス基板上に支持されたインジウム錫酸化物アノード上に蒸着された。F8−TFB(下記に示す)の正孔輸送層がキシレン溶液からスピンコートによってPEDT/PSS上に10nmの厚さに蒸着され、180℃で1時間加熱された。実施例1からの金属錯体1がPVKホスト中のキシレン溶液によってF8−TFB層の上に、約65nmの厚さに蒸着された。ホスト材料に対する金属錯体の比率は5wt%:95wt%である。Ba/Alカソードがバリウムカソードは、気相蒸着により、金属錯体層上に約10nmの厚さのバリウムの第1層および半導体ポリマー上に約100nmの厚さのアルミニウムバリウムの第2層が形成された。最終的に、装置上に置かれたゲッターを含む金属封入を使用して装置は封止され、気密シールを形成するために基板上に接着された。

Claims (24)
- 有機発光装置であって、
アノード、
カソード、
前記アノードおよび前記カソードの間に位置する発光層を含み、前記発光層は次の式1を有する発光金属錯体を含み、
L1中のAr1、Ar2および/またはAr3を定義する本明細書を通じて、*はMへの配位結合を表す有機発光装置。 - L1は発光3座リガンドを表し、L2、L3およびL4は独立して支持リガンドを表す請求項1に記載の有機発光装置。
- Mは、Re(I)を表す請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記金属錯体は中性である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- Ar1、Ar2および/またはAr3中のヘテロアリール環はMに直接配位結合する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- Ar1、Ar2および/またはAr3においてヘテロアリール環中のヘテロ原子はMに直接配位結合する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装置。
- Ar1、Ar2およびAr3に含まれるヘテロアリール環は、それぞれ少なくとも1つの窒素ヘテロ原子を含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- Ar1、Ar2およびAr3は、式7〜11の1つによって示される式を有するヘテロアリール環を有し、
- Ar1、Ar2および/またはAr3は、式12〜14の1つによって示される式を有するヘテロアリール環を有する請求項8に記載の装置。
- Ar1、Ar2および/またはAr3は、式22〜26の1つによって示される式を有するヘテロアリール環を有し、
- 前記式22〜26のそれぞれのヘテロアリール環は、R3および/またはR4および/またはR5に共役的に結合している請求項10に記載の装置。
- R1に加わる2つの置換基は式7〜14のそれぞれのヘテロ環上に存在し、前記2つの置換基は結合してヘテロアリール環はそこに共役的に結合される第2の環を有する請求項8または9に記載の装置。
- Ar1、Ar2および/またはAr3は、式27または28を有する基を含み、
- L1が一般式31を含む請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の装置であって、
- L1が一般式33を含む請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の装置であって、
- XおよびYはNを表す請求項15に記載の装置。
- R1が
- 前記金属錯体は、式34、37、67、41または43のいずれかを含み、
- 一般式1を有する発光金属錯体であって、
Ar1、Ar2およびAr3中に含まれるヘテロアリール環はそれぞれ独立して共役的にアリールまたはヘテロアリールに結合する発光金属錯体。 - L1は発光3座リガンドを表し、L2、L3およびL4は独立して支持リガンドを表す請求項19に記載の発光金属錯体。
- Ar1、Ar2および/またはAr3は、式7〜11の1つのいずれかで示されるヘテロアリール環を含む請求項19または20に記載の金属錯体であって、
- アリールおよびヘテロアリール基はAr1,Ar2および/またはAr3中のヘテロアリール環に結合される請求項19〜21のいずれかに記載の金属錯体。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれかにに記載される装置の製造方法。
- 請求項19〜22のいずれかに記載の金属錯体の製造方法。
