Abstract
Description
− 100phrのゴム(A)、
− ヒドロシリル化によって架橋可能な官能基に対するSiH基の比が0.2〜20、有利には0.5〜5、特に0.8〜1.2である量の架橋剤(B)、
− 0.05〜100000ppm、有利には0.1〜5000ppmのヒドロシリル化触媒系(C)、
− 5〜800phrの少なくとも1つの充填剤(D)、ここで、非磁性充填剤については有利には10〜200phr、磁性充填剤又は磁化可能な充填剤については有利には200〜600phrの充填剤(D)、及び
− 0.1〜30phr、有利には1〜10phrの共架橋剤(E)
を使用する。

− 離型剤ないしは部材の粘着を減少させる薬剤(Mittel zur Reduzierung der Bauteilklebrigkeit)、例えば蝋、脂肪酸塩、ポリシロキサン、ヒドロシリル化によってゴムマトリクスに結合する官能基を有するポリシロキサン、及び/又は
− 着色剤及び/又は顔料、
− 軟化剤及び/又は
− 加工助剤
を使用する。
硬さ[ショアA]、DIN53505による
引張り強さ[MPa]、弾性率(応力値)100%[MPa]、及び破断時の伸び[%]、DIN53504−S2による
圧縮永久ひずみ(DVR)[%]、DIN ISO815による
(25%変形、空気中で24時間及び70時間、120℃及び150℃)、並びに
引裂き抵抗[N/mm]、DIN53507−Aによる。
Claims (15)
- ヒドロシリル化によって架橋可能な少なくとも2つの官能基を有するゴム(A)と、架橋剤(B)として1分子につき平均で少なくとも2つのSiH基を有するヒドロシロキサン若しくはヒドロシロキサン誘導体又は複数のヒドロシロキサン若しくは誘導体の混合物と、ヒドロシリル化触媒系(C)と、少なくとも1つの充填剤(D)と、ヒドロシリル化によって架橋可能な共架橋剤(E)とを含む、ゴムコンパウンド。
- 少なくとも1つの添加剤(F)をさらに含む、請求項1記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- − 前記ゴム(A)を100phr、
− 前記架橋剤(B)を、前記ヒドロシリル化によって架橋可能な官能基に対するSiH基の比が0.2〜20、有利には0.5〜5、特に0.8〜1.2である量で、
− 前記ヒドロシリル化触媒系(C)を0.05〜100000ppm、有利には0.1〜5000ppm、
− 前記少なくとも1つの充填剤(D)を5〜800phr、
ここで、非磁性充填剤については有利には10〜200phr、磁性充填剤又は磁化可能な充填剤については有利には200〜600phrで、並びに
− 前記共架橋剤(E)を0.5〜30phr、有利には1〜10phr
含む、請求項1又は2記載のゴムコンパウンド。 - 前記少なくとも1つの添加剤(F)0.1〜20phrをさらに含む、請求項2又は3記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 前記ゴム(A)が、ジエンとして好ましくはビニル基を有するノルボルネン誘導体、有利には5−ビニル−2−ノルボルネンが使用されているエチレンプロピレンジエンゴム(EPDM)からか、或いはイソブチレンイソプレンジビニルベンゼンゴム(IIR−ターポリマー)、イソブチレンイソプレンゴム(IIR)、ブタジエンゴム(BR)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、スチレンイソプレンゴム(SIR)、イソプレンブタジエンゴム(IBR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、アクリルニトリルブタジエンゴム(NBR)、クロロプレンゴム(CR)、アクリレートゴム(ACM)、及びブタジエンゴム(BR)、スチレンブタジエンゴム(SBR)、イソプレンブタジエンゴム(IBR)、イソプレンゴム(IR)、アクリルニトリルブタジエンゴム(NBR)、2つのビニル基を有するポリイソブチレンゴム(PIB)から部分的に水素化されたゴムからか、或いは例えば無水マレイン酸若しくは無水マレイン酸誘導体で官能化されたゴムからか、或いはビニル基で官能化されたパーフルオロポリエーテルゴムから選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 前記ゴム(A)の平均分子量が5000〜100000g/mol、有利には5000〜60000g/molである、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 前記架橋剤(B)が、

− 好ましくは、ポリ(ジメチルシロキサン−コ−メチルヒドロシロキサン)、トリス(ジメチルシリルオキシ)フェニルシラン、ビス(ジメチルシリルオキシ)ジフェニルシラン、ポリフェニル(ジメチルヒドロシロキシ)シロキサン、メチルヒドロシロキサンフェニルメチルシロキサンコポリマー、メチルヒドロシロキサンアルキルメチルシロキサンコポリマー、ポリアルキルヒドロシロキサン、メチルヒドロシロキサンジフェニルシロキサンアルキルメチルシロキサンコポリマー及び/又はポリフェニルメチルシロキサンメチルヒドロシロキサンから選択される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。 - 前記ヒドロシリル化触媒系(C)が、ヘキサクロロ白金酸、白金(0)−1,3−ジビニル−1,1,3,3−テトラメチルジシロキサン錯体、ジクロロ(1,5−シクロオクタジエン)白金(II)、ジクロロ(ジシクロペンタジエニル)白金(II)、テトラキス(トリフェニルホスフィン)白金(0)、クロロ(1,5−シクロオクタジエン)ロジウム(I)二量体、クロロトリス(トリフェニルホスフィン)ロジウム(I)及び/又はジクロロ(1,5−シクロオクタジエン)パラジウム(II)から選択され、場合によっては、マレイン酸ジアルキル、特にマレイン酸ジメチル、1,3,5,7−テトラメチル−1,3,5,7−テトラビニルシクロシロキサン、2−メチル−3−ブチン−2−オール及び/又は1−エチルシクロヘキサノールから選択された反応速度調整剤と組み合わされる、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 前記少なくとも1つの充填剤(D)が、カーボンブラック、グラファイト、シリカ、シリケート、金属酸化物、金属水酸化物、カーボネート、ガラス球、繊維及び/又は有機充填剤から選択される、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 前記共架橋剤(E)が、2,4,6−トリス(アリルオキシ)−1,3,5−トリアジン(TAC)、トリアリルイソシアヌレート(TAIC)、1,2−ポリブタジエン、1,2−ポリブタジエン誘導体、ジアクリレート、トリアクリレート、特にトリメチルプロパントリアクリレート、ジメタクリレート及び/又はトリメタクリレート、特にトリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート(TRIM)、トリアリルホスホン酸エステル及び/又はヒドロシリル化によりゴム(A)に結合する少なくとも2つの官能基を有するブタジエンスチレンコポリマーから選択される、請求項2から9のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 前記少なくとも1つの添加剤(F)が、劣化防止剤、酸化防止剤、オゾン分解防止剤、難燃剤、加水分解防止剤、結合剤、離型剤ないしは部材の粘着を減少させる薬剤、着色剤及び/又は顔料、軟化剤及び/又は加工助剤から選択される、請求項2から10のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンド。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンドを製造する方法であって、前記ゴム(A)、前記少なくとも1つの充填剤(D)及び前記共架橋剤(E)を混合し、前記架橋剤(B)及び前記ヒドロシリル化触媒系(C)を一成分系又は二成分系として添加し、全成分を混合し、続いて、この生成物を射出成形法ないしは(液体)射出成形法((L)IM)によって、プレスないしは圧縮成形法(CM)によって、トランスファー成形法(TM)によって、又はこれらからそれぞれ派生した方法、印刷法、例えばスクリーン印刷によって、ビード塗布、浸漬又は噴霧によって加工する、方法。
- 請求項2から11のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンドを製造する方法であって、前記ゴム(A)、前記少なくとも1つの充填剤(D)、前記共架橋剤(E)及び前記少なくとも1つの添加剤(F)を混合し、前記架橋剤(B)及び前記ヒドロシリル化触媒系(C)を一成分系又は二成分系として添加し、全成分を混合し、続いて、この生成物を射出成形法ないしは(液体)射出成形法((L)IM)によって、プレスないしは圧縮成形法(CM)によって、トランスファー成形法(TM)によって、又はこれらからそれぞれ派生した方法、印刷法、例えばスクリーン印刷によって、ビード塗布、浸漬又は噴霧によって加工する、方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンドの、食品、特に飲料水又は医学的若しくは薬学的製品の製造、輸送、プロセス技術及び包装の分野、或いは電子産業分野における材料としての、使用。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のゴムコンパウンドの、特に食品、飲料水、医学、薬学及び/又は電子工業の分野での、チューブ、弁、ポンプ、フィルタ、加湿器、改質装置、貯槽(タンク)、振動ダンパ、音響的に作動する部材のシール若しくは含浸、被覆、膜又は接着剤の材料として、織物、不織布、電磁波シールド、タイヤ、ブレーキカップ、ブレーキ部材、ジョイントブーツ、ベローズの被覆の材料として、並びに/又は床材及び/若しくは形成材の材料としての、使用。
