Description
Claims (20)
- 電話のためのコンテキストを提供する電話発信元の装置における方法であって、
電話発信先を識別するステップと、
前記装置を介して前記電話のためのコンテキストを収集するステップと、
前記識別された電話発信先との電話を開始するリクエストを送信するステップとを備え、
前記収集されたコンテキストは、前記電話に出る前に前記電話発信先に送信されること
を特徴とする方法。 - 電話発信元はアプリケーションの前記コンテキストで前記電話を発信することを指示し、該コンテキストは該アプリケーションの現在の状態に基づいて自動的に収集されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記アプリケーションは電子メールシステムであり、前記コンテキストは前記電話発信先によって送信された電子メールメッセージであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテキストは、前記電話発信元によって選択されたドキュメントを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテキストは、前記電話のための配信オプションを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテキストは、前記電話発信先に送信された当該コンテキストを扱うためのデジタル著作権管理オプションを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテキストが前記電話発信先に送信される前に、前記電話発信元が該コンテキストを修正することを可能にするステップを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテキストは、前記電話を開始するためにSIP呼出しを介して送信されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コンテキストは、SIP拡張として送信されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 電話のためのコンテキストを受信する装置を制御するための命令を格納するコンピュータ可読媒体であって、該制御の方法は、
電話を開始するためのリクエスト及び当該電話に関連するコンテキストを受信するステップと、
前記電話に関連するコンテキストに基づいて当該電話をどのように処理するかを決定するステップと、
決定されたように前記電話を処理するステップと
を備えることを特徴とするコンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記決定するステップは、前記コンテキストと共に前記電話発信先へ電話呼出を提示するステップ、及び前記電話発信先から前記電話をどのように処理するかの指示を受信するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記電話を処理するステップは、前記電話のコンテキストと共に該電話をアーカイブすることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記決定するステップは、前記コンテキストにルールを適用するステップ、及びルールの条件が前記コンテキストによって満たされると当該ルールのアクションを実行するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記電話発信先によってルールが指定されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 既定のルールは、前記コンテキストと共に前記電話発信先に前記電話呼出を提示することであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 前記コンテキストは、緊急性、機密性、及びプライバシーで構成されたグループから選択された配信オプションを示すことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体。
- 電話のためのコンテキストを提供する電話発信元の装置であって、
前記電話の電話発信先を識別するコンポーネントと、
前記装置を介して前記電話のコンテキストを収集するコンポーネントと、
前記電話発信先へ前記電話の電話発信先を呼出すSIPリクエストを送信するコンポーネントであって、
前記SIPリクエストは、前記電話発信先が前記コンテキストに基づいて前記電話を処理することが可能なように前記収集されたコンテキストを含む送信をするコンポーネントと
を備えたことを特徴とする装置。 - 電話発信元がアプリケーションの前記コンテキストで前記電話を発信することを指示し、当該コンテキストを収集する前記コンポーネントは前記アプリケーションの現在の状態に基づいて当該コンテキストを自動的に収集すること
を特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。 - 前記コンテキストは、緊急性、機密性、及びプライバシーで構成されたグループから選択された配信オプションを示すことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記収集するコンポーネントによって、前記コンテキストが前記電話発信先に送信される前に前記電話発信元が前記コンテキストを修正することを可能にすることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の装置。
