Claims (19)
- 燃料容器から燃料を搬送するための装置であって、
燃料容器内に配置された燃料搬送ユニットが設けられており、該燃料搬送ユニットが、バッフルチャンバから送り管路を介して内燃機関に燃料を搬送するための燃料ポンプの内設されたバッフルチャンバから成っており、
燃料容器から燃料ガスを排出するための、燃料容器内に配置された排気系が設けられており、該排気系が、排気管路と、燃料を分離するための液体トラップとから成っており、排気管路が、一方の端部で、燃料容器の上位領域に配置されていて、かつ他方の端部で、液体トラップに開口しており、
活性炭フィルタが設けられており、該活性炭フィルタが、液体トラップの下流側に配置されていて、かつ雰囲気に対する結合部を備えている形式のものにおいて、
液体トラップ(9)および活性炭フィルタ(13)が、バッフルチャンバ(2)の側方で、該バッフルチャンバ(2)の高さに配置されており、少なくとも液体トラップ(9)が、バッフルチャンバ(2)と機械式に結合されていることを特徴とする、燃料容器から燃料を搬送するための装置。 - 液体トラップ(9)および活性炭フィルタ(13)が、係止−差込結合部(21,22)によって、バッフルチャンバ(2)と結合されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 液体トラップ(9)および/または活性炭フィルタ(13)が、バッフルチャンバ(2)と、有利には溶接によって材料結合で結合されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- バッフルチャンバ(2)に、液体トラップ(9)および/または活性炭フィルタ(13)のための少なくとも1つの領域が、有利には射出成形によって一体成形されている、請求項3記載の装置。
- 活性炭フィルタ(13)が、液体トラップ(9)に配置されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 液体トラップ(9)および/または活性炭フィルタ(13)が、バッフルチャンバ(2)の片側で該バッフルチャンバ(2)に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 液体トラップ(9)と活性炭フィルタ(13)とが、バッフルチャンバ(2)の異なる側で該バッフルチャンバ(2)に配置されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 活性炭フィルタ(13)が、バッフルチャンバ(2)および/または液体トラップ(9)に取り付けられた、並んで配置された2つの容器(13a,13b)から成っている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 活性炭フィルタ(13)および液体トラップ(9)が、それぞれ開いたケーシングを備えており、該ケーシングが、共通の蓋(23)によって閉鎖されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 共通の蓋(23)が、液体トラップ(9)と活性炭フィルタ(13)との間のオーバーフロー結合部(14)を備えている、請求項9記載の装置。
- 活性炭フィルタ(13)に対する結合部(14)で液体トラップ(9)にロールオーバー弁(20)が配置されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 活性炭フィルタ(13)および液体トラップ(9)が、バッフルチャンバ(2)よりも小さな高さを有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 液体トラップ(9)に、該液体トラップ(9)に集められた燃料を排出するためのサクションジェットポンプ(16)が対応配置されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- サクションジェットポンプ(16)が、液体トラップ(9)内に配置されている、請求項13記載の装置。
- サクションジェットポンプ(16)が、液体トラップ(9)の側方に配置されており、サクションジェットポンプ(16)の吸込開口が、液体トラップ(9)と接続されている、請求項13記載の装置。
- サクションジェットポンプ(16)が、駆動流体管路(17,25)を備えており、該駆動流体管路(17,25)が、燃料ポンプ(3)の送り管路(5)と接続されている、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 駆動流体管路(17)の少なくとも一部が、液体トラップ(9)および/または活性炭フィルタ(13)のケーシングによって形成されている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- サクションジェットポンプ(16)の混合流体管路(18)が、バッフルチャンバ(2)に通じている、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- バッフルチャンバ(2)が、少なくとも1つの支持部(6)を介して、燃料容器(1)の開口(8)を閉鎖するためのフランジ(7)と結合されており、該支持部(6)が、旋回可能にバッフルチャンバ(2)と結合されている、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
