Claims (14)
- 自動車用の燃料供給装置であって、燃料タンクと、該燃料タンクから燃料を吸い込んで自動車の内燃機関に燃料を圧送するように形成された燃料ポンプと、給油時又は運転時に燃料タンクと周囲とを圧力バランスするための空気抜き装置と、該空気抜き装置から燃料タンクに燃料を吸い出すための装置とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、燃料ポンプ(7)の吸込み接続部(24)が空気抜き装置(4)と接続されていることを特徴とする、自動車用の燃料供給装置。
- 吸込み接続部(24)が、空気抜き装置(4)内に集められる燃料を捕集するように形成された気泡分離容器(8)と接続されている、請求項1記載の燃料供給装置。
- 空気抜き装置(4)に接続された吸込み接続部(24)が、空気抜き装置(4)が空の場合に閉鎖する弁(43)を有している、請求項1又は2記載の燃料供給装置。
- 空気抜き装置(4)に接続された吸込み接続部(24)が、ファインメッシュのフィルタ織布を有していて、該フィルタ織布がもっぱら燃料によって覆われた状態においてのみ透過性であり、かつ空気に対しては非透過性である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 燃料ポンプ(7)が2つのポンプ段(44,45)を有しており、第1のポンプ段(44)が燃料を吸い込むために燃料タンク(1)と接続されていて、第2のポンプ段(45)が、空気抜き装置(4)に接続された吸込み接続部(24)と接続されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 燃料ポンプ(7)がサイド通路ポンプとして形成されていて、両方のポンプ段(44,45)が互いに同心的に内外に位置する圧送室(46,47)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 燃料ポンプ(7)が、内燃機関(3)への案内のために設けられたただ1つの出口を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 第2のポンプ段(25)の出口が燃料タンク(1)に開口している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 燃料ポンプ(7)と空気抜き装置(4)とが1つの構成ユニットを形成している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 燃料ポンプ(7)が空気抜き装置(4)の気泡分離容器(8)に固定されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 空気抜き装置(4)の通気管路(5,6,29,30)が燃料タンク(1)の壁と係止されている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 空気抜き装置(4)の、燃料タンク(1)から延びている排気管路(13)と、燃料タンク(7)から内燃機関(3)に通じる供給管路(10)とが、燃料タンク(1)の取付け開口(11)を閉鎖する共通の閉鎖カバー(12)を貫いて案内されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 空気抜き装置(4)と燃料ポンプ(7)とから成る構成ユニットが、燃料タンクの底部に向かって予負荷されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
- 空気抜き装置(4)と燃料ポンプ(7)とから成る構成ユニットが、燃料タンク(1)の上側に固定された閉鎖カバー(12)に固定されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の燃料供給装置。
