发明内容

根据本公开的燃料箱系统110还可包括箱通气组件150。如应该了解的,箱通气组件150在车辆处于各种坡度时的燃料再加注期间可提供充分的通气。箱通气组件150包括第一通气管线160、第二通气管线162和第三通气管线164。通气阀170可将第一通气管线160和第二通气管线162流体地联接。第一通气管线160可在集液器130与通气阀170之间流体地连接。第二通气管线162可具有与通气阀170流体地连接的第一端和延伸到第一蒸气空间180处的辅助通气点176的第二端174。第三通气管线164可具有与集液器130流体地连接的第一端和延伸到第二蒸气空间190处的上通气点178的第二端184。通气阀170一般可位于第三蒸气空间192处。在所示的示例中,第一蒸气空间180和第二蒸气空间190可大致位于燃料箱112的上部区域附近。第三蒸气空间192可大致位于燃料箱112的前部区域附近。第三蒸气空间192在车辆位于平地上时占据位于集液器130与辅助通气口176之间的高度处并且在燃料箱112的前部附近的区域。在所示的示例中,燃料箱的前部区域一般可比燃料箱112的其余部分浅。本领域的技术人员应该了解的是,燃料箱112的几何形状是示例性的且本教导可适用于具有其它构型的燃料箱。
通气阀170可包括构造成在第一打开位置(图5A)与第二关闭位置(图5B)之间移动的可移动部件或杯状物210。在打开位置,杯状物210偏离阀座212,使得第一通气管线160向前通气点220开放。一般而言,杯状物210相对于燃料箱112中的液体燃料浮动。杯状物210具有大致圆锥形。然而应该了解的是,杯状物210可具有在本公开的范围内的其它形状。还应该了解的是,可使用其它阀构型代替通气阀170以提供选择性地与燃料箱112的期望区域相通的机构。
当燃料液位低于杯状物210时,杯状物210将占据图5A中的位置,使得第一通气管线160与前通气点220相通。在一个示例中,通气阀170也可容许蒸气在第一通气管线160与第二通气管线162之间流过。根据附加特征,集液器130可包括用于辅助通气点176、上通气点178和/或前通气点220的通/断机构。集液器130还可包括排放机构。在一个示例中,集液器130可包括在燃料泵116接通时借助于真空将液体从集液器30排出的文丘里型喷射器。
当燃料液位上升至杯状物210上方时,杯状物210密封地接合阀座212。在该位置,前通气点220关闭。然而,第二通气管线162在辅助通气点176处保持打开。就这一点而言,当燃料液位在通气阀170上方——诸如在燃料液位满(100%满)线230——时,通气阀170关闭,从而容许在辅助通气点176(以及上通气点178)处进行通气。进一步地说,当通气阀170关闭时,上通气点178和辅助通气点176保持通气,从而使得在燃料再加注动作期间可以获得两个不同的通气点。

Claims (20)
1.一种燃料箱系统,包括:
燃料箱,所述燃料箱构造成用于保持待供给到内燃发动机的燃料的储器,所述燃料箱限定第一蒸气空间和位于与所述第一蒸气空间不同的区域的第二蒸气空间;
集液器;
箱通气组件,所述箱通气组件包括:
通气阀,所述通气阀具有可移动部件,所述可移动部件构造成在前通气点打开的第一打开位置和所述前通气点关闭的第二关闭位置之间移动;
第一通气管线,所述第一通气管线流体地连接在所述集液器与所述通气阀之间;
第二通气管线,所述第二通气管线流体地连接在所述通气阀与所述第一蒸气空间处的辅助通气点之间;和
第三通气管线,所述第三通气管线流体地连接在所述集液器与所述第二蒸气空间处的上通气点之间;并且
其中,所述通气阀构造成在燃料液位达到预定液位时移动到所述关闭位置,其中在所述关闭位置,所述辅助通气点和所述上通气点保持打开并与所述集液器相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述燃料箱还限定所述通气阀处的第三蒸气空间,所述第三蒸气空间占据与所述第一和第二蒸气空间不同的区域。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述集液器还包括排放机构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述可移动部件在所述第二关闭位置密封地接合阀座。
5.根据权利要求4所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述可移动部件包括构造成相对于液体燃料浮动的杯状物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述通气阀在所述第一打开位置容许蒸气在所述第一通气管线与所述第二通气管线之间流过。
7.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述辅助通气点和所述上通气点在燃料再加注期间同时打开。
8.根据权利要求7所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述辅助通气点和所述上通气点在燃料液位满的状态下同时打开。
9.根据权利要求1所述的燃料箱系统,还包括净化罐,所述净化罐适于收集由所述燃料箱排出的燃料蒸气并随后将所述燃料蒸气释放到所述内燃发动机。
10.一种燃料箱系统,包括:
燃料箱,所述燃料箱构造成用于保持待供给到内燃发动机的燃料的储器,所述燃料箱限定第一蒸气空间、第二蒸气空间和第三蒸气空间,所述第一蒸气空间、第二蒸气空间和第三蒸气空间位于所述燃料箱内的不同区域;
配置在所述燃料箱中的集液器;
箱通气组件,所述箱通气组件包括:
通气阀,所述通气阀具有可移动部件,所述可移动部件构造成在位于所述第三蒸气空间处的前通气点打开的第一打开位置与所述前通气点关闭的第二关闭位置之间移动;
第一通气管线,所述第一通气管线流体地连接在所述集液器与所述通气阀之间;
第二通气管线,所述第二通气管线流体地连接在所述通气阀与所述第一蒸气空间处的辅助通气点之间;和
第三通气管线,所述第三通气管线流体地连接在所述集液器与所述第二蒸气空间处的上通气点之间;并且
其中,所述通气阀构造成在燃料液位达到预定液位时移动到所述关闭位置,其中在所述关闭位置,所述辅助通气点和所述上通气点保持打开并进行通气。
11.根据权利要求10所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述第三蒸气空间占据位于所述集液器与所述辅助通气点之间的高度处并且在所述燃料箱的前部附近的区域。
12.根据权利要求10所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述集液器还包括排放机构。
13.根据权利要求10所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述可移动部件在所述第二关闭位置密封地接合阀座。
14.根据权利要求13所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述可移动部件包括构造成相对于液体燃料浮动的杯状物。
15.根据权利要求10所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述通气阀在所述第一打开位置容许蒸气在所述第一通气管线与所述第二通气管线之间流过。
16.根据权利要求10所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述辅助通气点和所述上通气点在燃料再加注期间同时打开。
17.根据权利要求16所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述辅助通气点和所述上通气点在燃料液位满的状态下同时打开。
18.根据权利要求10所述的燃料箱系统,还包括净化罐,所述净化罐适于收集由所述燃料箱排出的燃料蒸气并随后将所述燃料蒸气释放到所述内燃发动机。
19.根据权利要求10所述的燃料箱系统,其中,所述燃料箱系统还包括净化罐,所述净化罐构造成收集由所述燃料箱排出的燃料蒸气并且随后在吹洗期间将所述燃料蒸气释放到所述内燃发动机。
20.根据权利要求19所述的燃料箱系统,还包括流体地连接在所述集液器与所述净化罐之间的第一蒸气管线。
