Abstract
一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀,包括通过固定支架与通气阀连接成一体的通气阀和液位通气阀,液位通气阀通过连接支架垂直安装在固定支架之FLVV气流通道下部,通气阀垂直连接在固定支架一侧位于液位通气阀较高的部位,其顶部的通气孔Ⅰ通过GVV气流通道与固定支架的气流总通道连通,其浮阀芯Ⅰ顶部设有密封垫Ⅰ;液位通气阀顶部的通气孔Ⅱ通过FLVV气流通道与气流总通道连通,其浮阀芯Ⅱ顶部设有密封垫Ⅱ,阀体Ⅱ腰部设有与油箱相通的液位窗。该集成阀同时带有通气阀和液位通气阀,符合GB18352.6‑2016的要求,可适配各种型号的油箱;通气阀和液位通气阀的密封垫固定工艺简单,可避免汽油液位下降时密封垫吸附在通气孔处。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车部件,尤其是一种兼有液位通气阀和通气阀的国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀。
背景技术
汽车油箱一般都带有通气阀(代号GVV),通气阀GVV的作用是:车辆在正常行驶过程中,保证油箱的正常通气;而国六阶段(中国第六阶段)有加油蒸汽回收的要求,加油蒸汽必须排入炭罐,目前在国五阶段(中国第五阶段)油箱只带有通气阀(此类油箱又称国五油箱),国五油箱现有的加油液位控制方式无法满足此要求,无法保证截止液态汽油的溢出(能满足国六阶段要求的油箱又称国六油箱)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种兼有液位通气阀和通气阀的国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀,以克服已有技术所存在的上述不足。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀,包括通气阀,所述通气阀包括阀体Ⅰ、浮阀芯Ⅰ和阀座Ⅰ,所述浮阀芯Ⅰ安装在由阀体Ⅰ和阀座Ⅰ构成的空腔Ⅰ内,阀座Ⅰ上设有承托浮阀芯Ⅰ的弹簧Ⅰ,阀体Ⅰ顶部设有通气孔Ⅰ,浮阀芯Ⅰ顶部设有密封垫Ⅰ;
该一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀还包括液位通气阀、连接支架和固定支架,所述液位通气阀通过连接支架和固定支架与通气阀连接成一体,所述固定支架设有气流总通道以及分别与其连通的GVV气流通道和FLVV气流通道,所述液位通气阀通过连接支架垂直安装在固定支架FLVV气流通道的下部,通气阀垂直连接在固定支架一侧位于液位通气阀较高的部位,通气阀的通气孔Ⅰ通过GVV气流通道与固定支架的气流总通道连通;
所述液位通气阀包括阀体Ⅱ、浮阀芯Ⅱ和阀座Ⅱ,所述浮阀芯Ⅱ安装在由阀体Ⅱ和阀座Ⅱ构成的空腔Ⅱ内,阀座Ⅱ上设有承托浮阀芯Ⅱ的弹簧Ⅱ,阀体Ⅱ顶部设有与FLVV气流通道相通的通气孔Ⅱ,通气孔Ⅱ通过FLVV气流通道与固定支架的排气通道连通,浮阀芯Ⅱ顶部设有密封垫Ⅱ,所述阀体Ⅱ腰部设有与油箱相通的液位窗。
其进一步的技术方案是:
所述密封垫Ⅱ通过左卡扣和右卡扣与浮阀芯Ⅱ顶部连接,所述密封垫Ⅰ一端通过超声波焊接与浮阀芯Ⅰ顶部固定,另一端通过上卡扣与浮阀芯顶部连接。
由于采取上述技术方案,本发明之一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀具有以下有益效果:
1.所述一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀整体安装在油箱的上表面,该集成阀同时带有通气阀(代号GVV)和液位通气阀(代号FLVV),符合GB18352.6-2016轻型汽车污染物排放限值及测量方法(中国第六阶段)的要求:
由于设有液位通气阀(FLVV),因而:
(1)保证汽车加油液位达到油箱设计的高度(按照油箱的额定容积设计)时,及时关闭油箱的通气口,保证加油枪及时跳枪,避免油箱加油过量带来的汽车漏油或汽油溢出到蒸汽管道损坏炭罐功能;(调整FLVV侧面开窗的高度即可调整油箱的额定容积);
(2)保证汽车油量在低于额定容积时,油箱能实现正常通气:如环境温度上升,油箱内部处于正压时,通过液位通气阀通气口释放压力;当环境温度下降,油箱内部处于负压时,大气压通过液位通气阀通气口进行对油箱进行压力补充。油箱内部压力正常以保证燃油使用安全和车辆正常工作;
(3)保证汽车在以下工况下:1)大角度倾斜(较陡坡道),2)翻车,3)较大的加速度,燃油会浸没阀体,这时液位通气阀通气口能及时关闭,避免燃油从通气口泄露,造成安全事故;
2.液位通气阀FLVV和通气阀GVV集成为一体,两者通过同一个固定支架相连接,可以减少油箱壁面的开孔,既可简化工艺,减少排放,有利于降低泄露的可能,也可以减少内部管道,降低燃油系统的复杂程度,降低成本;通过设计不同的固定支架和FLVV连接支架,可以适配各种型号的油箱。
3.液位通气阀的密封垫Ⅱ采用左、右卡扣进行装配固定,在汽油液位下降时,密封垫会从两边撕开,可以避免密封垫吸附在通气孔处,不易打开;(避免类似于吸盘的情况:吸盘吸在墙上,难以整个直接取下来,但是从一边撕却容易取下)
4.通气阀GVV的密封垫Ⅰ采用一端固定,固定方式为超声波焊接,由于GVV的结构相对较小,如果采用装配,操作困难而效率低,采用超声波焊接相对而言,工艺简单,可以一次焊接多件,适用于大批量生产)
5.液位通气阀阀体Ⅱ腰部设有与油箱相通的液位窗,汽油从液位窗进入阀体时即可实现立即关闭,调整液位窗的高度可调整油箱加油的额定容积。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明之一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀的技术特征作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀,包括通气阀A,所述通气阀包括阀体Ⅰ10、浮阀芯Ⅰ11和阀座Ⅰ13,所述浮阀芯Ⅰ安装在由阀体Ⅰ和阀座Ⅰ构成的空腔Ⅰ16内,阀座Ⅰ上设有承托浮阀芯Ⅰ的弹簧Ⅰ12,阀体Ⅰ顶部设有通气孔Ⅰ14,浮阀芯Ⅰ顶部设有密封垫Ⅰ9;
该一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀还包括液位通气阀B、连接支架2和固定支架1,所述液位通气阀B通过连接支架2和固定支架1与通气阀连接成一体,所述固定支架1设有气流总通道103以及分别与其连通的GVV气流通道101和FLVV气流通道102,所述液位通气阀B位于固定支架1的一侧并通过连接支架2垂直安装在固定支架1的FLVV气流通道102的下部,通气阀垂直连接在固定支架1的另一侧位于液位通气阀B较高的部位,通气阀的通气孔Ⅰ14通过固定支架1的GVV气流通道101与固定支架1的气流总通道103连通;
所述液位通气阀B包括阀体Ⅱ3、浮阀芯Ⅱ5和阀座Ⅱ7,所述浮阀芯Ⅱ安装在由阀体Ⅱ和阀座Ⅱ构成的空腔Ⅱ17内,阀座Ⅱ上设有承托浮阀芯Ⅱ的弹簧Ⅱ6,阀体Ⅱ顶部设有与FLVV气流通道102相通的通气孔Ⅱ15,通气孔Ⅱ15通过FLVV气流通道102与固定支架的排气通道103连通,浮阀芯Ⅱ顶部设有密封垫Ⅱ4,所述阀体Ⅱ3腰部设有与油箱相通的液位窗18。
所述密封垫Ⅱ4通过左卡扣51和右卡扣52与浮阀芯Ⅱ顶部连接,所述密封垫Ⅰ9一端通过超声波焊接与浮阀芯Ⅰ顶部固定,另一端通过上卡扣111与浮阀芯Ⅰ顶部连接。
工作原理
使用时所述一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀整体安装在油箱的上表面;由于通气阀主体部分高于液位通气阀,在一般情况下,液位通气阀的浮阀芯Ⅱ5和通气阀的浮阀芯Ⅰ11由于重力原理,压缩下方的弹簧Ⅱ6和弹簧Ⅰ12而处于阀体的底部,这时液位通气阀和通气阀的通气孔Ⅱ和通气孔Ⅰ都处于打开状态,保证油箱的和外界的正常换气。
(一)加油状态下,当汽油未到达液位窗18,液位通气阀的空腔Ⅱ内没有汽油,浮阀芯Ⅱ的重力克服弹簧Ⅱ的弹力下沉,通气孔Ⅱ开放,油箱内的空气通过空腔Ⅱ和FLVV气流通道102与固定支架的气流总通道103连通;
当汽油到达液位窗进入空腔Ⅱ内,浮阀芯Ⅱ在浮力和弹簧Ⅱ弹力的共同作用下(克服了浮阀芯Ⅱ的重力)使其快速上浮,固定在浮阀芯Ⅱ上部的密封垫Ⅱ4将通气孔Ⅱ封闭,这时,油箱的主要排气通道已经关闭,汽油在加油管中累积造成加油枪跳枪,加油终止;
因为通气阀在竖直方向上的位置高于液位通气阀,所以当液位通气阀关闭时,通气阀能处于打开状态,可以保证油箱和外界的正常换气。
当汽车持续行驶,油箱汽油液位下降时,汽油浮力作用消失,浮阀芯Ⅱ在重力作用下落回底部,液位通气阀通气孔Ⅱ重新打开。
(二)坡道或者翻车时
当汽车处于较大的倾斜角度或者翻车时,FLVV和GVV必须有效阻止汽油的外泄;浮阀芯Ⅱ在接触到汽油后,通过对浮力、弹簧弹力和重力在特定角度下的复合计算,能迅速向上运动,关闭通气孔Ⅱ。

1.一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀,包括通气阀(A),所述通气阀包括阀体Ⅰ(10)、浮阀芯Ⅰ(11)和阀座Ⅰ(13),所述浮阀芯Ⅰ安装在由阀体Ⅰ和阀座Ⅰ构成的空腔Ⅰ(16)内,阀座Ⅰ上设有承托浮阀芯Ⅰ的弹簧Ⅰ(12),阀体Ⅰ顶部设有通气孔Ⅰ(14),浮阀芯Ⅰ顶部设有密封垫Ⅰ(9);
其特征在于:还包括液位通气阀(B)、连接支架(2)和固定支架(1),所述液位通气阀通过连接支架(2)和固定支架(1)与通气阀连接成一体,所述固定支架设有气流总通道(103)以及分别与其连通的GVV气流通道(101)和FLVV气流通道(102),所述液位通气阀通过连接支架(2)垂直安装在固定支架FLVV气流通道(102)的下部,通气阀垂直连接在固定支架(1)一侧位于液位通气阀较高的部位,通气阀的通气孔Ⅰ(14)通过GVV气流通道(101)与固定支架的气流总通道(103)连通;
所述液位通气阀包括阀体Ⅱ(3)、浮阀芯Ⅱ(5)和阀座Ⅱ(7),所述浮阀芯Ⅱ安装在由阀体Ⅱ和阀座Ⅱ构成的空腔Ⅱ(17)内,阀座Ⅱ上设有承托浮阀芯Ⅱ的弹簧Ⅱ(6),阀体Ⅱ顶部设有与FLVV气流通道(102)相通的通气孔Ⅱ(15),通气孔Ⅱ通过FLVV气流通道(102)与固定支架的排气通道(103)连通,浮阀芯Ⅱ顶部设有密封垫Ⅱ(4),所述阀体Ⅱ(3)腰部设有与油箱相通的液位窗(18)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种国六油箱液位控制和通气集成阀,其特征在于:所述密封垫Ⅱ(4)通过左卡扣(51)和右卡扣(52)与浮阀芯Ⅱ顶部连接,所述密封垫Ⅰ(9)一端通过超声波焊接与浮阀芯Ⅰ顶部固定,另一端通过上卡扣(111)与浮阀芯Ⅰ顶部连接。
