Abstract
【解決手段】故障診断システム10は、車載装置である蒸散ガス排出抑止装置12と、蒸散ガス排出抑止装置12の故障の有無を診断する故障診断部42と、故障診断指示部52と、充電器外部電源接続部46と、外部電源接続判定部50とを備える。故障診断指示部52は、故障診断部42に故障診断を指示する。充電器外部電源接続部46は、商用電源が接続された場合に商用電源から供給される電力を故障診断指示部52及び故障診断部42に供給する。故障診断指示部52は、外部電源接続判定部50による、充電器外部電源接続部46と商用電源との接続状態の判定結果に応じて、故障診断部42に指示する故障診断の回数を変更する。

Claims (7)
- 電動車両に搭載される車載装置と、
蓄電部及び外部電源の少なくとも一方から電力を供給された状態で車載装置の故障の有無を診断する故障診断部と、を備える電動車両車載装置の故障診断システムであって、
故障診断部に故障診断を指示する故障診断指示部と、
外部電源の着脱が可能であり、外部電源が接続された場合に外部電源から供給される電力を故障診断部及び故障診断指示部に供給する外部電源接続部と、
外部電源接続部と外部電源との接続状態を判定する外部電源接続判定部と、を備え、
故障診断指示部は、外部電源接続判定部による、外部電源接続部と外部電源との接続状態の判定結果に応じて、故障診断部に指示する故障診断の回数または時間を変更することを特徴とする電動車両車載装置の故障診断システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両車載装置の故障診断システムにおいて、
外部電源接続部と外部電源とが接続されていると判定された場合での、故障診断指示部により故障診断部に指示する故障診断の回数または時間を、外部電源接続部と外部電源とが接続されていないと判定された場合での、故障診断指示部により故障診断部に指示する故障診断の回数または時間よりも多くすることを特徴とする電動車両搭載装置の異常判定システム。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の電動車両車載装置の故障診断システムにおいて、
故障診断部と故障診断指示部と外部電源接続判定部とに電力を供給する蓄電部である低圧二次電池と、
外部電源接続判定部を有し、低圧二次電池により電力を供給される電池制御部と、
電池制御部と低圧二次電池との間の接続を開閉するイグニッションスイッチと、
電池制御部により制御され、低圧二次電池と故障診断指示部及び故障診断部との接続を開閉するリレーと、を備え、
故障診断指示部は、イグニッションスイッチが開状態から閉状態となることにより、低圧二次電池から電力の供給が可能となった後に、故障診断部に故障診断を指示することを特徴とする電動車両車載装置の故障診断システム。 - 請求項3に記載の電動車両車載装置の故障診断システムにおいて、
イグニッションスイッチが開状態となった後、予め定められた所定時間経過後にイグニッションスイッチを閉状態とするようにイグニッションスイッチを制御する時間計測制御部を備え、
故障診断指示部は、故障診断部による故障診断が終了された場合にイグニッションスイッチを開状態とするようにイグニッションスイッチを制御することを特徴とする電動車両車載装置の故障診断システム。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1に記載の電動車両車載装置の故障診断システムにおいて、
故障診断部は、車載装置の状態を検出する車載装置状態検出部から検出信号を入力され、検出信号が表す検出結果に応じて車載装置の故障の有無を診断することを特徴とする電動車両車載装置の故障診断システム。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1に記載の電動車両車載装置の故障診断システムにおいて、
故障診断部により車載装置が故障であると診断された回数が、予め設定された所定値以上である場合に、異常時処理を行う処理手段を有することを特徴とする電動車両搭載装置の異常判定システム。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両車載装置の故障診断システムにより、電動車両に搭載される車載装置の故障の有無を診断する電動車両車載装置の故障診断方法であって、
外部電源接続判定部により、外部電源接続部と外部電源との接続状態を判定する外部電源接続判定工程と、
外部電源接続判定部による、外部電源接続部と外部電源との接続状態の判定結果に応じて、故障診断指示部が故障診断部に指示する故障診断の回数または時間を変更し、故障診断部がその指示にしたがって、車載装置の故障の有無を診断する故障診断工程と、を備えることを特徴とする電動車両車載装置の故障診断方法。
