Abstract
Description
先ず、図1に基づき、本実施形態に係る車両の全体構成について説明する。図1に示す車両10は電気自動車(Electric Vehicle)であり、内燃機関(エンジン)を有していない。この電気自動車の構成としては、従来周知のものを採用することができるため、詳細な説明は割愛する。
本実施形態において、第1実施形態に示した電子制御装置、ひいては車両10と共通する部分についての説明は割愛する。
Claims (7)
- 走行用駆動源としてエンジンを有さずにモータ(12)を有し、該モータに電力供給源(16)から電力が供給される車両(10)を制御するとともに、診断対象の異常検出時には前記診断対象に対応する異常コードを記憶する自己診断機能を備えた電子制御装置であって、
少なくとも一つの前記異常コードが記憶された状態で、前記車両のイグニッションスイッチがオンされると、前記モータ及び前記電力供給源がそれぞれ正常に駆動しているか否かを判定する駆動判定手段(S10〜S70)と、
前記駆動判定手段により前記モータ及び前記電力供給源の正常判定がなされた場合に、前記異常コードが記憶された前記診断対象に再び異常が検出されたか否かを判定する異常判定手段(S80)と、
前記異常判定手段により異常の再検出なしと判定された場合に、対応する前記異常コードを消去する消去手段(S100〜S120)と、
を備えることを特徴とする電子制御装置。 - 前記消去手段は、前記イグニッションスイッチのオンが所定回数実行される間中、前記異常判定手段によって異常の再検出なしと判定された場合に、対応する前記異常コードを消去することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子制御装置。
- 前記車両は電気自動車であり、前記電力供給源(16)として、充放電可能なバッテリ(16a)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電子制御装置。
- 前記車両は燃料電池自動車であり、前記電力供給源(16)として、燃料電池(16b)と、充放電可能なバッテリ(16c)と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電子制御装置。
- 前記駆動判定手段は、前記燃料電池の温度及び前記イグニッションスイッチがオンされてからの前記燃料電池の温度上昇量と、前記燃料電池の放電量の積算値と、のいずれかに基づいて、前記燃料電池が正常に駆動しているか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電子制御装置。
- 前記駆動判定手段は、前記モータの温度及び前記イグニッションスイッチがオンされてからの前記モータの温度上昇量と、前記モータの駆動トルク要求値と前記モータの実回転数との積算値と、前記モータの回生制動による発電量と、のいずれかに基づいて、前記モータが正常に駆動しているか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項3〜5いずれか1項に記載の電子制御装置。
- 前記駆動判定手段は、前記バッテリの温度及び前記イグニッションスイッチがオンされてからの前記バッテリの温度上昇量と、前記バッテリの充放電量の積算値と、のいずれかに基づいて、前記バッテリが正常に駆動しているか否かを判定することを特徴とする請求項3〜6いずれか1項に記載の電子制御装置。
