Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の燃料電池システムの制御方法は、燃料電池スタックの温度を検出するステップと、燃料改質部で生成された後、熱交換部を介して燃料電池スタックに供給されるリフォーメートの温度を検出するステップと、システムの起動時間の間、リフォーメートの温度が燃料電池スタックの温度より一定範囲内で低く維持されるように、燃料電池スタックの温度変化に連動してリフォーメートの温度を制御するステップとを含む。

Claims (15)
- 燃料電池スタックの温度を検出するステップと、
燃料改質部で生成された後、熱交換部を介して前記燃料電池スタックに供給されるリフォーメートの温度を検出するステップと、
前記システムの起動時間の間、前記リフォーメートの温度が前記燃料電池スタックの温度より低く維持されるように、前記燃料電池スタックの温度変化に連動して前記リフォーメートの温度を制御するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池システムの制御方法。 - 前記リフォーメートの温度を制御するステップは、前記燃料電池スタックの温度を基準として90%〜50%の範囲内で相対湿度が維持されるように、前記リフォーメートの温度を制御するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの制御方法。
- 前記リフォーメートの温度を制御するステップは、前記熱交換部のシステムの起動時における熱交換性能を、システムの正常運転時における熱交換性能より高く制御するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの制御方法。
- 前記リフォーメートの温度を制御するステップは、前記システムの起動時においては、主熱交換部と、前記システムの起動時にのみ動作する補助熱交換部とを動作させるステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池システムの制御方法。
- 前記燃料電池スタックの温度を検出するステップは、前記燃料電池スタックの体積中心部の温度を検出するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの制御方法。
- 前記リフォーメートの温度が前記燃料電池スタックの温度と同じかまたは高いとき、前記リフォーメートを前記燃料改質部に供給するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの制御方法。
- 前記燃料電池スタックのカソードに酸化剤を供給するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの制御方法。
- 燃料電池スタックと、
該燃料電池スタックの温度を検出する第1センサと、
前記燃料電池スタックに供給するリフォーメートを生成する燃料改質部と、
該燃料改質部から前記燃料電池スタックに供給される前記リフォーメートの温度を調節する熱交換部と、
該熱交換部から流出する前記リフォーメートの温度を検出する第2センサと、
前記システムの起動時間の間、前記リフォーメートの温度が前記燃料電池スタックの温度より低く維持されるように、前記燃料電池スタックの温度変化に連動して前記リフォーメートの温度を制御する制御部と
を備えることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御部は、前記燃料電池スタックの温度を基準として90%〜50%の相対湿度が維持されるように、前記リフォーメートの温度を制御することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記熱交換部のシステムの起動時における熱交換性能を、システムの正常運転時における熱交換性能より高く制御することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記熱交換部は、主熱交換部と、前記システムの起動時にのみ動作する補助熱交換部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料改質部と前記燃料電池スタックとの間に配置され、前記リフォーメートの温度が前記燃料電池スタックの温度以上のとき、前記リフォーメートを前記燃料改質部に供給するための弁をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記燃料電池スタックの温度に連動して前記熱交換部の動作を自動調節する熱交換温度連動装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料電池スタックのカソードに酸化剤を供給する酸化剤供給部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料電池スタックは、高分子電解質型燃料電池方式のスタックを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料電池システム。
