全体:H2(g)+1/2O2(g)→H2O(l)+電気エネルギー+熱
図3は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る燃料電池用燃料供給装置10aを用いた燃料電池システムのブロック図である。図4は、図3における燃料電池システムの主要部の詳細断面図である。

Claims (10)
- 改質反応によりリフォーメートを生成する燃料改質器と、
該燃料改質器の流出口に連結され、前記リフォーメートを受けて前記リフォーメートに含まれている水分量を調節する気液セパレータと、
該気液セパレータの流出口に連結され、前記リフォーメートが通過する配管と、
該配管に結合され、前記リフォーメートから凝縮される水が外部に供給されることを防止する凝縮水除去装置と、
を備え、
前記凝縮水除去装置は、前記配管の一端に直列に連結されたバッファ容器を備え、
該バッファ容器は、所定の大きさの内部空間を備え、該内部空間の上部に位置し、前記配管が連結される流入口と、前記リフォーメートが流出する流出口とを備えることを特徴とする燃料電池用燃料供給装置。 - 前記バッファ容器は、該バッファ容器の下部に位置する排水口と、当該排水口に結合された排水弁とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用燃料供給装置。
- 前記バッファ容器の前記内部空間に貯蔵されている水の量を検出するレベルセンサと、
該レベルセンサから検出されたレベル情報に基づいて前記排水弁を制御する制御器と
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池用燃料供給装置。 - 前記燃料改質器から流出する前記リフォーメートの温度を変換する熱交換器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用燃料供給装置。
- 前記燃料改質器は、水蒸気改質触媒を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池用燃料供給装置。
- 燃料電池スタックと、
該燃料電池スタックに供給するリフォーメートを生成する燃料改質器と、
該燃料改質器と前記燃料電池スタックとの間に配置され、前記リフォーメートに含まれている水分量を調節するための気液セパレータと、
該気液セパレータと前記燃料電池スタックのアノード流入口とを連結し、前記リフォーメートが通過する配管と、
該配管に結合され、前記燃料電池スタックへの凝縮水の流入を遮断する凝縮水除去装置と、
を備え、
前記凝縮水除去装置は、前記配管の流出口付近に直列に結合されたバッファ容器を備え、
該バッファ容器は、所定の大きさの内部空間を備え、該内部空間の上部に位置し、前記配管が連結される流入口と、前記リフォーメートが流出する流出口とを備えることを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - 前記バッファ容器は、該バッファ容器の下部に位置する排水口と、当該排水口に結合された排水弁とをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記バッファ容器の前記内部空間に貯蔵されている水の量を検出するレベルセンサと、
該レベルセンサから検出されたレベル情報に基づいて前記排水弁を制御する制御器と、
をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記燃料改質器から流出する前記リフォーメートの温度を変換する熱交換器をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料改質器は、水蒸気改質触媒を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料電池システム。
