Abstract
【解決手段】キャパシタと、底面に開口を有する有底の第1のネジ穴が設けられ、キャパシタを収納するキャパシタケースとをそれぞれ有する複数のキャパシタセルと、第1のネジ穴に連通する貫通穴を有し、該貫通穴および第1のネジ穴にセル用ネジを螺合することによって複数のキャパシタセルが固定される金属製のセル固定体と、熱伝導性を有する絶縁性材料からなり、複数のキャパシタセルとセル固定体との間に設けられ、複数のキャパシタセルとセル固定体とを絶縁する絶縁体と、セル固定体用ネジが螺合される有底の第2のネジ穴を有するとともに、該第2のネジ穴が設けられた表面の裏面側に冷却用媒体を流す流路を有する金属製の放熱体と、を備える。

Claims (6)
- キャパシタと、底面に有底の第1のネジ穴が設けられ、前記キャパシタを収納するキャパシタケースとをそれぞれ有する複数のキャパシタセルと、
前記第1のネジ穴に連通する貫通穴を有し、該貫通穴を介して前記キャパシタセルを固定するセル用ネジを前記第1のネジ穴に螺合することにより、前記複数のキャパシタセルの各々が固定される金属製のセル固定体と、
熱伝導性を有する絶縁性材料からなり、前記複数のキャパシタセルと前記セル固定体との間に設けられ、前記複数のキャパシタセルと前記セル固定体とを絶縁する絶縁体と、
前記セル固定体を固定するセル固定体用ネジが螺合される有底の第2のネジ穴を有するとともに、該第2のネジ穴が設けられた表面の裏面側に冷却用媒体を流す流路を有する金属製の放熱体と、
前記放熱体の表面であって前記流路が設けられた表面を被覆するカバーと、
を備えたことを特徴とするキャパシタモジュール。 - 前記第2のネジ穴の個数は、前記キャパシタセルの個数より少ないことを特徴とする請求項1記載のキャパシタモジュール。
- 前記セル固定体は、各々が平板状をなす複数の金属プレートであり、
前記絶縁体は、各々が前記金属プレートよりも薄く、前記複数の金属プレートと同数であるかまたは前記複数の金属プレートよりも多い複数の絶縁シートであること
を特徴とする請求項1または2記載のキャパシタモジュール。 - 前記絶縁シートは、
前記キャパシタセルと前記金属プレートとの間に介在する平面部と、
前記平面部の長手方向の両端から前記キャパシタセルの側面に沿って前記キャパシタセルと前記セル固定体用ネジとの間に配される側面部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項3記載のキャパシタモジュール。 - 前記放熱体は、
前記第2のネジ穴および前記流路が設けられた平板状のベース部と、
前記第2のネジ穴が設けられた前記ベース部の表面の周縁から当該ベース部と略直交して設けられ、前記複数のキャパシタセルの側面を包囲する側壁部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載のキャパシタモジュール。 - 前記セル用ネジと前記セル固定体との間に設けられ、前記セル用ネジと前記セル固定体とを絶縁するネジ用絶縁体を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載のキャパシタモジュール。
