Description
Claims (9)
- 千鳥状に配置された複数の電池セルと、
熱伝導モジュールと、
液冷モジュールと、
電池セル固定モジュールとを含む熱管理動力電池モジュールであって、
前記複数の電池セルは、電池セル固定モジュールにより固定され、前記電池セル固定モジュールは、電池セルストッパ装置と、前記電池セルストッパ装置の両側に位置するモジュール支持装置とを含み、前記液冷モジュールは、前記モジュール支持装置に集積され、前記熱伝導モジュールは、前記複数の電池セル及び前記モジュール支持装置と接触しており、
前記モジュール支持装置は、中空キャビティを有し、前記中空キャビティの側壁に給水口及び出水口が設置され、前記給水口と前記出水口に管継手が設置され、前記中空キャビティと前記管継手とは、前記液冷モジュールを構成し、
前記熱伝導モジュールは、熱伝導グラファイトを用いて製造される、熱管理動力電池モジュール。 - 前記中空キャビティ内に複数のキャビティ補強材が設置され、前記複数のキャビティ補強材は、相互平行に設置され、各キャビティ補強材の両端は、それぞれ前記中空キャビティの内壁に連結されている、請求項1に記載の熱管理動力電池モジュール。
- 前記モジュール支持装置は、装置本体と支持連結板とを有し、前記中空キャビティは、前記装置本体の内部に設置され、前記支持連結板は、前記装置本体の前記電池セルから離れる側に位置して前記装置本体に固定連結され、前記支持連結板に複数の筐体連結孔が設置されている、請求項2に記載の熱管理動力電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルストッパ装置は、カバー板アセンブリとブラケットアセンブリとを含み、前記ブラケットアセンブリは、上ブラケットと下ブラケットとを含み、前記上ブラケットと前記下ブラケットとは、それぞれ前記電池セルの両端に設置され、前記カバー板アセンブリは、上面カバーと下面カバーとを含み、前記上面カバーは、前記上ブラケットの前記電池セルから離れた側に位置し、前記下面カバーは、前記下ブラケットの前記電池セルから離れた側に位置する、請求項3に記載の熱管理動力電池モジュール。
- 前記電池セルと前記ブラケットアセンブリとは、UV接着剤により接着され、前記カバー板アセンブリ及び前記ブラケットアセンブリはいずれも透明PC材料を用いて製造される、請求項4に記載の熱管理動力電池モジュール。
- 前記熱伝導モジュールは、各前記電池セルを周回して一体に連結され、前記熱伝導モジュールの両端は、それぞれ前記モジュール支持装置と接触している、請求項1に記載の熱管理動力電池モジュール。
- 前記装置本体において、前記上ブラケットに向かう表面に第1のストッパ突起が設置され、前記下ブラケットに向かう表面に第2のストッパ突起が設置され、前記上ブラケットに第1のストッパ突起に嵌合可能である第1のストッパ凹溝が設置され、前記下ブラケットに第2のストッパ突起に嵌合可能である第2のストッパ凹溝が設置され、前記装置本体は、前記第1のストッパ突起、第2のストッパ突起、第1のストッパ凹溝及び第2のストッパ凹溝によって前記上ブラケットと前記下ブラケットとの間に係止されている、請求項4に記載の熱管理動力電池モジュール。
- 前記上ブラケット及び前記下ブラケットに第1の電池セル取付孔が対称に設置され、前
記電池セルの両端は、それぞれ前記第1の電池セル取付孔を貫通して前記上ブラケット及び前記下ブラケットに固着され、前記上面カバー及び前記下面カバーに第2の電池セル取付孔がそれぞれ設置され、前記第2の電池セル取付孔は、座ぐり穴であり、前記電池セルは、前記第1の電池セル取付孔の端部を貫通して前記座ぐり穴内に位置する、請求項7に記載の熱管理動力電池モジュール。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の熱管理動力電池モジュールと、電池パックストッパ装置と、電池パック支持装置とを含む熱管理動力電池パックであって、
前記複数の熱管理動力電池モジュールは、直列接続に設置され、前記電池パックストッパ装置は、複数の熱管理動力電池モジュールの外部に設置され、前記電池パック支持装置に電池パック液冷モジュールが集積されている、熱管理動力電池パック。
