Abstract
【解決手段】 所定の速度制御パターンBを設定し、型締工程時に、型閉区間Zmでは、型閉速度Vmにより型閉制御を行い、かつ検出した現型閉速度Vd及び現型閉位置Xdに基づき仮想停止位置Zcで現型閉速度Vdがゼロになる減速区間Zmdの減速開始位置Xmcを所定時間間隔毎に演算により順次予測し、この減速開始位置Xmcに達したなら減速区間Zmdを開始するとともに、この減速区間Zmdでは、検出した現型閉位置Xdに基づき速度制御パターンBに対応する速度指令値Dmを順次演算により求め、この速度指令値Dmにより減速制御を行い、型締移行速度Vcに達したなら、低圧低速区間Zcを経て所定の型締処理を行う。

Claims (7)
- 油圧ポンプにより型締シリンダを駆動して型締制御を行う型締装置の制御方法において、予め、少なくとも、所定の型閉速度により型閉じを行う型閉区間と、この型閉区間の終了点から仮想停止位置に向けて漸次減速させる減速区間と、前記仮想停止位置の手前から所定の型締移行速度を設定した低圧低速区間とを含む所定の速度制御パターンを設定し、型締工程時に、前記型閉区間では、前記型閉速度により型閉制御を行い、かつ検出した現型閉速度及び現型閉位置に基づき前記仮想停止位置で現型閉速度がゼロになる前記減速区間の減速開始位置を所定時間間隔毎に演算により順次予測し、この減速開始位置に達したなら前記減速区間を開始するとともに、この減速区間では、検出した現型閉位置に基づき前記速度制御パターンに対応する速度指令値を順次演算により求め、この速度指令値により減速制御を行い、前記型締移行速度に達したなら、前記低圧低速区間を経て所定の型締処理を行うことを特徴とする型締装置の制御方法。
- 前記油圧ポンプは、駆動モータの回転数を可変して吐出流量を制御可能な可変吐出型油圧ポンプを用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の型締装置の制御方法。
- 前記型締シリンダにサブタンクを付設し、前記型閉区間及び前記減速区間では、前記サブタンクと前記型締シリンダの後油室を接続して前記サブタンク内の作動油を前記後油室に流入させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の型締装置の制御方法。
- 前記減速区間では、この減速区間の所要時間を設定し、前記減速区間の減速開始位置から前記仮想停止位置に達する時間が前記所要時間となる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の型締装置の制御方法。
- 前記型締処理は、設定した低圧型締速度により低圧型締区間における低圧型締処理を行うとともに、この低圧型締区間の終了後、前記低圧型締速度よりも高速に設定した高圧型締速度により高圧型締区間における高圧型締処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の型締装置の制御方法。
- 前記型締移行速度は、前記低圧型締速度の0.1〜0.6倍の範囲に設定することを特徴とする請求項5記載の型締装置の制御方法。
- 前記低圧型締処理では、前記型締シリンダをメータアウト回路に接続することによりメータアウト制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項5記載の型締装置の制御方法。
