【解決手段】 複数の車載蓄電池から電力系統に電力供給を行うシステムで、電力系統に接続され車載蓄電池に接続可能な複数の充放電手段、充放電手段に接続された車載蓄電池を特定する手段、充放電量の計測手段、電力供給元から供給された電力合計を演算して電力供給の過不足を判定する手段、過不足に応じて車載蓄電池を特定して電力供給を停止または開始し供給電力を安定化させる手段、充放電手段への非接続時における車載蓄電池ごとの使用量を計測する手段、電力供給量に従って車載蓄電池所有者への支払額を演算し、使用量に従って自動車所有者への課金額を演算する対価演算手段を備えた。

- 複数の車載蓄電池から電力系統に電力供給を行う電力供給システムであって、前記電力系統に接続され、車載蓄電池に接続可能な複数の充放電手段と、前記充放電手段に接続された車載蓄電池を特定する蓄電池特定手段と、前記の各充放電手段を経由する充放電量の計測手段と、前記蓄電池を含む全部の電力供給元から供給された電力の合計を演算して電力供給の過不足を随時判定する判定手段と、前記過不足に応じて、車載蓄電池を特定して電力系統への電力供給を停止または開始し、供給電力を安定化させる電力マッチング手段と、充放電手段への非接続時における車載蓄電池ごとの自動車使用量を計測する使用量計測手段と、前記充放電量計測手段により計測された電力系統への電力供給量に従って車載蓄電池所有者への支払額を演算し、前記計測された自動車使用量に従って自動車所有者への課金額を演算する対価演算手段とを備えたことを特徴とする電力供給システム。
- さらに、車載蓄電池の放電容量と、充放電手段に接続された車載蓄電池の蓄電量と、日常走行に必要なあらかじめ定められた日常必要蓄電量とを管理する車載畜電池管理手段とを備え、前記電力マッチング手段は、蓄電量が車載蓄電池の日常必要蓄電量を超えている車載蓄電池から、電力系統への電力供給を行うものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力供給システム。
- 前記自動車使用量は、電気モードにおける自動車走行距離であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電力供給システム。
- 前記自動車所有者への課金額には、自動車使用量に応じて演算された車載蓄電池の償却費を含めることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電力供給システム。
