Abstract
【解決手段】一端部外周面に螺旋凸条14および係合凹部161を有するフランジ16が形成された合成樹脂製のヘッダー10の分岐接続部12に袋ナット30が装着された管継手20を接続する際、螺旋凹溝が内周面に形成されるとともに、円弧状の可動部36および下面に係合爪を有する延出部37からなる回り止め部材35を袋ナット30に設け、分岐接続部12に管継手20の差し口部を挿入するとともに、袋ナット30をねじ込む。これにより、回り止め部材35の可動部36が弾性変形し、その係合爪が分岐接続部12のフランジ16に乗り上げた後、係合凹部161に係合し、回転を阻止することから、分岐接続部12に対する袋ナット30のねじ結合が緩むことを防止できる。

Claims (7)
- 一端部外周面に螺旋凸条と、係合凹部を有するフランジが形成された合成樹脂製の管状接続部材と、一端部に管状接続部材に挿入可能な差し口部を、他端部に接続管を接続可能な管取付部をそれぞれ有する継手部材と、継手部材に離脱不能に、かつ、回転自在に装着され、管状接続部材の螺旋凸条に対応する螺旋凹溝が内周面に形成されるとともに、回り止め部材が設けられた袋ナットとから構成され、前記回り止め部材は、一端部が袋ナットに一体に連結された可動部および該可動部から袋ナットの端面を越えて軸芯方向に延出されるとともに、下面に管状接続部材のフランジの係合凹部と係合可能な係合爪を有する延出部からなり、管状接続部材に継手部材の差し口部を挿入するとともに、袋ナットを管状接続部材にねじ込んで回り止め部材の係合爪を管状接続部材のフランジの係合凹部に係合させることを特徴とする管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造。
- 一端部外周面に螺旋凸条と、係止突部を有するフランジが形成された合成樹脂製の管状接続部材と、一端部に管状接続部材に挿入可能な差し口部を、他端部に接続管を接続可能な管取付部をそれぞれ有する継手部材と、継手部材に離脱不能に、かつ、回転自在に装着され、管状接続部材の螺旋凸条に対応する螺旋凹溝が内周面に形成されるとともに、回り止め部材が設けられた袋ナットとから構成され、前記回り止め部材は、一端部が袋ナットに一体に連結された可動部および該可動部から袋ナットの端面を越えて軸芯方向に延出される延出部からなり、管状接続部材に継手部材の差し口部を挿入するとともに、袋ナットを管状接続部材にねじ込んで回り止め部材の延出部を管状接続部材のフランジの係止突部に係止させることを特徴とする管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造。
- 請求項1または2記載の管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造において、前記管状接続部材の螺旋凸条がそれぞれ約360度にわたって形成された2条の螺旋凸条であり、また、前記袋ナットの螺旋凹溝がそれぞれ約360度にわたって形成された2条の螺旋凹溝であることを特徴とする管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造。
- 請求項1または2記載の管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造において、前記袋ナットの外周面に周方向に間隔をおいて操作部が形成されることを特徴とする管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造。
- 請求項1または2記載の管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造において、前記管状接続部材のフランジが略楕円状に形成されるとともに、その長軸方向にそれぞれの係合凹部または係止突部が形成されることを特徴とする管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造。
- 請求項1または2記載の管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造において、前記回り止め部材の可動部が、一端が袋ナットに一体に連結された円弧状またはアーム状であることを特徴とする管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一つに記載の管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造において、前記管状接続部材が合成樹脂製のヘッダーを構成するヘッダー本体部またはヘッダー本体部から突出する分岐接続部であることを特徴とする管状接続部材と継手部材との接続構造。
