Abstract
【解決手段】鋼の熱処理方法は、0.77〜0.85%の炭素と、0.01〜0.25%の珪素と、0.01〜0.35%のマンガンと、0.01〜0.15%のニッケルと、3.75〜4.25%のクロムと、4〜4.5%のモリブデンと、0.9〜1.1%のバナジウムとを含有し、残部鉄および不純物からなる鋼を焼入硬化する焼入工程と、焼入硬化された当該鋼をプラズマ窒化するプラズマ窒化工程と、プラズマ窒化された当該鋼を300℃以上480℃以下の温度である拡散温度に保持する拡散工程とを備えている。

Claims (5)
- 0.77質量%以上0.85質量%以下の炭素と、0.01質量%以上0.25質量%以下の珪素と、0.01質量%以上0.35質量%以下のマンガンと、0.01質量%以上0.15質量%以下のニッケルと、3.75質量%以上4.25質量%以下のクロムと、4質量%以上4.5質量%以下のモリブデンと、0.9質量%以上1.1質量%以下のバナジウムとを含有し、残部鉄および不純物からなる鋼を焼入硬化する工程と、
焼入硬化された前記鋼をプラズマ窒化する工程と、
プラズマ窒化された前記鋼を300℃以上480℃以下の温度である拡散温度に保持する工程とを備えた、鋼の熱処理方法。 - 前記拡散温度は、430℃以下である、請求項1に記載の鋼の熱処理方法。
- 0.77質量%以上0.85質量%以下の炭素と、0.01質量%以上0.25質量%以下の珪素と、0.01質量%以上0.35質量%以下のマンガンと、0.01質量%以上0.15質量%以下のニッケルと、3.75質量%以上4.25質量%以下のクロムと、4質量%以上4.5質量%以下のモリブデンと、0.9質量%以上1.1質量%以下のバナジウムとを含有し、残部鉄および不純物からなる鋼から構成され、機械部品の概略形状に成形された鋼部材を準備する工程と、
前記鋼部材の焼入処理および窒化処理を含む熱処理を行なう工程とを備え、
前記熱処理は、請求項1または2に記載の鋼の熱処理方法により実施される、機械部品の製造方法。 - 請求項3に記載の機械部品の製造方法により製造された、機械部品。
- 軸受を構成する部品として用いられる、請求項4に記載の機械部品。
