Abstract
【解決手段】排気上流側から、DPF11、排気管12、SCR触媒13、排気管14がこの順で配設されており、排気管12には噴射弁15が設けられている。噴射弁15は、ポンプ部18から加圧供給される尿素水溶液を噴射する。また、排気管14には、排気温センサが内蔵された排気センサ19が設けられている。ECU20は、排気センサ19の検出信号に基づいて排気温を算出し、排気温が低い場合にはポンプ部18における尿素水溶液の噴射圧を相対的に高くし、排気温が高い場合にはポンプ部18における尿素水溶液の噴射圧を相対的に低くする。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関の排気の特定成分を還元させる還元剤を同内燃機関の排気通路に噴射する噴射部と、前記噴射部における前記還元剤の噴射圧を調整するポンプ部とを備え、前記排気通路を流れる排気の特定成分と前記還元剤との還元反応により同排気を浄化する排気浄化装置に適用され、前記還元剤の噴射制御を実施する噴射制御装置において、
前記排気通路を流れる排気の状態に関する排気パラメータを取得する取得手段と、
前記取得手段により取得された排気パラメータに基づいて、前記ポンプ部を操作して前記噴射圧を制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする還元剤の噴射制御装置。 - 前記取得手段は、前記排気パラメータとして、前記排気通路を流れる排気の温度を取得し、
前記制御手段は、前記取得手段により取得された排気の温度に基づいて、前記ポンプ部を操作して前記噴射圧を制御する請求項1に記載の還元剤の噴射制御装置。 - 前記取得手段は、前記排気パラメータとして、前記排気通路を流れる排気の流速を取得し、
前記制御手段は、前記取得手段により取得された排気の流速に基づいて、前記ポンプ部を操作して前記噴射圧を制御する請求項1又は2に記載の還元剤の噴射制御装置。 - 前記取得手段は、前記排気パラメータとして、前記排気通路を流れる排気中の前記特定成分の量を取得し、
前記制御手段は、前記取得手段により取得された前記特定成分の量に基づいて、前記ポンプ部を操作して前記噴射圧を制御する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤の噴射制御装置。 - 前記取得手段は、前記排気パラメータとして、前記内燃機関の運転状態を取得し、
前記制御手段は、前記取得手段により取得される運転状態が暖機運転状態を示している場合、及び前記取得手段により取得される運転状態が所定時間継続してアイドル運転状態を示している場合の少なくともいずれか一方の場合において、前記ポンプ部を操作して前記噴射圧を制御する請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤の噴射制御装置。 - 前記特定成分と前記還元剤との還元反応を促進する触媒を、前記排気通路の前記噴射部よりも下流側に備え、前記特定成分は窒素酸化物であり、前記還元剤はアンモニア又は尿素水溶液である排気浄化装置に適用される請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の還元剤の噴射制御装置。
