Abstract
【解決手段】操作ノブ18が往復動すると、支持リブ19は弾性部材15に線状に摺接する。また、支持リブ19は操作ノブ18に取り付けられるため、支持リブ19の長さを、操作ノブ18が往復動する導風フィン7bの翼長方向に、大きく設定することができる。支持リブ19の長さを弾性部材15の長さよりも大きく設定することができるから、操作ノブ18の操作範囲の全域にわたって、支持リブ19と弾性部材15の接触長さを常に一定の長さに維持することができる。これにより、操作ノブ18の操作範囲全域にわたり均一な操作感を得ることが可能になると共に、操作ノブ18の操作範囲全域にわたり操作ノブ18を安定して動作させることができる。

Claims (4)
- 空調用吹出口に配置された導風フィンと、前記導風フィンに取り付けられて前記導風フィンの翼長方向に往復動可能な操作ノブと、前記導風フィンを通過する空気流に関して前記導風フィンよりも上流に配置され、かつ、前記操作ノブの往復動に連動して送風方向を変更する、回転フィンと、前記導風フィンに固定されて前記操作ノブに摺接する弾性部材とを有する、空調用吹出口の送風方向変更装置において、前記操作ノブに、前記操作ノブが往復動する方向に延在する支持リブを形成し、前記操作ノブが往復動するとき前記支持リブが前記弾性部材に線状に摺接するように、前記支持リブを前記弾性部材に当接させたことを特徴とする、空調用吹出口の送風方向変更装置。
- 請求項1に記載した送風方向変更装置において、前記導風フィンが、前記空気流を横切る方向に延在する回転軸を備え、前記回転フィンの回転軸が、前記導風フィンの回転軸を含む平面に平行をなし、かつ、前記導風フィンの回転軸に重なる位置から90度回転した方向に延在することを特徴とする、前記送風方向変更装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載した送風方向変更装置において、前記弾性部材はシリコンゴム等のゴム系弾性材料によって構成され、前記支持リブが摺接する前記弾性部材の表面に微細な凹凸を形成したことを特徴とする、前記送風方向変更装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載した送風方向変更装置において、前記操作ノブの操作範囲の全域にわたって、前記支持リブと前記弾性部材の接触長さを一定にしたことを特徴とする、前記送風方向変更装置。
