Abstract
【解決手段】ベルト式無段変速機2の駆動プーリ5及び従動プーリ6間に,オイル供給源26に連なるノズル管25を駆動プーリ5及び従動プーリ6の軸方向に沿って配設し,このノズル管25には,両プーリ5,6のベルト溝12,21にそれぞれ向けてオイルを噴射する第1及び第2噴油孔27,28を設けたベルト式無段変速機の潤滑装置において,第1噴油孔27を,駆動プーリ5及び従動プーリ6の一方の,前記ノズル管25の上流側に位置する固定プーリ半体19のベルト係合面21aの大径部に向けて開口させる一方,第2噴油孔28を,第1噴油孔27よりノズル管25の下流位置で駆動プーリ5及び従動プーリ6の他方のベルト溝12に向けて開口させた。

Claims (1)
- ベルト式無段変速機(2)の駆動プーリ(5)及び従動プーリ(6)間に,オイル供給源(26)に連なるノズル管(25)を駆動プーリ(5)及び従動プーリ(6)の軸方向に沿って配設し,このノズル管(25)には,駆動及び従動プーリ(5,6)の断面V字状のベルト溝(12,21)にそれぞれ向けてオイルを噴射する第1及び第2噴油孔(27,28)を設けた,ベルト式無段変速機の潤滑装置において,
第1噴油孔(27)を,駆動プーリ(5)及び従動プーリ(6)の一方の,前記ノズル管(25)の上流側に位置する固定プーリ半体(19)のベルト係合面(21a)の大径部に向けて開口させる一方,第2噴油孔(28)を,第1噴油孔(27)よりノズル管(25)の下流位置で駆動プーリ(5)及び従動プーリ(6)の他方のベルト溝(12)に向けて開口させたことを特徴とする,ベルト式無段変速機の潤滑装置。
