Abstract
【解決手段】 フィルム貼付装置1はフィルムを吸着する円筒状の貼付ヘッド3を有し、貼付ヘッド3の端面3aにはベース体5が設けられている。
貼付ヘッド3の表面3bには、複数の吸着穴が設けられている。
各吸着穴は後述する溝部11の形状に対応した配列形状になるように配列されている。
ベース体5は、貼付ヘッド3と対向する面に設けられた溝部11を有し、溝部11は、貼付ヘッド3の表面3bの形状に対応した形状を有している。
ベース体5は穴部13を有し、穴部13には図示しない減圧源が接続されている。
溝部11と吸着穴が接した状態では、吸着穴と減圧源が接続され、接しない状態では切断される。
即ち、溝部11と各吸着穴の相対位置によって、各吸着穴と減圧源が接続される。

前記真空吸着制御機構装置は、前記第1の部材の前記表面に対向するように設けられ、被貼付物を保持する貼付定盤をさらに有してもよい。

Claims (17)
- 減圧源に接続可能な複数の吸着穴を表面に備えた第1の部材と、
複数の前記吸着穴に接触可能に設けられ、かつ前記第1の部材に対して相対的に移動可能に設けられた第2の部材と、
を有し、
前記第2の部材は、
前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との相対位置に応じた数の吸着穴を前記減圧源と接続する手段を有することを特徴とする真空吸着制御機構装置。 - 前記第1の部材は、前記表面が湾曲形状を有し、
前記第2の部材は、
前記第2の部材の前記第1の部材と対向する面に設けられ、前記湾曲形状に対応した形状を有する溝部と、
前記溝部から前記第2の部材の外部に貫通して設けられ、前記減圧源に接続される穴部と、
を有し、
複数の前記吸着穴は、前記溝部の形状に対応した配列形状となるように配列して設けられ、
前記第1の部材または前記第2の部材は、前記湾曲形状の湾曲面に沿って移動可能であり、
前記第1の部材または前記第2の部材が移動することにより、前記第2の部材の前記溝部が前記第1の部材に対して相対的に移動し、前記溝部と接触する前記吸着穴が前記減圧源と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の真空吸着制御機構装置。 - 前記第1の部材は円筒形状を有し、
前記溝部は、円弧状の形状を有し、
複数の前記吸着穴は、円弧状に並んで配置され、
前記第1の部材または前記第2の部材は、前記円筒の軸を中心に回転可能であり、
前記第1の部材または前記第2の部材が円筒の軸を中心に回転することにより、前記第2の部材の前記溝部が前記第1の部材に対して相対的に移動し、前記溝部と接触する前記吸着穴が前記減圧源と接続されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の真空吸着制御機構装置。 - 複数の前記吸着穴は、前記第1の部材の側面および表面を貫通して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の真空吸着制御機構装置。
- 前記第1の部材は、被貼付物を保持する貼付ヘッドであり、
前記第2の部材は、前記貼付ヘッドの側面に設けられたベース体であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の真空吸着制御機構装置。 - 前記減圧源は、真空ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の真空吸着制御機構装置。
- 前記第1の部材の前記表面に対向するように設けられ、被貼付物を保持する貼付定盤をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項3記載の真空吸着制御機構装置。
- 前記第1の部材および/または前記貼付定盤は弾性を有することを特徴とする請求項7記載の真空吸着制御機構装置。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の真空吸着制御機構装置を有することを特徴とするフィルム貼付装置。
- 前記真空吸着制御機構装置は光学フィルムを吸着、貼付する装置であり、
前記貼付定盤は、前記被貼付物を平板状に保持する保持手段を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載のフィルム貼付装置。 - 請求項9記載のフィルム貼付装置を用いて、被貼付物にフィルムを貼り付ける工程を有することを特徴とするフィルムの貼付方法。
- 請求項11記載のフィルムの貼付方法を用いて被貼付物にフィルムを貼り付けることにより製造されたことを特徴とする表示装置。
- 前記フィルムは可撓性を有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の表示装置。
- 前記フィルムは光学フィルムであり、
前記被貼付物は、可視光を透過させる基板であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の表示装置。 - 前記光学フィルムは偏光フィルムまたは位相差フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の表示装置
- 前記フィルムは保護フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項12記載の表示装置。
- 前記被貼付物は、ガラスであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の表示装置。
