本发明涉及本发明涉及一种用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法,传送带中部嵌设有贴合机构,贴合机构包括定压辊和与定压辊相抵的传送辊,定压辊和传送辊的接触面与传送带上表面位于同一平面,传送辊内连通有负压,传送辊的周壁上开设有通孔,传送辊固定安装在转动轴上,转动轴上套设有轴承,轴承上安装有屏蔽罩和塞块,屏蔽罩的开口朝下,屏蔽罩的开口处与传送辊内壁相抵,且屏蔽罩相抵的部分为柔性结构,塞块位于屏蔽罩内,且塞块与转动轴之间连接有压簧,运料机构包括倾斜设置在传送辊上方的传送槽和导向板,加热机构包括热气筒,热气筒上设有喷嘴,该喷嘴朝向定压辊和传送辊之间。通过实施上述方案,达到了无需通过粘粘的方式来贴合铭牌的效果。

一种用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电子配件加工领域,尤其涉及一种用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法。
背景技术
键盘外壳在出厂时都需要贴上塑料铭牌,键盘外壳通常为塑料材质,现有技术中通常是靠具有粘性的塑料铭牌来粘黏,具体分为两种,一种是将胶刷在铭牌上,这种方式所产生的问题是在刷胶过程中胶水会滴落在工作台上,而影响工作环境且不易清理的问题,另一种则是在本身具有粘性的铭牌,但这种铭牌在传送过程中易于其他部件发生粘连现象。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法,以达到无需通过粘粘的方式来贴合铭牌的效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础方案如下:用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:准备一个压合装置,该压合装置包括传送带、运料机构和加热机构,传送带中部嵌设有贴合机构,贴合机构包括定压辊和与定压辊相抵的传送辊,所述定压辊和传送辊的接触面与传送带上表面位于同一平面,传送辊内连通有负压泵,传送辊的周壁上开设有通孔,所述传送辊固定安装在转动轴上,所述转动轴上套设有轴承,所述轴承上安装有屏蔽罩和用于堵塞位于传送辊下方通孔的塞块,所述屏蔽罩的开口朝下,屏蔽罩的开口处与传送辊内壁相抵,且屏蔽罩相抵的部分为柔性结构,所述塞块位于屏蔽罩内,且塞块与转动轴之间连接有压簧,所述运料机构包括倾斜设置在传送辊上方的传送槽和导向板,所述加热机构包括热气筒,所述热气筒上设有喷嘴,该喷嘴朝向定压辊和传送辊之间;
步骤2:启动负压泵,使传送辊内部填充负压;
步骤3:将键盘外壳平放在传送带上,将塑料铭牌带字的一面朝向下方放置在传送槽中;
步骤4:启动传送带和传送辊,将键盘外壳和塑料铭牌同时向传送辊和定压辊之间传送;
步骤5:在键盘外壳和塑料铭牌被压紧之前,启动热气筒,使热气筒中的温度达到70℃-90℃,并驱动热气筒向步骤4中的键盘外壳和塑料铭牌进行加热软化;
步骤6:当步骤5中被加热软化的键盘外壳和塑料铭牌传送到传送辊和定压辊之间时,塞块在压簧的作用下将位于最下方的通孔塞住;
步骤7:传送辊和定压辊将步骤6中的键盘外壳和塑料铭牌压合。
本方案的原理及优点在于:步骤1中,通过在轴承上设置开口向下的屏蔽罩以隔离负压,以避免被压紧在键盘外壳上的塑料铭牌被吸附起来。步骤2和步骤3中,使塑料铭牌在负压的作用下紧贴在传送辊周壁上,步骤5中,由于键盘外壳和塑料铭牌同为塑料材质,经步骤5加热软化后有利于后期两者的压紧贴合;在步骤6中,在压合键盘外壳和塑料铭牌时,通孔被塞块封住,避免了塑料铭牌上出现通孔的压痕问题。
综上所述,本方案无需采用胶水粘贴的方式将塑料铭牌粘粘在键盘外壳上,解决了传统中技术中需要借助他物才能完成贴合的问题,同时也避免了贴合过程中胶水滴落在工作台上不易清理的问题。
优选方案1:作为基础方案的改进,步骤1中,所述屏蔽罩的中轴线沿传送带输出方向偏转10°-15°,如此可避免塑料铭牌在贴合之前与传送辊发生分离问题,而导致在贴合过程中造成塑料铭牌缺角的问题。
优选方案2:作为优选方案1的改进,步骤4中,所述传送带的传送速度为12m/min -15m/min,以上述的传送速度既可保证键盘外壳和塑料铭牌后续的软化时间充足,也可避免软化过度的问题。
优选方案3:作为基础方案或优选方案2的改进,所述通孔呈向内扩口的锥形,通过上述设置,以便于塞块顺利的进入或脱离通孔。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:传送带前段1、传送带后段2、定压辊3、传送辊4、通孔5、塞块6、转动轴7、屏蔽罩8、轴承9、传送槽10、导向板11、热气筒12、喷嘴13、键盘外壳14、塑料铭牌15。
附图1所示压合装置包括包括传送带、运料机构和加热机构,传送带分为传送带前段1和传送带后段2,传送带前段1和传送带后段2首尾相对,贴合机构嵌设在传送带前段1和传送带后段2之间。贴合机构包括定压辊3和与定压辊3配合传送的传送辊4,定压辊3和传送辊4的接触面与传送带上表面位于同一平面,传送辊4内连通有负压泵使传送辊4内部充满负压,传送辊4的周壁上开设有16个通孔5,通孔5呈向内扩口的锥形,以便于塞块6顺利的进入或脱离通孔5。传送辊4固定安装在转动轴7上,转动轴7转动连接在机架上。转动轴7上套设有轴承9,轴承9上安装有用于隔离负压的屏蔽罩8和用于堵塞位于传送辊4下方通孔5的塞块6,屏蔽罩8的开口朝下,屏蔽罩8的开口处与传送辊4内壁相抵,且屏蔽罩8相抵的部分为柔性结构,塞块6位于屏蔽罩8内,且塞块6与转动轴7之间连接有压簧,塞块6的下表面与通孔5小的一侧截面积一致,以保证两者在堵塞时使该通孔5处的传送辊4外表面平整,以保证挤压后的塑料铭牌15表面无压痕。
运料机构包括倾斜设置在传送辊4上方的传送槽10和导向板11,传送槽10和导向板11沿左下方向倾斜设置,加热机构包括热气筒12,热气筒12上设有喷嘴13,该喷嘴13朝向定压辊3和传送辊4之间,热气筒12中的热气温度为70-90℃,温度低于70℃软化时间过长或软化程度达不到要求,温度高于90℃会造成塑料铭牌15过度软化。
此外,传送带后段2的左端安装有冷却单元,该冷却单元可采用水循环冷却系统。当经过热压成型后的工件传送出来时经冷却单元快速冷却定型,以避免在传送过程中工件变形的问题。
用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:启动压合装置的负压泵,使传送辊4内部填充负压;
步骤2:将键盘外壳14平放在传送带上,将塑料铭牌15带字的一面朝向下方放置在传送槽10中;
步骤3:启动传送带和传送辊4,键盘外壳14向右传动,塑料铭牌15从传送槽10中落入到传送辊4上并在负压作用下被吸附在传送辊4周壁上,并向下传送;
步骤4:在键盘外壳和塑料铭牌15被压紧之前,启动热气筒12,使热气筒12中的温度达到70℃-90℃,并驱动热气筒12向步骤3中的键盘外壳14和塑料铭牌15进行加热软化;
步骤5:当步骤4中被加热软化的键盘外壳14和塑料铭牌15传送到传送辊4和定压辊3之间时,塞块6在压簧的作用下将位于最下方的通孔5塞住;
步骤6:传送辊4和定压辊3将步骤5中的键盘外壳14和塑料铭牌15压合。

1.用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:准备一个压合装置,该压合装置包括传送带、运料机构和加热机构,传送带中部嵌设有贴合机构,贴合机构包括定压辊和与定压辊相抵的传送辊,所述定压辊和传送辊的接触面与传送带上表面位于同一平面,传送辊内连通有负压泵,传送辊的周壁上开设有通孔,所述传送辊固定安装在转动轴上,所述转动轴上套设有轴承,所述轴承上安装有屏蔽罩和用于堵塞位于传送辊下方通孔的塞块,所述屏蔽罩的开口朝下,屏蔽罩的开口处与传送辊内壁相抵,且屏蔽罩相抵的部分为柔性结构,所述塞块位于屏蔽罩内,且塞块与转动轴之间连接有压簧,所述运料机构包括倾斜设置在传送辊上方的传送槽和导向板,所述加热机构包括热气筒,所述热气筒上设有喷嘴,该喷嘴朝向定压辊和传送辊之间;
步骤2:启动负压泵,使传送辊内部填充负压;
步骤3:将键盘外壳平放在传送带上,将塑料铭牌带字的一面朝向下方放置在传送槽中;
步骤4:启动传送带和传送辊,将键盘外壳和塑料铭牌同时向传送辊和定压辊之间传送;
步骤5:在键盘外壳和塑料铭牌被压紧之前,启动热气筒,使热气筒中的温度达到70℃-90℃,并驱动热气筒向步骤4中的键盘外壳和塑料铭牌进行加热软化;
步骤6:当步骤5中被加热软化的键盘外壳和塑料铭牌传送到传送辊和定压辊之间时,塞块在压簧的作用下将位于最下方的通孔塞住;
步骤7:传送辊和定压辊将步骤6中的键盘外壳和塑料铭牌压合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,所述屏蔽罩的中轴线沿传送带输出方向偏转10°-15°。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法,其特征在于:步骤4中,所述传送带的传送速度为12m/min -15m/min。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的用于键盘外壳与铭牌的贴合方法,其特征在于:步骤1中,所述通孔呈向内扩口的锥形。
