Abstract
【解決手段】折曲編組部24は、環状突出編組部23をこの基端部34から折り曲げて一方の絶縁シース31aに重ねることにより形成されるようになっている。環状突出編組部23の基端部34を折り曲げると、端子引掛かり部35が折曲編組部24に形成されるようになっている。同軸コネクタ22の引き抜き方向に強い力が加わった場合でも、折曲編組部24の端子引掛かり部35と一対のシース圧着部40との引っ掛かり合い、及び、端子引掛かり部35と圧着部37の段差部41との引っ掛かり合い、すなわち、金属製の部分同士の引っ掛かり合いになる。

Claims (3)
- 同軸ケーブルにおける絶縁シースの中間を皮むきし、一方の絶縁シースを他方の絶縁シースに引き寄せ、この引き寄せに伴って編組を前記一方、前記他方の絶縁シースの端部間から外側へ環状に突出させてなる環状突出編組部を形成し、この後、該環状突出編組部を基端部から折り曲げて前記一方の絶縁シースに重ねることにより折曲編組部を形成し、該折曲編組部を、前記同軸ケーブルの端末に接続される同軸ケーブル用シールド端子の編組圧着部により圧着接続するとともに、前記折曲編組部の前記基端部に形成される端子引掛かり部の近傍となる前記他方の絶縁シースに、前記同軸ケーブル用シールド端子のシース圧着部を圧着固定する
ことを特徴とする同軸ケーブルの端末処理構造。 - 請求項1に記載の同軸ケーブルの端末処理構造において、
前記編組圧着部及び前記シース圧着部を連成する前記同軸ケーブル用シールド端子の圧着部の基板に、前記端子引掛かり部に対応する段差部を形成する
ことを特徴とする同軸ケーブルの端末処理構造。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の同軸ケーブルの端末処理構造において、
前記編組圧着部よりも前記シース圧着部の方を幅狭の短冊形状に形成する
ことを特徴とする同軸ケーブルの端末処理構造。
