Abstract
【解決手段】クリップ14の挿入部22を貫通孔16へ挿入して貫通孔16内を通過させると、爪部32は復元し、爪部32の上面が貫通孔16の周縁部に当接可能となる。この状態で、操作片26をボディパネル10の固定孔18へ挿通し、固定孔18内を通過させると、操作片26は復元し、操作片26が固定孔18の周縁部に当接可能となる。この状態から、操作部56を傾倒させて、ロックバー52をロック溝44に係合させる。これにより、操作片26はその移動が規制されると共に、ハウジング12がボディパネル10に固定される。このように、クリップ14のみでハウジング12をボディパネル10に固定させることができるため、従来と比較して部品点数を削減することができ、作業性も良い。

Claims (19)
- 固定部材に形成された固定孔と被固定部材に形成された被固定孔へ挿通され、前記被固定部材を前記固定部材に固定する固定具であって、
前記固定孔及び前記被固定孔へ挿入される本体部と、
前記本体部の一端側の側面から張り出して形成され、縮径して前記被固定孔内へ挿入され、被固定孔を通過後に復元して該被固定孔の周縁部に係止される係止部と、
前記本体部の他端側に傾倒可能に取付けられ、前記係止部が前記被固定孔の周縁部に係止された状態で、傾倒して前記固定部材に当たり、前記係止部と共に該固定部材及び前記被固定部材を挟持する操作片と、
前記操作片の傾倒状態を維持するロック手段と、
を有する固定具。 - 固定部材に形成された固定孔と被固定部材に形成された被固定孔へ挿通され、前記被固定部材を前記固定部材に固定する固定具であって、
前記固定孔及び被固定孔へ挿入される本体部と、
前記本体部の一端側の側面に設けられ、前記被固定孔を通過した後、被固定孔の周縁部に抜け止めされる抜け止め部と、
前記本体部の他端側に傾倒可能に取付けられ、前記抜け止め部が前記被固定孔に抜け止めされた状態で、傾倒して前記固定部材に当たり、前記抜け止め部と共に該固定部材及び前記被固定部材を挟持する操作片と、
前記操作片の傾倒状態を維持するロック手段と、
を有する固定具。 - 前記抜け止め部が前記被固定孔への前記本体部の挿入方向に沿って形成された抜け止めリブであり、前記抜け止めリブの端面が前記被固定孔の孔壁に形成された切欠き部を通過した後、該本体部を回転させることで、前記抜け止めリブが前記被固定孔の周縁部に抜け止めされる請求項2に記載の固定具。
- 固定部材に被固定部材を固定する固定具であって、
前記固定部材に設けられ、前記被固定部材に形成された挿入孔内へ挿入される本体部と、
前記本体部に傾倒可能に取付けられ、傾倒して前記挿入孔の周縁部に当たり、前記固定部材と共に前記被固定部材を挟持する操作片と、
前記操作片の傾倒状態を維持するロック手段と、
を有する固定具。 - 固定部材に被固定部材を固定する固定具であって、
前記被固定部材に設けられ、前記固定部材に形成された挿入孔内へ挿入される本体部と、
前記本体部に傾倒可能に取付けられ、傾倒して前記挿入孔の周縁部に当たり、前記被固定部材と共に前記固定部材を挟持する操作片と、
前記操作片の傾倒状態を維持するロック手段と、
を有する固定具。 - 前記操作片が略U字状を成し、両端部に設けられたピンが前記本体部に設けられた軸孔に係合して傾倒可能とされた請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の固定具。
- 前記ロック手段による前記操作片のロック状態で、前記固定部材を押圧する押圧部を前記操作片の軸部に設けた請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の固定具。
- 前記操作片が弾性部材で形成され、縮幅して前記固定孔又は前記挿入孔内へ挿入されて、固定孔又は挿入孔を通過後に復元する請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の固定具。
- 前記ロック手段は、前記操作片又は前記本体部に設けられた係合部と、前記本体部又は前記操作片に設けられ前記係合部が係合し傾倒した前記操作片の傾倒状態を維持するロック溝と、を含んで構成された請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の固定具。
- 前記係合部が前記操作片に設けられ、前記係合部が係合して該操作片を前記本体部の軸線方向に沿って起立させる被係合部が本体部に設けられた請求項9に記載の固定具。
- 前記操作片が起立した状態で、前記固定孔又は前記挿入孔の孔壁に当接し、該固定孔又は前記挿入孔に対して前記本体部の中心位置を決めるセンタリング手段を前記操作片に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の固定具。
- 前記係合部を前記操作片の傾倒方向と交差する方向へ移動させることで、該係合部が前記ロック溝にロックされた状態が解除される請求項8〜11の何れか1項に記載の固定具。
- 前記被係合部と前記ロック溝を繋ぎ、前記係合部がロック溝から被係合部に至るまでに通過する復帰溝を設けた請求項9〜12の何れか1項に記載の固定具。
- 前記本体部の一端側に位置し前記被固定部材に当たり前記操作片の傾倒方向への本体部の傾倒を規制する規制部を設けた請求項1〜3、6〜13の何れか1項に記載の固定具。
- 前記規制部が前記抜け止め部を兼用する請求項2、3、6〜13の何れか1項に記載の固定具。
- 請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載の固定具を用いて、被固定部材を固定部材に固定させる被固定部材の固定構造。
- 被固定部材を固定部材に固定させる被固定部材の固定方法であって、
請求項1、6〜15の何れか1項に記載の固定具の前記係止部を前記被固定孔へ挿入し通過させる第1挿入工程と、
前記第1挿入工程後、前記固定具の前記操作片を前記固定孔へ挿入し通過させる第2挿入工程と、
前記第2挿入工程後、該操作片を傾倒させて、前記係止部と共に前記固定部材及び前記被固定部材を挟持して、被固定部材を固定部材に固定する固定工程と、
を有する被固定部材の固定方法。 - 前記第1挿入工程で、前記固定具の前記本体部が前記被固定部材に仮止めされる請求項17に記載の被固定部材の固定方法。
- 請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載の固定具の解除方法であって、
前記操作片の傾倒状態を解除する傾倒状態解除工程と、
前記傾倒状態解除工程後、前記操作片を回転させ起立させる操作片起立工程と、
前記操作片起立工程後、前記操作片を前記固定孔又は前記挿入孔から引抜く操作片引抜き工程と、
を有する固定具の固定解除方法。
