Claims (23)
- 表面にプローブアレイを含むバイオチップと、
前記バイオチップが実装されて、前記バイオチップの背面を露出させる露出部を含む貫通開口(through cavity)を具備するパッケージ基板と、を含むバイオチップパッケージ。 - 前記バイオチップは、正方形形態であり、前記基板は長方形形態の請求項1に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記バイオチップと前記パッケージ基板は、突起結合する請求項1に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記貫通開口は、前記バイオチップの背面と接触する実装面、前記実装面の一端から第1方向に延長された第1側壁、前記実装面の他端から第2方向に延長された第2側壁を含む請求項1に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記貫通開口は、前記バイオチップの背面と接触する隆起型実装面、前記実装面の一端から第1方向に延長された第1側壁、前記実装面の他端と連結された沈降面、前記沈降面から第2方向に延長された第2側壁を含む請求項1に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記バイオチップの厚さは、前記第2側壁の深さと同じであるか小さい請求項4項または請求項5に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記バイオチップと前記第2側壁との間にシーラント(sealant)をさらに含む請求項5に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記沈降面上に付着剤をさらに含む請求項5に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記貫通開口は、前記バイオチップの側面と接触する実装側壁、前記実装側壁から第1方向に延長された第1側壁を含む請求項1に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記バイオチップと前記実装側壁との間に付着剤および/またはシーラントをさらに含む請求項9に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記バイオチップは、前記基板の上面に実装されて、前記貫通開口は、前記基板を第1方向に貫通して延長された第1側壁を含む請求項1に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記貫通開口は、多数個である請求項1に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記プローブアレイを保護するカバーをさらに含む請求項1に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。
- 前記カバーは、前記パッケージ基板と共にハイブリダイゼーション反応空間を提供する請求項13に記載のバイオチップパッケージ。

前記バイオチップの背面を露出させる露出部を含む貫通開口を具備するバイオチップパッケージ基板。 - 前記バイオチップは、正方形形態であり、前記基板は、長方形形態である請求項15に記載のバイオチップパッケージ基板。

- 前記貫通開口は、前記バイオチップの背面と接触する実装面、前記実装面の一端から第1方向に延長された第1側壁、前記実装面の他端から前記第1方向と反対方向である第2方向に延長された第2側壁を含む請求項15に記載のバイオチップパッケージ基板。
- 前記貫通開口は、前記バイオチップの背面と接触する隆起型実装面、前記実装面の一端から第1方向に延長された第1側壁、前記実装面の他端と連結された沈降面、前記沈降面から第2方向に延長された第2側壁を含む請求項15に記載のバイオチップパッケージ基板。
- 前記貫通開口は、前記バイオチップの側面と接触する実装側壁、前記実装側壁から第1方向に延長された第1側壁を含む請求項15に記載のバイオチップパッケージ基板。
- 前記貫通開口は、前記基板を貫通する第1方向に延長された第1側壁を含む請求項15に記載のバイオチップパッケージ基板。
- 前記基板は、表面に結合されるカバーをさらに含む請求項15に記載のバイオチップパッケージ基板。
- 前記カバーは、前記基板と共にハイブリダイゼーション反応空間を提供する請求項22に記載のバイオチップパッケージ基板。
