Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、ケーシングと、電気機械と、ケーシング内に軸承されたロータ軸とを備え、電気機械のロータがロータ軸上に配置され、ロータ軸の少なくとも一端にラジアル型インペラが片持ち式に配置されている、ターボ機械に関する。本発明に従って、ロータ軸を軸方向に軸承するために磁気軸受半部がロータ軸の端部においてインペラ側のケーシングの壁に配置され、この磁気軸受半部がラジアル型インペラの背面に作用する。

このような様式のターボ機械は、ドイツ連邦共和国特許公開第10 2004 023 148 A1明細書(特許文献1)、ドイツ連邦共和国特許公開第10 2005 036 942 A1明細書(特許文献2)、および、米国特許第5,547,350号明細書(特許文献3)から公知である。

Claims (6)
- ケーシング(2)と、電気機械(3)と、ケーシング(2)内に軸承されたロータ軸(4)とを備え、電気機械(3)のロータがロータ軸(4)上に配置され、ロータ軸(4)の少なくとも一端にラジアル型インペラ(5)が片持ち式に配置されている、ターボ機械(1)において、ロータ軸(4)を軸方向に軸承するために磁気軸受半部(6)がロータ軸(4)の端部においてインペラ側のケーシング(2)の壁に配置され、この磁気軸受半部がラジアル型インペラ(5)の背面(7)に作用することを特徴とするターボ機械(1)。
- ロータ軸(4)が半径方向において磁気軸受(11、12)によって軸承されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のターボ機械(1)。
- ロータ軸(4)の両端にラジアル型インペラ(5、8)が片持ち式に配置されていることと、軸方向においてロータ軸(4)を軸承するために、磁気軸受半部(6、9)がロータ軸(4)の両端においてインペラ側のケーシング(2)の両壁に配置され、この磁気軸受半部が付設されたラジアル型インペラ(5、8)の背面(7、10)に作用することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のターボ機械(1)。
- ロータ軸(4)の軸方向の磁気軸受半部(6、9)と半径方向の磁気軸受(11、12)がアクティブ型磁気軸受であることと、ターボ機械(1)が磁気軸受(6、9、11、12)を保護するための掴み軸受(13、14)と、軸シール装置(17、18)とを備え、この掴み軸受(13、14)と軸シール装置(17、18)がロータ軸(4)の端部においてそれぞれ半径方向の磁気軸受(11、12)とラジアル型インペラ(5、8)との間の軸区間内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のターボ機械(1)。
- ターボ機械(1)が二段式圧縮機または二段式膨張機であることと、電気機械(3)が電動機または発電機であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械(1)。
- ターボ機械(1)が圧縮機段と膨張機段を備えていることと、電気機械(3)が圧縮機段と膨張機段の運転条件に依存して電動機としてまたは発電機として運転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のターボ機械(1)。
