Claims (6)
- 하우징(2)과, 전기 장치(3)와, 상기 하우징(2)에 지지되는 로터 샤프트(4)와, 상기 로터 샤프트(4)의 단부들에 설치되는 샤프트 시일(17, 18)을 포함하는 터보 기계(1)로서,상기 전기 장치(3)의 로터는 로터 샤프트(4) 상에 설치되고, 로터 샤프트(4)의 대향 단부들 상에 일면 지지되도록 원심 임펠러들(5, 8)이 설치되고,로터 샤프트(4)의 축방향 지지를 위해서, 관련 원심 임펠러들(5, 8)의 내면(7, 10)에 작용하는 각각의 자기 하프 베어링(magnetic bearing half; 6, 9)이 하우징(2)의 임펠러측 양 단부벽 상에 설치되며,상기 로터 샤프트(4)는 자기 베어링(11, 12)에 의해 반경방향으로 지지되고, 상기 축방향 자기 하프 베어링(6, 9) 및 반경방향의 자기 베어링(11, 12)은 활성 자기 베어링이고,상기 터보 기계(1)는 반경방향 지지를 위해 마련된 상기 자기 베어링(11, 12)과 축방향 지지를 위해 마련된 상기 자기 하프 베어링에 추가하여, 상기 자기 베어링(11, 12) 및 자기 하프 베어링(6, 9)을 보호하는 백업 베어링(13, 14)을 구비하며, 상기 백업 베어링은 반경방향 자기 베어링(11, 12)과 원심 임펠러(5, 8) 사이의 각각의 샤프트 세그먼트에서 로터 샤프트(4) 상에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터보 기계(1)는 2단 압축기와 2단 팽창기 중 어느 하나이며, 상기 전기 장치(3)는 전기 모터와 발전기 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 기계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 터보 기계(1)는 압축기 단과 팽창기 단을 구비하며, 상기 전기 장치(3)는 압축기 단과 팽창기 단에 대한 작동 조건에 따라 전기 모터 또는 발전기로서 작동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 터보 기계.
